Perfectly located right by the beach, with breathtaking sea views and direct access to the promenade. The service is outstanding the staff is friendly, attentive, and always professional. The rooms are spacious, modern, and spotless, with super comfortable beds. Breakfast is absolutely amazing, probably one of the best in Israel! A huge selection of fresh, high-quality dishes, made-to-order options, and a stunning view over the Mediterranean. The rooftop pool is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunset. Special thanks to Roni for the perfect organization and her warm, professional attention throughout our stay, she truly made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tel Aviv, whether for business or leisure!

The food was divine! Both jn the gorgeous breakfast hall across the hotel right on the beach which was beautiful and the shabbat dinner and lunch had excellent dishes. Rooms were nice too. And staff was friendly. Shabbat elevators were not so well planned, but otherwise a great stay

The Carlton is a great hotel to stay at because while it’s not new it’s very well maintained and has every amenity that you need all at a price that makes sense. We don’t like hotels where we pay a huge price for an environment that becomes the focus. This is fine when there is nothing else but this is Tel Aviv - you want to have a great hotel that’s well located on the beach with solid rooms great breakfast great rooftop pool walking distance from the main areas you want to visit and priced at a level where you are ok leaving and exploring - this is where I will stay on my next trip to Tel Aviv

Staff are very helpful. Concierge team are amazing. Room is spacious with a great shower. We did change from a room with a bath. You should request this ahead of time or you will get a shower in a bath and then have to request a change. Breakfast buffet was very good. We had club floor access and the lounge was excellent with exceptional staff. Weekend dinner buffet was first class. |Only negatives - no turndown service and pool gets overcrowded on Saturday. Quite a party scene with some guests bringing in bottles of alcohol which was unusual. |We will definitely stay again. The staff went out of their way to please which is so important and made our stay special.

Good rooms. Great service, especially from Gila at the reception staff and the breakfast team. The breakfast is truly exceptional even for the high standards of an Israeli breakfast and it’s available 6:30-11am. A game changer!

We usually stay at the Sheraton, but stayed at the Carlton for 2 nights in order to attend an event. The rooms are nice and a lot of them have been recently renovated and the bathrooms are beautiful. The hallways feel as if you are on a cruise ship and the breakfast room is outside the hotel in another structure and about 10 stairs to get up to. The breakfast is beyond wonderful; there are so many yummy food to choose from. In order to go to the beach, you have to walk about 5-7 minutes. There is no swimmable beach in front of the hotel.

Fantastic hotel, wonderful staff, great pool, breakfast is fantastic looking over the beach. We had a wonderful holiday, rooms are fabulous and all we can say we had a wonderful stay definitely the staff help make our stay very special. Highly recommend

Great location; excellent service; rooms clean, modern and with all what is needed, including quality amenities. Breakfast by the beach is a must. |I’ve been staying at this hotel for years and they are always trying to improve and offer a better stay.
