I liked this Italian restaurant. Food is better than their drinks. The menu for either restaurant week or regular days are both abundant in options. Their pizza is a little pricy but tasty. The steak is decent. Their pastas are above average. Tiramisu is fairly good

I've been there twice. The first time, I had pizza and it was surprisingly good. The second time however was a huge disappointment. I ordered pasta and my wife the lasagna. My pasta was highly overcooked and had barely any taste. The lasagna looked like something you could buy at the supermarket, with tomato sauce straight out of the can, nothing else. Finally the cocktails were terrible. Again it tasted like some cheap juice with alcohol and a ton of ice cube, something you could get in a club. Although the staff and the atmosphere is very nice, I definitely not recommend. You can get a lot better for a better price.

Authentic and creative Italian. Well prepared, good service adjacent to Maggie Daley and Millennium parks. The double cut pork chop was moist and tender. The duck ragu was delicious. The chicken liver pate is perfect with the creative cocktail selections. Highly recommended.

Wanted to check this place out since we live in this neighborhood and can’t wait to try it again! Great experience! The ambiance was nice and the waiter was great. All the food was amazing. See pics below :) my pizza was a little bland but still tasty it would have made a great pasta lol

Hands down the best Italian cuisine i’ve enjoyed in quite some time! The location of this restaurant is phenomenal and the food matches the setting. Waiting staff is extremely friendly and professional. Highly recommend getting into this place before it catches on.

This is a new restaurant, and what a deliciously amazing addition it is! Upon entering in the courtyard near the famous, towering bronze sculpture by Abbott L. Pattison (Corner of Field Dr and Randolph, behind the CTA's 60 bus stop), guests enter the reception area - a bright and airy bar area is located along the courtyard, and an additional dining area has Randolph Street and the trees/Lake as its backdrop. I expected slow wait-times (as what happens with any new establishment trying to find their footing with new staff, etc) and was pleasantly surprised. The Salumi E Formaggio plate was an amazing start to my dining experience. The Gnocchi Alla Sorrentina was soaked in tomato basil goodness, and the Salame di Cioccolato a sweet, perfect end to this new dining experience! This restaurant is very close to Millennium Park, Grant Park, Lakeshore East Park, Michigan Avenue and Chicago Loop. The 60 Bus drops of and picks up literally at the entrance to this restaurant. I asked the manager about future happy hour specials and brunch times on the weekends, and those will be announced very soon. All in all, this was a fabulous dining experience, will be going back soon! Edited on 12/2/22: They just opened for Sunday Brunch, and it was delicious! My family and I enjoyed the Goat Cheese Frittata, Steak and Eggs, Fruit and Nutella Parfait, Carlucci Potatoes, Fusilli and a Kid At Heart Martini. Such a yummy brunch!

I was really looking forward to this place but unfortunately it was a disappointment. Food was above average but the service was horrible. Our waiter acted like we didn't even exist. Yet he treated other guests normally. We waited 15 minutes for a dessert menu becsuse he forgot about us. After waiting so long I decided to ask for the bill. Waited another 10 minutes to do all that. If they are short staffed they need to hire more help.

There are a lot of great Italian restaurants in Chicago. This is not one of them. I decided to try the Bobonato, allegedly fresh linguine tossed in a Parmesan wheel, and adorned with basil and prosciutto. There’s no basil on my plate and there’s half of one piece of prosciutto hiding under the pasta that was soggy and flavorless. The Parmesan cheese bits were tasty but in no way saved the dish. My watermelon spritz was fine. One of my friends chose this restaurant because they have celiacs and wanted the gluten free pasta. Unfortunately, they were out of gluten free pasta - another sign the pasta just came from a box. Instead, she got a very sad looking risotto. If you want Italian in Chicago, I recommend going anywhere else.
