We started with the chips and salsa. The salsa was the only good thing we ate. The chips were served cold and in a brown paper bag. Gross. Then we had the chicken enchilladas. It seemed like they wrapped the chicken in a tortilla and put it in the fridge for a day or two. Then when someone orders them, they pop them in the microwave and then ladel out some foul tasting red sauce onto them. Gross. The decor i just don't understand. Why are there bicycles tied to the ceiling? The waiter was nice but the food still took a really long time to come out. Can't blame him for that because it seemed like he was the only one working the upper deck consisting of like 15 tables.
I would not reccomend this restaurant for dining to anyone.

We ate lunch at Carlos n’ Charlies restaurant located in the Flamingo hotel on Las Vegas Blvd. It is a nice little restaurant located just a few feet from the hotel lobby check in. The food was delicious and our server was both knowledgeable and friendly while helping us decide on what to get from the menu as it was our first time eating at this restaurant. They have a kids menu with delicious burgers and fries along with your choice of strawberry, vanilla or chocolate ice cream. We went with the chicken tacos, rice and beans and a savory cheeseburger. Our total bill for four people was right around $100 which isn’t bad for the strip.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Face it: it’s Vegas there 100s of other places to eat and you should choose any of them over this joint. I popped in for a late night drink and food after a long day. The service was lousy. I ordered an appetizer, ceviche; it never arrived. The margarita was “ish” adequate. I will say the Carne asada tacos were tasty, but again you can find equally good if not better and with far better service. I ordered a twisted tea, it never arrived. 15 minutes later I asked the waiter if he had forgotten. And, that’s when he decided to tell me that they don’t serve twisted tea. Why didn’t you tell me that 15 minutes ago when I ordered it from you? Lousy. Fast-forward to the arrival of my bill where the same waiter took the liberty of adding several add-ons that were neither requested nor eaten. Absolutely awful experience! AVOID! 👎🏻

You felt kind at first.
Then they cheat on the price. First low price then tax then tip. In short, inflated conversion beyond the truth.
Note that they start with a sale and end at an unfair price. The drink is sweet and in fact lemonade is sold as a non-alcoholic margarita. The safest is the beer.. Nachos 9 dollars. In short, put it ❤️

The food sucks and its pricey . Pan cakes look good but we used our hands to slice it . Knife won’t do it . No Kids menu at all . The only a slice of bread given with the platter is so small . Scrambled eggs looks pale and so with the beans. There is no enough space for the customers with wheelchair so , I constantly stand up to give them the way to pass . The seats are so close to each other with the other tables. I like their bar stools ,( a dancers legs ) They have outdoor area where the seats are also close to each other , Not easy access with wheel chair , which is nice only a feet away from the beautiful Botanical garden where you can walk around within the Flamingo Hotel .

Overall, it was a great experience sitting outside here. We had chips and salsa, and we also had chips and guacamole, which was made fresh in front of us. This is pretty uncommon, especially in Las Vegas!
The two-for-one mango margaritas were absolutely delicious, and a great value. The chicken and cheese enchiladas were decent, but we’ve definitely had better. Overall the service was fast and friendly and very attentive. The atmosphere was loud and popping off, and our space outside was often misted to keep it cooler.

Staying at the Flamingo 🦩 in Las Vegas...
This turned out to be a great choice for dinner.
Best wings I've ever eaten and I have eaten a lot in 64 years.
Pass on the food court for breakfast unless you want high prices and food with powdered eggs...was terrible.
Go to this restaurant it's worth the price.

Max provided us great breakfast service. Both outside and inside seating is available. This restaurant serves breakfast lunch and dinner. The atmosphere is light and fun and this is a great place to have a group of friends family or coworkers gather. There are booths and tables available, and also a cocktail bar. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. Today we had an omelette with that was served just perfectly. This is a great location if you are already in the FLAMINGO Casino, Hotel, if you are coming from the outside, and not already there, you will need to park in the self parking or in valet parking. The valet parking is quite expensive. Highly recommend this as a convenient restaurant within the flamingo resort hotel.
