The atmosphere was sad. The girl that took my order was nice. Had a good attitude, but the lady that brought me the food which I asked before I even grabbed the bag is everything there she said yes so I took the bag looked in. This would be the third time I was missing one of my sandwiches so then I told the lady which she kept telling me know everything‘s there and I said no, it’s not. I’m looking at it right now. I started to tell her this is the third time that I got shorted the other two times I drove all the way to my house before I noticed. She told me she was shortstaffed. I said that’s not a reason to forget sandwiches. She said she’s super busy and being condescending about it. I said that’s not good customer service when I started to say that she slammed the window shut so I couldn’t get her name so I went inside the store which I recorded her name was Belinda. At least that’s the tag she had on. It’s sad but she was shortstaffed definitely shortstaffed, but that does not Make it OK to be rude to your customers even when I went in she ignored me. I had to wait till she served somebody at the counter to get her name. And as far as customers in the store, there was two one set of Customers was sitting down eating the other one person was waiting at the counter, so I don’t see how she was extremely busy But she was definitely short staffed. I counted three people working behind the counter. I love Carl’s Jr. but the first time it was jalapeño poppers, and a burger that I was shorted. The second time was another big sandwich and a order of fries. And this time I was shorted a guacamole triple but I caught it this time! So to sum it up, this is the first time I’ve ever done a review on a Burger joint. And hopefully the last signed customer that just wants his food that he ordered especially when you’re ordering over $70 worth. I wish I had a A video but all I have is an audio file.
If other people see this post, check your order before you leave because I’m sure it’s short something!!!
