A really well managed and maintained full service hotel, excellent location by the sea (and very close to Ben Gurion's historic Tel Aviv home), friendly, professional, and helpful staff. We had a spacious, clean, very comfortable room with wood parquet floors and nice sea views. Really comfortable bed, quality linens and bath towels. Absolutely outstanding breakfast right by the sea made with high quality ingredients, well presented, with many delicious choices and excellent service. Executive lounge is also very good. We also had Shabbat dinner with friends at the hotel, and everyone enjoyed it. Would gladly return!!!

Perfectly located right by the beach, with breathtaking sea views and direct access to the promenade. The service is outstanding the staff is friendly, attentive, and always professional. The rooms are spacious, modern, and spotless, with super comfortable beds. Breakfast is absolutely amazing, probably one of the best in Israel! A huge selection of fresh, high-quality dishes, made-to-order options, and a stunning view over the Mediterranean. The rooftop pool is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunset. Special thanks to Roni for the perfect organization and her warm, professional attention throughout our stay, she truly made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tel Aviv, whether for business or leisure!

My parents were kind enough to treat us to a family trip to Israel which included a 12 day stay at the Carlton Tel-Aviv hotel.|This experience has been UNBELIEVABLE!!! Every single staff member from start to finish made us feel right at home and truly accommodated our never ending needs for a family that included 3 generations. |Solomon, Teresa & Andrew from the breakfast staff truly deserve specific recognition for their hard work and love for our family. They greeted us every morning and made sure we had a table that all 8 family members (toddlers & wheelchairs) were able to sit comfortably. They came to us every morning with our coffee orders and made sure our young kids had their own unique plasticware, that made them feel important. |We can't wait to go back and stay at the Carlton, an experience we could never forget!

We stayed for a four day holiday after attending a wedding. The hotel was very modern and clean. It is directly on the beach, unlike other nearby major hotels where you have to cross a major road to the beach. The lobby often had free fruit plates as well as bowls of apples on every floor. They have a magnificent breakfast buffet that is famous. We paid extra for the club level which had light meals available all day as well as wine, beer and spirits. We had a partial ocean view room and the view was terrific with views of the beach, surfers, sailboats and a view all the way up to old Jaffa/Yafo.

The food was divine! Both jn the gorgeous breakfast hall across the hotel right on the beach which was beautiful and the shabbat dinner and lunch had excellent dishes. Rooms were nice too. And staff was friendly. Shabbat elevators were not so well planned, but otherwise a great stay

The staff were courteous and friendly. This is at least the second time we have stayed at the Carlton and the experience was extremely enjoyable. We would stay again. We especially enjoyed the hotel breakfast in the building that overlooks the Mediterranean Sea.

Great hotel in good location. They do a wonderful breakfast. Rooms were very comfortable and clean.|We also used the executive lounge priced at $90 per room and it was a good value for us.|Rooms seemed soundproof (unlike our Jerusalem hotel)

Great experience from check in to check out. The staff clearly cares about the guest experience and goes out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of. Our room was clean, quiet and had the special bonus of great water pressure (and we were on the 11th floor). Overall, just terrific. Thanks much.
