We went here for my wife's birthday dinner and we're so glad we did. We had the Carbonara and the Margarita & pepperoni pizza. Both were great and the pizza was amazing. We also loved the atmosphere and the service. We will definitely be back!

The food was pretty good. My lobster ravioli was amazing. The steak my husband got wasn’t phenomenal but he’s a steak snob. The fried calamari was good but we probably ate too much of it so our stomachs hurt. When we went, no one was there. It’s also next to some type of ski shop so it’s kind of a weird location

Carmine's tries so hard to be a five-star restaurant, but there are just a few things that are off. First and foremost their pasta is great, fresh, well cooked and creative. We weren't able to try the pizza because their pizza chef was gone so there was no pizza being served that night, which is a fairly large chunk of the menu. Their starters (antipasto) were really tasty and beautiful to look at. Our server was friendly, but not as attentive as I would have liked for this quality of restaurant. All in all it was a decent place for our company Christmas party. I will try them again at a later date to see if the pizza is of the same caliber as the pasta.

This is a nice very upscale Italian restaurant. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. For an appetizer, we ordered the burrata. I’m not a fan of tomatoes but this appetizer was fantastic and it was so fresh. We also ordered the ravioli salmone which is lobster ravioli. So good and the sauce was delicious! We ordered the bigoli allo scoglio. It was a more pricy dish but really filling. It’s pasta with clams, shrimp, mussels and half a lobster tail. If you are a seafood lover I recommend this dish. It’s a perfect pasta and seafood combo. My favorite dish we ordered was the carbonara. It was filling, the sauce was great, it was topped with crispy bacon and pecorino and the perfect amount of black pepper and Parmesan cheese. The presentation of all the meals are amazing!

Food was fine but there was little to no attentiveness by the wait service. I asked for a drink refill when the food was brought out and didn't get it until I had finished my whole meal 20 minutes later. Then when the bill came we were overcharged... we had wanted to order the salmon but they had run out, so we ordered something else. They still charged us for the salmon (more expensive than the ravioli dish we got as the alternative) and charged us for potatoes that never came. We would have brought it up to the server but we didn't have another 20 minutes to wait around since the service was already slow. Inexcusable for a "fine-dining" experience. We used to be regular patrons here but things seem to keep going downhill, unfortunately. I don't see us coming back anytime soon...

My boyfriend ordered lasagna for me. The only thing I could taste was an overwhelming amount of vinegar in a sauce that coated the bottom of the container. There of the dish has no taste. And last time I checked, there was more than just slightly melted pieces of mozzarella for the cheese component of lasagna. This dish was incredibly disappointing. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

We are already planning our next visit. The food is absolutely spectacular. Every bite we ate was even better than the one before. The service and ambiance was right on par with the food.

We have been coming to Carmine’s for years and have NEVER been dissatisfied! We love the outdoor seating but the dining room is lovely, even when crowded. You can order just about anything on the menu and it’s gonna be top tier. Food, wine, desserts, cocktails, this is authentic Italian at a high level and consistent every single time.
