Stopped by this Carl’s Jr. while passing through downtown Tucson, and it was exactly what I needed after a long drive 🚚. Fast service, hot food, and that familiar Carl’s Jr taste that never disappoints. The location feels lively but relaxed — desert air, city vibes, and a solid place to refuel without wasting time 🌵. Burgers were fresh, fries hot, and everything came out quickly. Simple, reliable, and satisfying. A good stop if you’re moving through Tucson and want something familiar, filling, and easy 👍☀️.

Needed a bite and new Carl's Jr had a good breakfast sandwich. The dining room was empty other than one other. The place was clean and tidy, ready for the day. Restroom was also very clean and stocked. The food was tasty albeit greasy (what do you expect).

Cristina the GENERAL MGR. was so rude & ugly. Not to mention we spent $40 & she hesitated to give us the code for the restroom. Horrible, horrible service for being my first time here. NEVER AGAIN. The restaurant was dirty/filthy. My order was given wtong.

I'll stop by after work and grab some grub through the drive thru, and it's always been good. The food tastes fresh and the fried zucchini is always piping hot. Daniela the shift leader is always so helpful when I go. She helped me with my app and taught me how to use it in no time. She has amazing customer service! Thank you!!

I had a great experience at this Carl’s jr. The cashier up front named Isamar gave me such a wonderful service. She was very nice and the food was great and fresh!! I will definitely be coming again.

It's 8:50 in the morning and we were in the lobby for more than 5 minutes people saw us standing there and we received no service. We tried getting someone's attention and no one replied. Worst service ever when they had no one else in the lobby and only one car waiting outside for their food outside in the front.

Seen some people complain that Carl's Jr doesn't carry their veggie burger anymore. Got to be nuts to eat one of these. 700 calories, 40 G of fat and 1500 G of salt! Damn! And maybe people should read the ingredients in this sandwich.

First off Carl jrs for the past year has just gone down hill. But when i order something like no salt on the fries. I truly mean no salt that's not take what cold ass fried you have there amd give them a quick rinse in the hot oil. And then serve a sandwich i didn't order. I'm. So done with Carl jrs​ they don't even care . NOTORIOUĥS for serving fries that are ðld. This time of night not busy yð8xçxçĥou would think the odds of them screwing up my order would very low, nope. ​

I want to give a shout out to Joel to commemorate him with the excellent service he's given me and for being very patient with my complicated orders. He took his time to get all my orders correct and the food always came out amazing. The numerous times I've come in his hospitality has never changed and I suggest gets the recognition from his superiors. This employe sets the bar for what food service employees should strive for. 10/10

i went through the drive thru to use an offer on the app. the worker did not know what i was referring to. i offered to pull up to window to show her and she told me to go inside. i'm not sure why. there was no one in the drive thru line. management should enforce knowledge on offers in the app. so workers won't act clueless. this is the second time it's happened to me at this location. do better!

I know this location has had a bad rep in the past but today stoped by today for convenient sake and wow has this place really turned it around. Location was super clean and took about 3 minutes from order to table. Food was fresh and hot. Maritza served me at the counter and the table 10/10 super respectful and professional. If you need a quick stop definitely a location that is now a go to again.

Eat here if you want food poisoning the owner is a scumbag, the place is dirty and the food is the worste carls in the entire city of tucson. I was eating here and they tried to tow my car while eating thinking i was at the gem show. The shadeball owner works with the towtrucks, as i was eating 3 trucks showed up and within 5 minutes had 10 cars towed one of which they tried was mine and i saw them through the window. I got sick here and i puked from a western bacon cheeseburger. Not only did this awful location try to rob me while i was a patron of their business, but i ended up with vomiting from their poorly prepared food. I suggest any other carls location but here, DO BETTER. Dont be greedy thieves.

Nah this food is absolutely disgusting. The fries were cold. I asked for a large they gave me a medium, actually! I'm actually glad they give me medium because this food was disgusting like Play-Doh. The burger I can't even put it in detail how disgusting it was I won't even feed it to my dog. This food is a disgrace to mankind. "" this emoji is exactly how I feel about this place and how the food was! Did not feed this stuff to your kids because you can kill them!! For real! And this is not even close on how I feel about wasting money on this place! The customer service was nice but the food never again! All I wanted to do is check out this place because I haven't ate at this type of place in a long time...now I see why... I physically want to watch this place burn.... it should go out of business by the low rating of this place, like for real. No hate to the people that's working there. but to the food. They messed up the order twice, giving us the same wrong thing twice (one patty on a double and dairy on something that was suppose to be dairy free) took 30 minutes just to get food in a drive through and it really wasn't that busy. There was also no masks on any of them, which is pretty gross considering there's a pandemic going on and they work with food.

This is ridiculous... I ordered a medium fry and this is what I get??? On the way home I did have a small amount of fries very small because I was driving and this is what I ended up with??? That's ridiculous I know they did not put enough fries in this container...

I went there and purchased my food and stayed in parking lot to enjoy my meal and since they though I was there too long I was asked to leave. I was in my vehicle minding my own busines. way too show customer service.

My usual drive-thru stop for breakfast before work! My order is always correct and the staff are quick and friendly!

I decided to use a coupon for a $2.99 breakfast sandwich yesterday morning at this Carl's Jr on my way to work. I pulled up to the drive through, placed my order letting the staff know I had a coupon. I was told to pull up to the window and have my coupon ready. I exchanged good morning with staff and hand over my coupon. She takes my coupon and turns to the register then tells me " $9.11" I said " wait what?" She tells me " let me enter the code again" she took about a minute and with the blankest of expressions tells me " it's $9.11" I tell her "you want me to give you $9.11 for a $3 sandwich?" She replied "it says $9.11" I know it was early but come on. I wished her a good day and drove off leaving her with my coupon and a very expensive breakfast sandwich.

As far as quick service/drive through restaurants go, Carl's Jr. is better than a lot of them. Yes the drive through line sometimes takes a little longer than Mc Donalds, but the sandwiches are always hot, freshly made, and are good sized and filling for the price. They also have great coupons in the weekly ads, and they keep their menu options interesting. But the real reason for this five star review is for the exceptional staff at this particular location on Congress. They are always super professional and friendly, especially the manager Joel. I just want to give a shout out to the crew there for their very good work at a job that is not always easy! Thank you!

My aunt and I walked into the restaurant to use the bathroom since we were attending the Gem festival. As soon as we walked in the security guard rudely blocked our path and demanded we show a receipt to use the bathroom. So I went and stood in line to buy something so we could use the bathroom. My aunt who doesn't speak English tried to enter the bathroom now that I was going to buy something and the security guard said he wouldn't let her in until he saw a receipt. This is in spite of my aunt being a senior citizen (67 yrs old). She then came and stood in line with me and while the person in front of us was buying a bottle of water. She without realizing that it wasn't our turn put down $5. The cashier took that as her paying for the other customer even though it was clearly a lack of language skills on her part. The cashier ignoring this refused to accept that it was a misunderstanding and insisted that we pay for the water. At this point I guess the manager came and voided the bottle of water. Took the bottle of the water away from us, gave us back our money and refused to let her use the bathroom. They then rudely demanded we leave: the cashier, the other worker and the manager and the security guard was following us out as we were shouting in protest. This whole incident could clearly been avoided and we were treated so abhorrently that I without a doubt am sure that the reason they mistreated me and my aunt was because she didn't speak English and was a foreigner. This is clearly an incident of prejudice and xenophobia. I wouldn't even give one star but I have to: 000 stars

Emmilie has fantastic customer service! When ordering Emmile is patient and speaks clearly. When you arrive to the window a warm and inviting young lady is ready to great you and complete your order with a smile! :) She made my night thank you!

The Manager of this location on the 9 th of February had our car towed while we were eating at the place. We did nothing wrong and in fact we had our drink cups still in our hands when we discovered the vehicle gone. I have pictures to prove the whole thing even. What the Manager definitely did not consider is people NOT at the Gem Show - that actually has tents for same in their parking lot itself - eat there. We were on a business trip to Tucson and I had a Non U. S. citizen with me as a guest and we simply stopped there for a bite to eat. I had eaten there on other trips to Tucson and had a good meal prior. This time though we also got subjected to extreme scrutiny when my guest wanted to use the rest room. It is State law that places that serve food must allow access to their restroom so you can wash your hands etc. . You can not pick and choose what races of people get in the rest room but the manager seems to have a very discriminatory policy about this. Its illegal and you need to boycott on that alone. I too had to go through a real process to get let in to the bathroom. Its totally ridiculous. We did get into it but felt discriminated against all the same. Something we should not have to go through period in this day and age. Back to our car being towed. When approached the manager denied calling or authorizing the tow. The Tow Company however said to us it was her. More over the cab we had to pay 40 dollars to to take us to the two yard and pay $220. to said we were the third group of passengers that he had taken there this morning. It gets better yet as on one of my trips back in to the Carl's to discuss this with the manager on my way back out the very nice lady who had sold us our food and drink actually said the Manager did have us towed as she gets a rake from the Tow Company. This appears to be a criminal enterprise being run by the Manager and M and S towing. As the cab was leaving we saw two tow trucks pull into the parking lot and wait by the curb and I got a picture of same doing so. Truly a black eye for Tucson and everyone should at all costs never eat there until things really change. Carls Jr, on Congress you should know this is not over by a long shot and I will be following this up with the City Attorney.

I was there yesterday, drive thru. We were the only ones there, we ordered, drive to the window, one of the workers told us they were having computer problems and it was going to take a couple of minutes. We waited more than 15 minutes, none of the workers came to the window to let us know that it was going to take longer. After the 15 minutes of waiting, we decided to leave. Horrible customer service! I would never go back there.

For having to work on Christmas everyone was super nice! Even them having to deal with a crazy yelling man, they handled it professionally

do not eat or park here. they will tow your car away went to have lunch here yesterday when we came out to the parking lot our truck was gone. they towed it knowing we had gone inside to eat because the security guard saw us coming inside the restaurant. only park here if you have $220 to spare. while boarding our uber we noticed the security guard tell another customer they were going to tow his vehicle. why didnt he tell me the same thing ???? besides being towed, now we felt discriminated against. security guard must be on the towing company's payroll. since he was sitting inside looking at the parking lot ohhh and be prepared with cash. they only take cash when you pick your car up from the towing place. management please contact me if you would like more information

I love the food at Carl's more than other competitors. This location can be entered from the frontage road or Congress. I have only gone through the drive through, but both times I had special order items, and both times I found the cashier friendly and helpful. Chocolate Oreo shake is not on the menu but they made it for me! I will keep this in mind since it's right off the freeway.

Did two UberEats pickups back-to-back, here. Honestly, it was the slowest service I've seen at any fast food restaurant in a long time. Took 20-30 minutes each time. All I wanted to do was pick up the food. Then I had to still deliver each order. C'mon Carl's Jr local management / regional management / and headquarters. This location needs more staff on duty (I was there 2x between 1125pm - 1245am. How do you make money, if you only process 3 orders per hour? Personality of the staff was fine, but slowest service I wouldn't have expected.

This location is by far the worst of any I've ever been to. The restroom as shut down with a paper sign on it. There were 3-4 homeless people inside at all times. The coffee was completely watered down with almost no flavor and it took about 5 minutes of having employees stare at me before they took my order at the counter. Not even letting me know it will be a minute or greeting me or any acknowledgement of me being there.

So me and my GF sometimes work late and we hit different places to try and get food for me and my GF, she always wants an oreo smoothie for some odd reason all the other fast food restaurants never have them other than Carls Jr . We love it

The only place that was near Riverpark Inn in Tucson to eat something. That 7.00 Jalapeno Burger, I got was the best decision I made for being stuck in Tucson for August. And they had air conditioning. 5 stars completely.

Carls Jr d the drive thru of this establishment and ordered specifically a kids meal with MILK to drink, well I have to say THANK GOODNESS I took a swig of it first! It was bad, very bad. I called and told the lady on the phone it was bad and to check her batch., apparently she didn't because when my husband took the milk back to her, she gave him another milk, he tried it and it was also bad! She did give us an orange juice instead and cookies, ok that's fine. Just be WARNED try the milk before you give it to your kiddies.

I absolutely cannot stand this place. I go into work at 5am and this carls jr is open 24 hours. You are unable to order breakfast until precisely 6am which makes no sense, who is going to want to eat a western bacon cheeseburger at 430am for breakfast?! When ordering in the drive thru they take FOREVER regardless of time of day. The times I have eaten there the food, especially the biscuits are almost ALWAYS burnt or extra toasty to the point where it makes the good nasty. Their customer service is even worse, if you try calling to speak with a manager they seem to be even more rude than the employees who gave you a poor experience in the first place. This place is rundown on the inside as well. I will NEVER eat here again after my last experience here where the asst mgr gave me and my coworker such horrible attitude over simple questions about new menu items they had introduced. If this place could be rated with negative stars it would have been.

On the better end of fast food. But this location has consistently nasty restrooms. (Well, the men's room. Can't speak for the other side.) The sort of restroom where you don't wash your hands because you're already cleaner than the sink. Makes me wonder what the kitchen sanitation is like.

Stopped off for lunch, today. This restaurant doesn't live up to the standards that I am used to when I patronize a Carl's Jr. Some of the booths were litter with napkins and straw wrappers. The table had crumbs and the garbage bins were overflowing with trash. The floors needed a good sweeping. The restrooms were not cleaned and the urinals didn't work. The staff was just okay. The food was so-so maybe because of the above. I will still stop off at other Carl Jr's franchise.

It's been 10 months since I was there so have that caveat - I just found the receipt and had to comment. I don't live in Tucson and wife doesn't like any Carl's Jr. as they seem messy per the commercials. But it reminded me about when I stopped by for breakfast then. I remember how nice Lorena treated her customers. It felt like Cheers but warmer - like we were all her family. The biscuits were good too.

Everyone who got food while I was in line returned it for being incorrect. The customer service is ridiculously bad and takes forever to get the food out. I would not recommend coming here for good service.

Granted, I went through the drivethru New Years day at 2AM - but my bun tasted 16 days old, was hard and chewy, the lettuce was bad, and the burger was WAY overdone. Most other times though, everything has been passable. Milkshakes are good.

Bourbon burger, worth trying! Love the creativity of the burgers and the fact that you actually get to taste the meat in the burgers. I'd take a burger from Carl's Jr. vs McDonalds any day!

In a hurry and hungry, I went through the drive-through and waited to open my fish taco until I was back on the interstate. I pulled it out of the bag only to find the juices and sauce had created fissures in the cheap paper wrapper. With lettuce, onion and tomato falling through holes in the wrapper and onto my lap and my seat, I finally had to pull off the freeway to eat with napkins reenforcing the wrapper. And clean up my seat and pants. What a horrible experience.

My first job was at a carl's jr and I really liked most of the food. But I have yet to have a good experience in a Tucson carl's.

Second year in a row we had a booth at the Days Inn Gem Show, so Carl's Jr. is the only place close by to eat. The few times I've had to go in there - long lines waiting, not enough employees either on shift or who knew what to do OR felt like working. Fast food is supposed to be, well, fast. This is not fast or functional. The order takes about 35 minutes, and more than once they brought me someone else's order. One day all but the front door was locked, a clear fire hazard. Employees sit in booths looking at their phones or listening to music while chaos reigns all around them, tables dirty and full of garbage, oblivious to the long lines and the dysfunction in order processing. I would rather go hungry than eat there again, Whoever owns or manages the place clearly doesn't care to prepare his establishment for a huge event like the Gem Show and ought to find another vocation.

Worst customer service ever. Went here at night, they didn't acknowledge my entrance, and instead ignored me and talked about "smoking a blunt." When they acknowledged me finally, I ordered a shake and french fries. The shake they gave me was basically whip cream and it was leaking majorly off the side. When another lady came in, they gave her her food right away even though she ordered after me. When they finally gave me my food, they rudely handed it to me. Never going here again. It was a rude atmosphere, I felt uncomfortable, and I felt very out of place.

I have always been able to get breakfast on my way to work, around 04:55. The drive through window states breakfast is served at 04:00. The last 2 weeks I have tried, and they tell me that they don't serve breakfast until 05:00. I spoke to the manger, and she told me that breakfast does not start until 05:45. What is it? WHO REALLY RUNS THIS FOOD PLACE. They need to find staff that know what they are doing, and talking about

DISGUSTING!!!!!! I have NEVER been in a fast food restaurant as totally gross and filthy as this Carls Jr location on Congress. First of all, only ordered a soda and it took 15 minutes just to get to the one single person at the register. The line was to the door, turned, and was past the soda machines and there was only one register open. This was at lunch time so why wasnt there at least one other person ringing up people? Second the restaurant itself was so gross!!! There was trash on 6 tables and trash on the floors and at the soda station. The floors looked like they could use a mopping and tables needed to be wiped down. If no one else was at the register why wasnt someone else at least cleaning??? The bathroom was very disgusting too. Makes me gag just thinking about it. Maybe its because of the gem show that it was so gross, but really? People come from out of town and all over the world and if they (god forbid) stop in this Carls Jr, what will they think of Tucson? Management SERIOUSLY NEEDS to take care of this store. Disgusting, nasty, gross. Im terrified to think of what its like back where the food prep is. Ill NEVER go back to this place again and Ill tell everyone I know not to either.
