Caribou Coffee

This is a new coffee shop in Woodstock. This is the first drive thru only one I've been too. There is some outdoor seating and a walk up window. The staff is friendly and very new. There were a few issues with my app and getting points but the manager worked it out. The Waffle Sandwich and iced coffee were delicious.

Today I tried Caribou Coffee for the 1st time and had a wonderful experience. My coffee and breakfast sandwich were perfect and the customer service was fantastic - such an anomaly it seems lately. Their location by a traffic light is super convenient as well. I was thankful to not have to drive out of my way and make a U-turn to get to the highway. I will definitely be back.

I had a mobile order just now on 10/25/25 around 3pm-3:30pm and I got a medium cold press flavored marshmellow with pumpkin cold foam and caramel drizzle! I want to say that it was so so yummy! I am a barista at a Dunkin and the drinks there even when I make them don’t taste as good as caribou! Super yummy and will be coming back again!

I finally stopped and tried the coffee, as I was so excited that they opened one up on my route to work. I got the S’mores Mocha Blended coffee. It was really good! I also got the chorizo burrito and that was amazing, it was so hot and it has potatoes inside with the chorizo. I would return for the alone. I noticed I was shaking some, 3 hours later from the coffee and had to stop and eat again. Not something that normal happens from my other regular coffee spot. I really enjoyed the coffee and can’t wait to try more!! I ordered on the App a few minutes away and everything was ready to go when I went through the drive thru! I will definitely be back!

We tried the new caribou and were quite disappointed with the low quality of the food and drinks. The cold brew/iced coffee is pretty alright but nothing too special. The hot latte tastes like buttered popcorn it’s kinda gross. And the food options all seem to be frozen and microwaved before served. The prices were quite high for low quality products. Overall the only good thing was the service. The barista/cashier was incredibly nice and helpful. I would not return for coffee or a snack, but I would return to have a chat with the employees.

I’ve been counting down to this opening, and now it’s officially part of my morning reset. I grabbed a vanilla espresso + their egg soufflé (10/10), and honestly — the order window might be my favorite part. There’s something about stepping out of the car, fresh air, coffee in hand… just a quick pause from the chaos. It’s not just coffee — it’s a mini moment for yourself. And I’ll definitely be back for mine. 🫶☕️

After some negative experiences at a competing coffee / donut store, I have seen the light and have made this Caribou my go- to for delicious coffee! I love that there are so many drink choices and many ways to customize my drink! Everything I've tried has just been insanely good! The staff here are all wonderful and friendly. Becca, the GM, always greets me by name and is just fantastic! Others may run on "that other place", but me? I'm running on (and to!) Caribou!

Worst coffee I've had in a LONG time. Terrible flavor, even the smell is off. Wanted to try something new but it's not even worth it. Shame this took over Checkers. Got 2 drinks to try, some caramel espresso and the equivalent of a latte... my partner and I both couldn't drink these drinks. The microwaved food also wasn't great. Tried 2 items and since they were microwaves after being frozen, they weren't warm all over. Very unfortunate.
