Carl’s Jr.

Got excited when I found out we had one in Miami. Hopefully it was an off day, the burger quality was just about Burger King. Place was nice and modern. Looks like they are having some early issues as they had no coke and ice machine was broken. We also ordered a shake on our way out, it took them 22 minutes to prepare the shake. The shake was nothing special and we had to drink it through a thin paper straw. Looks like a one and done for my girlfriend and I.

Great location and great idea to bring this branch to Miami. We were visiting from Tampa and decided to buy a real and tasty burger. My only complaint is the service. Not sauces outside to auto serve our self. Cleaning of the place 9 of 10. Quiet at night when we visiting.

Carl's Jr is finally in Miami and it is worth it. No matter if you're in Broward or West Palm, it is worth the drive to eat here. I've had it in Vegas and New Jersey and this place is exactly how I remembered having it all those years ago. From the beautiful and inviting atmosphere, to the absolutely wonderful staff that wait on you, you forget that this is a fast food restaurant. And the food- Oh my gosh the food.. It is made to order and you can tell. From the burger to chili cheese fries. Everything on the menu is delicious. I cannot recommend this place enough, over many fast food places you could go to. And hats off to Stephen (or Steven, I apologize for not knowing how your name is spelled lol), but you were wonderful and a pleasure to chat with. If anything he made the experience memorable and enhanced my enjoyment of the establishment. Me and my family will most definitely be returning whenever we are in the area. And I hope this review entices you to visit and enjoy some fantastic food.

Jumbo burgers from Carl's Jr are always a hit! You can't go wrong with their fan fave Famous Star burger. Their El Diablo burger is back! We really like the spicy kick in this burger and paired it with the El Diablo Loaded Fries. The Oreo Cookies and Cream Milkshake definitely hit the spot at the end of the meal. I was lucky enough to attend one of Carls Jr soft openings. I ordered the Diablo with Crispy Cut fries. Exquisite, best fries on the market by far and the burger incredibly good. The angus beef was extremely tasty, juicy and you could feel the freshness in everything. The staff was super friendly and the place super nice. They delivered exactly what was expected and more. 10/10

I ordered a Western combo and it came fast and it was a good burger for lunch and the drink cup size was good for the price. The toilets where somewhat clean but the bathroom floor and walls and sink was clean and it did not smell. The fries were good with the ketchup they gave me and they added a promo burger too. Thanks.

Came here for a quick meal on the way home. Ordered at the drive through and it had a cool AI order system that took the order pretty effectively. But then it took them over 20 minutes to prepare the food. I understand if this was a sit down restaurant but thus is not

First time eating at this fast food restaurant chain and I was not impressed. Ambiance -- the place was clean; and if you don't mind the Mexican music blaring on the background, then, all's good. Service -- The attendant was courteous and helpful since I didn't know what to order. The brought the food to where we were sitting so that was a plus too. Food -- In comparison to other fast food chain, their food items are not in the same quality food league. Ordered: 1) Double famous star combo -- the frozen patties still looked frozen [not even brown but whiteish] and there was more bread and lettuce than patties. Fries - good. 2) 5-piece hand breaded chicken tenders -- these were not hand breaded and they were very greasy tasting too. For the quality of the food, I found it to be overpriced as well. Overall, if fast food is what you're craving, pick another fast food restaurant chain.

Stopped here for dinner. Ordered the chicken club sandwich and a shake. The chicken sandwhich was delicious and had great flavor. I did remove the Swiss cheese and added American cheese. Cannot believe they charged 70 cents to replace the cheese. That seemed crazy. The strawberry shake was really good. Refreshing on a hot evening! I would order again both items. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. Overall for fast food place this was good and I would go back again.

The food in Carl's is always good. The only bad thing is they always mess up your order. I never check it and they always mess up ‍. The ambiance is always cool. Besides all the mess up this place is great!

Being a gal from California and growing up with Carl's Jr , I was beyond excited to check them out. I drove 20 mins to get here. It was busy, but not crazy busy and I only had 4 people in front of me in line. I'm giving 3 stars for the reason that the wait for my food took a really long time for fast food standards. It was to the point where someone came out from the back and finally gave me my to go order and had to apologize for the wait. I don't know if they missed my order or what, but I was disappointed because of that. Now my western combo was delicious. Just like home. Obviously, if you're dining in, this place is casual LOL. I will still give them another shot. I know it's a new spot and probably working some kinks out. I'll update with my next visit.

First time here. This is an L.A fast food franchise. I got the Double Famous burger. It was juicy and messy. Just how I like it. I should have either order the single or no combo, since I couldn't finish my fries. They served us really quick. It is brand new so everything looks clean and nice. My husband tried the chicken tenders and said it was the best chicken tenders he has had in a while. FYI: their Bbq sauce tastes just like Mc Donald's and Larry said their honey mustard tasted like the one from TGIF. I removed one star from the review because the French fries were salty and the strawberry lemonade had too much sugar, but I would recommend it.

The service was good and they have a good variety, the food was okay and some of the items didn't live up to the description.

Loved Carl's Jr when I lived in CA. So happy it's here! It's Not the same as Hardee's! Western (& Double Western) Bacon Cheeseburger is king of all burgers! Grilled-BBQ chicken sandwich is also great. Reminded me of CA! Now, I just need one in Palm Beach County!

Still clean on the inside. Food was good. Service was quick. Fries could do with a bit more work as they lacked quantity. Chicken wrap was enough for a light but not to overwhelming snack or late dinner.

When I saw there was finally a Carls Jr in Miami I was so excited because I've only experienced them on the west coast and I always raved about how great their burgers were but boy was I disappointed. I came to the drive thru with no cars infront of me and was greeted with one of those new A.I. voices taking my order, after placing my order I pulled up to the window and waited about 6 minutes before someone finally came to take my payment. In the meanwhile cars had started piling up behind me. It took me over 10 minutes to receive my food. For fast food standards that's very slow but I gave them the benefit of the doubt cause I was thinking about the quality of the burgers but that was not the case here. When I finally got home I realized they forgot to give me one of my large fries. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, a double cheeseburger and a double jalapeño. The burgers were pretty good I'm not going to lie but the chicken sandwich was dry Af. I had to drench it in honey mustard just to get it down. It's nice to have a good burger option in Miami but the time it took to get my order and the lack of service really ruined it for me. Hope they can redeem themselves cause we could really use an alternative to all the other fast food places down here. West coast still has the best burgers

Ordering was......different. You are greeted by the menu and a low budget Siri! It was a cold, impersonal, and dry experience. But, I guess if you're there after a night of debauchery it may be okay. The food was average at best, nothing special.. 3 out of 10 would not recommend. TTFN!

Absolutely delicious food , service , quality this place has it all They even surprised my little with some ice cream Talk about service with heart I had the double guacamole bacon burger ( sorry no pic ) but it was soo good and hubby had the double famous star We will definitely be back

Carl's Jr, all the staff did an amazing job in record time fulfilled 15 milkshakes, i saw fresh oreos and all! they are delicious my staff loved them thank you for your hard work

I was very excited to get a Carl's Jr. in Doral. I really enjoyed the cowboy burger combo. The food was very good. I was rather disappointed with the use of AI to order in the drive-through. It was annoying to repeat your order 8 times to a robot that gets everything wrong 90% of the time. I think restaurants should just use people, not robots to receive an order. It took an hour to order two combos with AI. That's just ridiculous. The ambiance of the restaurant was great but it was overcrowded. I hope they keep the same menu the West Coast has.

Service is amazing as it was the last visit! Garrett was very kind and helpful. The restaurant was very clean and smelled wonderful! The food was hot and fresh! I enjoy the hamburgers because they look like the advertisements! Most places actually give you a sorry version in comparison, not here! Love coming here!!

Burgers are excellent. Really great combination of choices of ingredients. Excellent service and ambiance. Highly recommend. I didn't really want to believe the hype but it exceeded my expectations.

I was surprised when a friend told me there was a Carl's Jr in Doral. Usually Carl's Jr is in on the West Coast and Hardee's is on the East Coast as there a both own by the same corporation and there menus are 90% the same. In any case the place was clean, they didn't have the Mushroom'N Swiss that Hardee's has but the food was great. The only complaint was the the service was too slow, it took 25 minutes to get my order in. Hopefully when I return they will have things running smoothly since they only have been operating here for a month!

Honestly they gave me 2 burgers and I couldent eat all that buttt lowky hit hard to eat you can tell am a big back

I am not a fast food person, but the other day while visiting Doral I saw this new place. I was curious because I had not seen that franchise in Miami before. I ordered the chicken wrap with fries: I was really surprised how good it was. The Wrap is delicious and frankly, the fries were yummi crispy. Nice ambience! Very clean. I really recommend it. Burger was extremely mid. No quality in meat. Pretty sure it taste exactly like a Costco Burger King burger. Waffle fries were pretty good. Burger gets a 2 and fries gets a 7

I don't understand what the hype is all about. My experience is , it's Burger King with better fries snd service. At least the restaurant is clean and new inside. BK restaurants always look inhabitable.

I think I was a little harsh giving it three stars in the first review. Everything in my first review still stands but I tried it today again, this time I compared BK burger right after. I think the charbroil grill flavor, whatever it is, adds a bit more flavor than the flame broil conveyor belt BK uses. Not much but there is a difference there & the cheese is always melted, never lukewarm. I also appreciate the extra wrapping they give you. Makes less of a mess. This time I got a premium burger but the buns still came smooshed down. Is this standard operating procedure? What I can't understand is why would you claim charbroiled when it isn't? You use flame broiled as in gas grills. P.S. I can see people get sent to park in the parking spaces in front of the fire hydrant. There's two that you a park in but the third one isn't parking. Maybe not a good idea as that could turn into a legal fine by the city for this franchise.

I was excited to try this place out, after arriving at the establishment it was over very clean but much smaller than I thought. Heads up if you wish you come here half their menu is not available and the whole staff team seem to be new to the whole food industry. All seem very clue less on how to do anything. I waited one hour and 30 minutes to receive my order, only reason I waited is because I already made the drive and wanted to try out the food. And I must say the food was not worth the wait. I would never come back here again, and I would advise anyone else to stay clear from here. Or at least wait until they get a new crew that knows how to operate a well established fast food restaurant.

Burger was very fresh and tasted great. Condiments were plentiful for sure. The size of the burger is perfect.

Since they changed the menu, it takes a loooooonnnngggg time to get your food. Maybe someone should remind these folks that it is known as fast food for a reason.

I don't usually write reviews, but this place was so awesome I had to!! Service- great and very fast / Food- fresh, delicious, high quality and generous portions. Their strawberry shake and guac-burger is a must. Atmosphere- very clean, chic, artsy and cool place in general. Just goooo!!

YAY! Car's Jr is finally here in Doral, FL! It's the only Carl's Jr in Florida. I use to live in Los Angeles, and I would always go to Carl's Jr for their yummy burgers. Well, I went today since they opened today. OMG! This location didn't disappoint. I got a Western Cheeseburger for breakfast and enjoyed it. The fries were great too! The place was neat n clean and the staff were friendly n professional. I'm so happy they are finally in FL and hopefully Carl's Jr will open more locations around FL. BTW, Carl's Jr is NOT Hardee's. The burgers are so different. I can't wait to come back again!!!

All you Miami People don't know that this is Burger Kings Lil Bro, food is good not the best but not the worst. West coast , Central USA folks know what's up. Just go there with a nice buzz and you'll be satisfied. Don't go there and expect Shake Shack or BURGERFI type of cuisine. Because even those spots are shitty as fuxk now and overpriced. If yall want any In N Out one day you have to appreciate Carls Jr.

Absolutely ridiculous 1st the Togo order took 45 minutes to get then asked for plain add bacon they screwed up the order giving people the wrong ones

I was surprised that they chose Doral as a location, but I'm glad they did! First time trying Carl's Jr., and I have to say I was impressed with the whole experience. I walked in to pick up my order, since I hate holding up a drive-thru line looking at a menu, and the staff was very friendly and polite. I placed my order to-go and walked out of the restaurant in less than a five minutes. I ordered the El Diablo burger combo , a California Classic, and a spicy chicken sandwich, and everything tasted great. I would definitely go back again!

i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. the food actually came out really quick but the quality was extremely low. the bread was basically stale and the meat was as dry as meat could be. i ordered the wraps as well and they were really good which is why im putting 2 stars instead of one. burger king quality is better. the customer service was good our cashier was very attendant and was very nice.

I stopped by yesterday and The food was great! On top of that the Service was amazing all the employees were very nice. The restaurant was very very clean !! I had a wonderful experience.I will definitely be coming back.

When they first opened and Corporate was running the store, things were running good. Fast forward to after they left and now the place has gone way downhill. The customer service from the employees is horrendous. They never let you use accumulated points for free items, they take about 40 minutes for 2 burgers and a kids meal when you dine in. And when you finally get the food, it is cold and stale. If you ask them to correct their mistake they have fits(and added extra salt on my burger) . Most of the time the chicken tenders are hard,dark and cold due to their "warmers not working" basically since the first day. The store semi Functions when the GM is there quite literally speaking loud to them. Overall the quality of the food, BAD. The customer service from the employees,horrendous. Is is very sad that the only Carls Jr in South Florida isn't functioning right. I do hope that someone from the Carl Corporate team sees this and addresses what RSMG franchises is doing to their name.

ewwwww this place is terrible we got stuck there on christmas although super grateful we had a place to eat at i am very upset it was this one we got the chicken nuggets with fries that's were like totally raw and had no flavor they could have made this so much better then it came with a cookie and it is not hard to mess up a cookie well carl jrs messed up a chocolate chip cookie

I took a day trip to Miami from Delray Beach and decided to stop by Carl's Jr and to say I was disappointed was an understatemen. I arrived around 1130 am there were a couple people sitting eating and I guess either 2 managers or a manager and owner sitting talking. I ordered and went to use the app that had a welcome coupon and it didn't work so the cashier went to the management and asked how it worked and they told him they don't accept the app on Thursday through Saturday which I find odd.so I said what ever just ring me up. everything is overpriced I paid like 17 dollars for 6 chicken stars onion rings a burger and a soda. next the amount of time it took from ordering to receiving food was 19 minutes. the service from the cashier was good the management was not they didn't even acknowledge me but acknowledged other people that came in after me which is whatever. now for the taste and food quality, the coke tasted good the onion rings were over cooked and very bland the chicken stars tasted like the frozen chicken nuggets that you can get from the grocery store like Walmart brand not even a quality brand like Tyson or anything of that nature and the reason this review got a 2 instead of the 1 is the burger it was decent not great by any means. needless to say it was a disappointing trip to Carl's Jr. would I return? i highly doubt it. would I recommend it NO.
