Carlo e Camillo Bistrot

The interior is nothing to call home about but the deceptively simple cuisine is hearty and full of wonderful flavours. One can tell there is a great chef behind the scene.

After informing the waitstaff and on my booking that my partner was a celiac, they still brought a bread service for both… managed that, but they also incorrectly brought her a gluten side dish. Unapologetic on correcting. Heavily priced, disappointing food and dangerous allergen handling. Wouldn’t recommend if you are a celiac. Update the restaurant confirmed they didn’t provide contaminated food. But haven’t taken accountability for serving the wrong dishes. Suggest reading other reviews when considering dining here.

Located at the Grand Hotel Sitea, with a direct access from the hotel bar, this restaurant offers an interesting variety of Italian classics. The food is good and the staff helping and friendly. Nothing to complaint, but it's not going to be fine dining as we name it.

The food was too salty and very basic for the price, and the staff was very extremely cold and unhelpful. It felt like everyone there hated tourists, which is very weird for a hotels restaurant. Would absolutely not recommend.

Very disappointed as the menu was written on cardboard with a marker. Google was unable to translate the writing. We used Google translate to communicate with the staff, but the staff was not helpful so we left.

Un bistrot di tutto rispetto! Carlo e Camillo, il bistrot del Sitea non delude mai: a partire dal personale che è sempre disponibilissimo; il locale all’interno si presenta sempre raffinato e più che pulito. Siamo tornati qualche giorno fa per pranzo ed abbiamo deciso di stare nel dehor datosi che era una bella giornata. Abbiamo iniziato con il tris di antipasti (carne cruda, vitello tonnato ed insalata russa); come primo abbiamo ordinato entrambi gli agnolotti al sugo d’arrosto e fonduta.. una leccornia! Come secondo ho scelto la spalletta di vitello brasata all’Arneis con un contorno diverso dal solito: polpa di melanzane cotte al forno anche se onestamente quest’ultimo, per mio gusto personale, non mi ha fatto impazzire. Mio marito invece ha optato per il filetto di vitello con la polenta morbida che consiglio vivamente: una vera bomba. Abbiamo concluso entrambi con la panna cotta che mangiamo solo ed esclusivamente qui da loro. Insomma noi ci sentiamo di consigliarvelo senza ombra di dubbio!

Excelente restaurante. Jantei aqui dois dias: no primeiro pedi um spaghettone alla amatriciana. Ótima porção. Excelente. No segundo, um risoto al salto. Delicioso, mas a porção poderia seu um pouco maior. Fui muito bem atendido por Roberto, que merece aqui meus cumprimentos.
