I cant understand how big of a difference there is in the quality and portion size for the BIG HOT HAM AND CHEESE. Some of the Carls Jr have good size on a tasty bun, some of them(including THIS location) make u wonder if they keep giving you the SMALL instead. It's on a totally different bun and the portion is less than half. No matter how many times I complain, no one seems to care to want to do anything about it. Too bad Carls Jr is failing so much on this.

First of all I didn’t order cheese, I hate cheese from here and it completely ruined the biscuit not to mention the rubbery nasty bacon that’s undercooked. Seems like they cooked the hash browns extra, they are extremely hard and disgusting. Wasted money. And no one else was there so there’s absolutely no excuse.

I'm a return customer for the famous Friday burgers. With high prices Can't beat this deal. Store in Broken Arrow was my go-to location. No longer there but it's still worth a trip further into Tulsa when the family is craving a burger.

I BELIEVE PEOPLE JUST DON'T NO ANY BETTER NOW A DAY'S..I HAVE YET TO HAVE A GOOD BURGER FROM CJ TODAY I WENT TO THE DILLARDS IN OLD PROMENADE MALL CJ IS NEXT DOOR THE PICTURE OF THE SOUR DOUGH BURGER MADE ME GO IN...I ASKED THE WEITRESS IF I COULD HAVE MY BURGER FRESH TO ORDER THE BACON AND PADDY & I DIDN'T MIND WAITING BEING SUPER NICE SHE MADE EVERY EXCUSE THEY JUST WAS MADE & WAS FRESH I TOLD HER I DIDN'T WANT ONE THAT W JUST HAS BEEN MADE BECAUSE IN THE PAST WHEN THEY SAY THIS IT'S NEVER FRESH WELL THE BURGER WAS TRASH THE BUN WAS BARELY TOASTED & MEAT PUT IN THE MICROWAVE HOW I NO SHE SAID SHE COULD DO SO & I TOLD HER I WANTED IT FRESH ALL THE BACK & FORTH WE DID A PADDY & BACON COULD HAVE BEEN COOKING SMH HORRIBLE PLACE I BELIEVE THE MANAGER WAS HELPING ME ALSO

We just left this place. After we ordered our food and was getting our drinks and ketchup our friend saw a roach crawling in the ketchup! My husband mentioned it to the cashier and he didn't say anything like he didn't care! Disgusting!

I went to Carl's to try their f I sh sandwich I got the fish and the waffle fries unfortunately I couldn't eat either one they were hot but so greasy I wrapped them in napkins the napkins were soaked in grease.i took a bite but no way can I eat something that soaked in grease. I was very disappointed Sorry but that's me others may like greasy food. Also I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes to bring it outside to me

I am so sorry I didn't get the manager's name, but he has been manager for 7 years. I live 5 hours out of town and have to make at least one visit to Carl's here when in TTown. The store is clean, the service is fast, and the food is wonderful. I love the Club Grilled chicken with lots of lettuce, tomatoes, and bacon. It is the best! Thank you for a great dining experience!!! I will always come back to this friendly, top-of-the-line Carl's Jr.

Well it took 4 years but i can honestly say this is a fantastic restaurant now that Marquis is running this store, he makes it 100% a better and enjoyable place to go and eat at once again.
