I cant understand how big of a difference there is in the quality and portion size for the BIG HOT HAM AND CHEESE. Some of the Carls Jr have good size on a tasty bun, some of them(including THIS location) make u wonder if they keep giving you the SMALL instead. It's on a totally different bun and the portion is less than half. No matter how many times I complain, no one seems to care to want to do anything about it. Too bad Carls Jr is failing so much on this.

First of all I didn’t order cheese, I hate cheese from here and it completely ruined the biscuit not to mention the rubbery nasty bacon that’s undercooked. Seems like they cooked the hash browns extra, they are extremely hard and disgusting. Wasted money. And no one else was there so there’s absolutely no excuse.

I'm a return customer for the famous Friday burgers. With high prices Can't beat this deal. Store in Broken Arrow was my go-to location. No longer there but it's still worth a trip further into Tulsa when the family is craving a burger.

My favorite place to sit at is near the BIG window or the other big window near the road, the food was amazing 🤩, the fries were a like less salty but nothing bad from a good meal!

I love Carl's Jr. Awesome burgers!!! I wish they hadn't closed their store in Sand Springs!!! Now I have to drive all the way over to 41st & off Yale!

We travel from Joplin, Missouri to the specific location for our Carl's Jr. fix. Always great service and great food.

Well it took 4 years but i can honestly say this is a fantastic restaurant now that Marquis is running this store, he makes it 100% a better and enjoyable place to go and eat at once again.

My mom was craving Carl's Jr, and there isn't one in Muskogee where I live, so this one and the Tahlequah location are closest to me. I had never tried this one before. We just went through the drive thru, but the cashier was quick. Our food was hot and fries were super fresh. My burger was literally picture perfect. Made super well. It's an old gross looking location, so we just ate in the car. But it was tasty, albeit a bit expensive for burgers. I'd rather have Burger King.

Customer service sucks!! No greeting, both workers just looked at me then looked at each other and I said I wanted to order then they proceeded to be bothered to take my order then when I asked for the 2 for 10 deal they said it wasn't in app online reward that didn't show up anyway.

This is a review just on their Biscuit and gravy I ate inside on a Sunday morning. The biscuit was really good for fast food. Better than most fast-food biscuits. It was big and flaky and smothered in sausage gravy. The gravy had a creamy taste to it and was also better than your average fast-food gravy. This just might be the best Fast-food biscuits and gravy in Tulsa. Notice I didn't say sit down restaurant biscuits and gravy. I will leave that for one of my next reviews. Someone on the internet had said he had worked at Carl's Jr and Hardee's. He stated that they make their own biscuits every day. They are not shipped in already made. The gravy is a mix that they add cooked sausage to before serving. It was on the internet so it must be true?

The burgers were decent; You can expect fair burgers from Carl's Jr on 4994 East 41st. However; to tell you about my experience with the fries, it was very disappointing. I expected the fries to be fresh, instead they were extra salty, cold and stale. I would give them 3.75 stars if I could.

There is absolutely nowhere where they have dining hours online; Only drive through hours. The dining room was closed when I arrived ON BLACK FRIDAY! BLACK FRIDAY hours should be way earlier but no. I went to Chik-fil-et instead because their dining room actually opens early as hell. I normally go to sleep around 7am so this is very rare for me to be out this early.

Frozen so called angus patties, and stale buns make for a nasty burger. It was a waste of 23 dollars. Staff was going through the motions. And the store looked like it was closed or out of business. How is this place still open?

I guess they Made the food to fast. I ordered a #3. The onion ring was over cooked, the meat patty was burnt, and the burger itself was poorly assembled. The employee making the burger was obviously lazy, or the burger would not have looked like they dropped it on the floor. I just threw the whole order in the trash. Poor food quality. Mediocre service. And above all "poor employment reflects poor management". Do better. Way better.

I'm purely giving Carl's Jr. this rating because they now carry the vegan Beyond Meat burger. But just give me this. I'm not a vegetarian because I don't like burgers. I freaking love burgers. You know what else I love? Convenience. One of the hardest things about being vegetarian is that before now the option to just pull into a drive through and grab burgers and fries to take home when you're tired and lazy has been completely taken away. Before now our only options were really embarrassing: At my beloved Whataburger, I have been known to get a burger without the meat patty then cook my own veggie patty at home. It's so, so sad. And expensive. Don't even get me started on when I ordered just fries, gravy and toast to create my own "chicken" tender basket at home. But Carl's Jr has come to save the day by offering the Beyond Burger. For those that don't know the Beyond Burger, it's a vegan burger that really goes all out to replicate meat. It is really good, especially compared to a fast food burger Patty. The other day I went to the drive thru, ordered burgers and fries then drove home. As Tim McGraw said, "Another supper, from a sack. A $.99 heart attack." But it's not another supper for me TIM! And it's not a heart attack either, because it's plant based so there wasn't any cholesterol in the patty! Go back to your loving and fulfilling marriage you jerk. Whew, sorry to call out Tim like that. It needed to be done though. Back to my burger, it was fantastic! The service was kind and quick. I ate it super fast, which is a compliment to the food and not an indictment of my manners and/or self control. You pay a little premium for the beyond burger, but I don't mind. I won't get into what that says about the beef industry for fear of getting into it with Tim McGraw again. We all get it. Your stage presence is incredible. Just let all of us normies have our fast food dinners so we can spend more time with our families while you watch the grass grow. Geez.

Carl's Jr. usually has quality food but the workers there are kind of hit or miss and that's kind of disappointing . Consistency should be key to food places . When it's not people tend to go elsewhere . If they could fix that , they would be a better place to go.

I was quite disappointed either by the bait and switch or by the lack of care by the staff. I tried the 5 piece chicken tender meal and received pieces that were the same size or smaller than McDonalds chicken nuggets, but at a much higher price. Otherwise, everything was fine. My review is based on the lack of care or changing menu items without notifying customers. I went to call the phone number on the receipt to let them know, but there was none. Hopefully they respond and correct this.

The western bacon cheesburger was the best part of the visit or they would only get 1 star. I went through the drive thru and the worker was not very helpful. I could not see the available drinks on the menu and when I asked what she had available she mentioned they had coke products. I would have preferred if she ran down the different drinks available so I could make a selection. I then noticed they had the drink varieties at the top of the drive thru menu and was able to make a selection that way. The fries were cold as well. Not even warm.

I love this Carl's Jr for the Beyond Burger! I get it with no cheese, no mayo so it's vegan, and add extra pickle. The fries are good, and I like their cherry coke. I'm always completely satiated and happy with this delightful meal! The only downside is that their drivethru speaker is hard to hear, it's kind of garbled. It's obvious they have a hard time hearing you as well, so it's just both of you having to ask the other to repeat each other a few times. But aside from that, a convenient place for vegans and non vegans alike to grab a quick and delicious bite. Drive thru is still open during the pandemic.

Terrible service, nasty food. Apparently the girl in the drive thru window doesn't know how to speak only take money and give you food.

I like Carls Jr. when it's done right, but the problem is, this place never does it right. I have had many bad experiences here, but today was probably the worst. The lady taking my order could not understand what I was saying. All I wanted was a double cheeseburger with onion only. She she would ask "So, no catsup?" then "No mayo?" - on down the List of ingredients. To each question I kept saying "No, just onion...". Of course they got it wrong anyway. Even after all that. They were under staffed, so my food sat there for over three minutes getting cold until she could finally get back to it. When I took it back, she stood there and argued for two minutes loudly with the cook! I really don't know how difficult a simple order like onion only can cause such a problem. So I got the replacement burger. It was so cold the cheese wasn't even melted on it. So I took it back up and there was a lady waiting in line to return HER order as well, and she had been up there two times also! They have gotten some and identified topping on her hotdog, and their answer was apparently to just scrape it off and put it in the Microwave in nuke it until it was so hard it couldn't be eaten. The cashier ended up calling the manager up front to deal with things, and eventually I got my money back. The part that really hacked me off was that neither one of them ever apologized for any of the mistakes that they were making. It was like it was MY fault somehow. One last note. They were doing lettuce food prep in the back. The container that they were putting the lettuce into was sitting on top of a trashcan. I am not a food safety expert, but I am willing to bet that this is a violation of something!

Sooo why does this say closed? Its not closed at all. Anyway, great food, awesome burgers. Mehh on the burrito side of the menu though.

I usually love Carls Junior. Ive been eating there since the 1970s. The Western Bacon Cheeseburger is a favorite. I have visited this store several times and had a happy dining experience. Not so this time! The counter girl was a Moron Mynah bird. She kept ignoring what I asked for and gave me a litany of "Do you want the sandwich or the meal?". This was Rude - Rude - Rude. If she had said that one more time, I would have gotten back in my car and gone to the Whataburger down the street. You expect this mindless babble in McDonalds. Not in a Carl Karcher restaurant. At least McDonalds has a kiosk so that you can order what you want without going through a dumb and dumber routine. I love carls, and have had good meals at this location. It is high time that corporate stepped in. What we have here is failure to communicate. Counter people need to listen to customers, not talk at them. The beyond meat entries do nothing for me. I love real beef. NO PHONY BALONEY!! I miss Carls the way it was.

So I've never been to Carl's Jr. until today. I got a grilled steak burrito and my bf got a famous burger and fries is was made and handed out really quickly and the fries were amazing. I tried the famous burger and it was also really good. And a pretty big size for what you pay. The burrito how ever had too much rice and too much beans I wish it had more cheese because it was slightly dry and that's why I gave it 4 stars but over all it was a good experience and I would probably eat there again Ide just get something other than the burrito.

It's my first day eating them and I'll never go back. I tried breakfast and it was nasty. The eggs tasted like paper I didn't get And jelly but ketchup with my breakfast sandwich. I just got done eating a burger and it was again nasty. It was bbq sauce from idk what brand but it was nasty I never had a burger that just had bbq sauce and no other sauce . It was overwhelmingly nasty . Also I got lemonade and I'm pretty sure it was soap. It game out with bubbles I shook it because I thought it was fizz but even as I write this review the Bible's are still there. . It taste weird and nasty

I'm a vegetarian and Carl's Jr. is really the only fast food place where I actually get more options than just fries. With that being said, this is the only location in all of Oklahoma where I practically had to argue with an employee about the Veg It burger. Normally I just get told to wait because they have to find it in the system but the employee Antonio point blank said "we don't have that". Didn't look at the computer, didn't ask to describe it, just said no. Even after I said I had ordered it before he still said no. I've worked in customer service for 7 years and in the food industry for 3 and that definitely is not the way to handle a situation where a customer stated they have ordered it before.

Best place for fast friendly service. My order is ALWAYS HOT AND FRESH. ..Keep up the great job!!!

My experience was awful. I went to the drive thru I spoke loud and clear and had to repeat myself 3 times. Then the order took at least 10 minutes to get to me. It wasn't a difficult order. It was until I got to the window that I understood she couldn't speak English well. Overall just an awful experience and I won't be back.

Wish there were more Whataburgers is Tulsa. This one is a frequent lunch stop when we are up from Texas. Service is always fast and polite. Food is delivered in less than 10 minutes. I love the Western Bacon cheeseburger. Pleasant fast food dining.

The staff here is very nice and low turnover, been coming for a couple of years and see the same faces - that tells me they like their jobs and I always get good food. Tried some of the other Carl's and the biscuits are just not as good. My go to place for fast delicious and filling breakfast.

So this is one of the best Carl's Jr. I've ever been too!! The staff is super nice and fast. The food is always good and looks good too. One thing I love that they do is fill your fries up all the way, they don't fill those things halfway like some places. It's always clean too! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I feel like they need a remodel or something. It would benefit business so much because a lot of other food places around it are getting old as well and it'd give them and edge. Especially if other places renovate after the storm.

I love their food but every few times when I go through the drive thru they forget part of my order and it's really annoying since they take my payment for my full order. For example, today I ordered six super stars and 2 chicken fillet sandwiches. To my surprise I get home and there are no chicken sandwiches. I will likely come back but not anytime soon.

Leslie and I went last night as I was craving some hot and juicy beef and Carl's Jr. was what kept popping in my mind. It was the wrong choice. They were definitely understaffed, as all I counted was three people at 6:00pm. I can't stand very long so I went ahead and sat down but I could hear as my gf ordered and she got the Teri Brg medium combo with fries plus a side salad and jalapeno poppers. I heard her order my choice which was the Jalapeno burger third lb med combo with onion rings. The order got to us in a timely manner but that's where my delight ended. Leslie's order was correct, though the meat was cold as were the fries, and with the amount of carbon particles on the fries, the grease was too old and the fries were obviously pre-boxed as they were cold and chewy. That's when I noticed my order was wrong, since I had ordered onion rings! Then when I picked my burger I saw all this obscene bacon hanging out, looked at my receipt and it had been rung in incorrectly! AND my burger was precooked and cold! They remained too busy to stand in line which was LONG and the same cashier was working DT as was on front counter, so I picked the bacon off my Super Bacon combo which should have been a Jalapeno Burger and ate what I could, The soda was delicious, but the poppers were precooked. Don't know if I ever go back, which is a shame as I do like their breakfast. Update on the disappointing meal: I have corresponded FOUR times with their corporate office, and every time they assure me that they have passed my complaint to "appropriate management". Its 07.05.17, and I have YET to hear from anyone at the store!

Breakfast here is awesome. The biscuits are the best. I actually get bacon, on my bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Lol. Biscuit & gravy is awesome too. Fast friendly service, and I customized my order. Everything was as ordered. Thank you for a pleasant breakfast experience. I was so excited that I forgot to take a picture.

Food good I would give 4-5 star but I went there and went threw the drive threw and paid cash for my food and after I left i realize the lady with blk hair with gray weaves in it that was working the window didn't give me my change nor a receipt. I will not return to Carl's jr. I HATE thieves!!!!!!!!

Good value. The burgers are tasty and filling, especially the big Carl. The spicy chicken a bargain and the fried zucchini is delicious. I don't know where you could get a better deal for a quick and filling meal. I have been going there for 6 years and they have never been "closed" nor are they "CLOSED" now. That is during their normal business hours.

This has been the worst Carl's anywhere, ever. The people here just don't care. I special order my burger and say I don't mind waiting for a fresh one, but they couldn't serve a hot burger here if the kitchen was on fire! The fries are never fresh either.

For breakfast biscuits this place can't be beat - for any price. The egg and cheese biscuit is perfection. Never dry, the sour dough taste is perfect. The management here is hands on and if anything is wrong with the order she fixes it cheerfully. Food and service beats any Carl's Jr. I've been to - coast-to-coast. Only thing that would make this place better would be a good wifi.

Love to eat them. Staff always friendly and place always clean. Food is very good. This one still makes a taco salad. So very good. Burgers are awesome. Once in a while they may mess up and put onions on when we ask not to, but no biggy. Otherwise great place.
