Carmine's Pizza Kitchen

Picked a classic pep pizza up for dinner and the house salad with ranch. The pizza was pretty good — tasty sauce, good cheese and pepperonis. The bottom isn’t very crispy, which isn’t a complaint but an observation. Depending on how one might like their pizza slices. The ranch seemed house-made and was super delicious! We ordered online with a coupon, so the total was $25 for the night. Not bad at all!

So the Reviews on this place gave me mixed signals , But a friend insisted and im so glad everything was A ++ the food was so good and Authentic NY style pizza still craving it hours later and the staff was so great new favorite spot for sure !

A must if you are in town. 9.2 Pizza Rating No need to look any further, for New York style pizza WOW, I was told some guy came over and gave a rating on this pizza, he is not from New York City but from New England so for him to give a score on a NYC product he didn’t grow up eating I can honestly say wrong guy for this job. This Amazing New York Style pizza is a actual NYC pizza no question asked. If You are going to rate something You most Have something to compare it to therefore A pizza from Italy is an absolute 10 but an NYC is a 9.5 to be able to take That Style, Flavor and crunchynes and pack it all up and Bring it to Las Vegas, NV. 2,700 miles away and you close your eyes take a bite and the flavor takes you in a trip to your childhood like this experience I had today is most definitely A Respectable 9.2 because you will not find this anywhere else in the country. The dining room was spectacular clean and very comfortable, table have plenty of space between them and atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly. Service and Customer service Incredible experience, Heather was amazing very friendly and is the perfect person to be the face of any business. I first had 2 slices and then got an 18” to go yes it was that good. Kitchen was run by an amazing guy with hands of gold and amazing personality he was on top of everything plus you can see he takes pride in what his doing Hignacio I was able to see the Love you have in what you do. Drinks 🍺 🍺 are available Beer and Wine are available, I was driving to Phoenix so didn’t have any but next time will be a must. Not to far from the 215 about 2 traffic lights away. I feel bad for the owner of this place, really! He seems like a good person. The staff is super rude and very argumentative. This girl wow is all I can say while keeping this thread professional. I explained how I wanted my food prepared , totally disregarded my request. When I brought it to the girl’s attention she got defensive and argumentative which is unacceptable especially in the manner she behaved. I brought my concern to the owner’s attention, he was willing to make it right but at that point with the entire experience baffling, was to late for me! I simply asked for a eggplant parmigiana which was a complete disaster! The only thing that was edible from my dinner which consisted of eggplant parmigiana garlic knots and fries, were the fries. This is a true example of how your staff can run your business into the ground. The quality of the food was definitely not up to par. I asked for the bread to be toasted with the garlic and butter instead they simply opened the sub and slapped the spread on top of the sauce. Picture speaks volumes, and this was disgusting. With this being a 47 dollar dinner this is definitely a waste of money gladly I only had to pay for the fries and knots due to the condition of my pizza last week.

Ordered a large pizza with half Pepperoni & half sausage. Enjoyed a salad while our pizza was prepared. The salad was very good - generous amounts of fresh lettuce and a very nice house dressing. Also had an order of Garlic knots. For us, the salad & ‘knots’ would have almost been a meal, given the portion size. The pizza arrived at our table - hot and right out of the oven. The sausage was spicey, the pepperoni was good. Toppings were generous. We took several slices home and enjoyed them later. While we waited, we had four televisions with four different programs to watch. Our waitress was friendly, attentive and a good conversationalist. Carmine’s is a family owned business and it’s reflected in the easy banter we saw staff having with customers and the caring attitude of the wait staff. This evening we stopped in to the West Horizon Ridge Parkway location. “We’ll be back!”

Had lunch at this restaurant a few weeks ago. All of us had the lunch special and thought it was very good. Service was good as well.

Fresh ingredients, and got it piping hot out of the oven. Hits the spot for a pizza craving. First time here. Friendly service at the counter and from the kitchen. Fried Ravioli- good cheese filling to pasta ratio that’s little plain on its own, but great with the marinara. Margherita pizza- thin crust that held up well and kept its crispness. Very fresh ingredients, light tasting tomato sauce. Overall pleasantly surprised as some other review photos didn’t sell me on it. After trying it, I would definitely come back.

We had lunch at Carmine's in Henderson today, 12/21/24 and the waitress Asia was the best! She was pleasant, smiling and making anyone who came through the doors feel welcomed! Asia is a treasure for your business. Please ensure she is recognized for her amazing service standards and friendliness!

Great place that has that family atmosphere. Stopped here for some dinner and it did not disappoint. We had the Ravioli, Chicken Parmigiana sandwich, fries and the garlic knots. Everything tasted very fresh and delicious. Our server was Asia, she is amazing at her job. She was very cheerful, attentive and hard working. She was running around helping everyone making it look effortless. I told her that her boss needs to give her a raise! Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend!

Found this restaurant through yelp. Just moved to the surrounding neighborhood and this pizza is fantastic. Brooklyn style, very crispy but foldable. I'm a sucker for buffalo chicken pizzas and this one is good. Will be back with the family soon. Was very hungry, ordered a large and after two pieces I'm full. Great size!

Legit New York style pizza in the valley! We're from NY and while there's no place like home, the pizza from here is close enough. You walk into the establishment and you instantly feel a sense of familiarity. The place reminds me of your usual Italian family-owned pizza restaurants from the east coast. You walk up to the counter and a nice lady takes your order and the pizza is ready in 20 minutes. Service is good. The place is inviting. We didn't dine in and just ordered a large Margherita pizza to go. We heated it up in the oven at home and it's so good! We'll try the cheese pizza and other dishes next time. Support this small business!

My camp is right next to Carmine's Pizza Kitchen and I decided that this place would be a great fit for our Friday night dinner. This is one of their few locations across the valley, this one being on Horizon Ridge and Carnegie. Do not confuse this Carmine's with another Italian restaurant of the same name that's inside The Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace. When looking them up, make sure you add Pizza Kitchen to your search. We placed an order online to pick up, where we ordered a large Margherita pizza and a thing of garlic knots. They told us afterwards that it would be ready in about 10-15 minutes, and with this place fairly close to my house, we chose to pick it up about 5 minutes after placing our order. Our order ended up being ready for pick up right when we got there. The Margherita Pizza, which is one of those real Italian pizzas out there, was big enough to have as leftovers for lunch over the next day or two. The garlic knots, while a little on the messy side, had so much flavor to them. I think these were some of the best garlic knots we've ever had from a pizza joint yet. Once we ate them, the garlic flavor just completely burst inside of our mouths. And yes, some of the garlic knots I also saved ended up being leftovers as well. Carmine's was well worth trying out. Their food was amazing and we will definitely be back again someday!

Absolutely delicious!! We ordered a large pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. The crust was crunchy on the bottom. The sauce was great as well. We will definitely be back!

Good evening, just had a quick lunch with my family here. Everything that was served does remind me of NYC, and was very good for just simple dishes that most places can't get right. It's hard to find a good pizza joint in Vegas and this spot in particular is very good. The service had me baffled, fantastic.

There are lots of places you can get pizza, but Carmine's is one of the better places! The restaurant is big enough to eat in. But take out is easy too! The staff is always friendly and the place is clean and comfortable. The pizza crust reminds me of places back on the east coast! The meatballs are very good and the tiramisu is amazing! Definitely check them out!

Recently decided to try this local pizza place. Ordered a slice with mushrooms and olives. When I opened the container to see the pizza I was shocked - it wasn't cooked ! It appeared as though handful of raw uncooked mushrooms and olives were just dumped onto the pizza bread, not cooked/ melted into the cheese whatsoever ! I showed it to the attending cashier and asked if this is normally how their pizza is served, "raw/uncooked toppings". She replied, yeah that's perfectly normal. She asked if I wanted to change it to something else. I politely declined, took the pizza and tossed it in the trash where it belonged.

Man this pizza is so good, I come in here a few times after work for the 7.99 2 slices and a drink. Even with a big appetite the 2 giant slices are more than enough to fill me up. Also the ranch is on another level I make sure to get extra so I can use it for the food I make throughout the week lol. Can recommend this place enough. Great food at a great price

Chopped salad was absolutely amazing. We had a chicken breast added to it, the chicken was actually very very juicy. Also ordered a side of meatball. 5/5. The pizza is traditional NY Style 5/5.

Carmines one of my favorite local pizza spots. There is a Few locations through out the valley and so far they are all good. The owner is from NY and the pizza reminds me of back home NY pizza. Service is always great fast and friendly staff. The ambiance is nice especially at the newest location on Raiders way in Henderson. That location even has a nice outdoor patio. I highly recommend this place.

The food is fanfuckintastic!!! You must try the garlic knots, chicken marsala, fresh sourdough bread and every pizza!!! The staff is so friendly! It feels like you're visiting family:) I love the family pictures displayed along with Vegas pictures. I loved learning the family history of the recipes! The ambiance of the restaurant reflects the pride, love and history of the family and recipes. My husband and I discovered our favorite place :)

I really like this place it was super clean and the people that work there were super nice. Great services. I love the ranch from here and the wings are so delicious! The bread on the pizza was nice and thin but it was a lil burn tasting. The spaghetti and meatballs were good too not so heavy on the sauce. I would definitely go back to eat there again

This is our go-to local pizza place. The crust is great. Sauce is just right. They didn't skimp on toppings.

Carmine's has good pizza. They only offer a limited number of sizes with the large being 18 inches, which is a little larger than what my wife and I want. Yes, we could buy a couple of their small sized pizzas, which turns out to be a little expensive. The crust is good. We would like a little more toppings, but what is presented is okay. There just isn't anything that makes you say "I can't wait to order another one of these!" That being said, as pizza-holics, we'll come back for more.

Fast service by Uber eats. The food was hot upon arrival and delicious. We all had everything different from the meatball sub to rigatoni and meatballs, and it was all done very well. We enjoyed our food. We will definitely be ordering from Carmines again.

Our first time at Carmine's but won't be our last. As native NYers, we miss genuine NY style pizza. But no more. Carmine's is the real deal. We were so warmly greeted, Frank regaled us with his NY stories, Connie shared her love of NY with us, Claudia was attentive, sweet and took such good care of us. We are seriously considering hosting a party of friends and family from out of town in a few months on the beautiful and spacious patio. What a find! We'll be back!

Before I get into the food, which is the only reason, I raised my review from a 1, let's talk about staff. I had lunch today at the restaurant with my two children. My kids looked at me and said they can't believe the girl's mouth that was our server and working behind the counter. The lady waiting for her to go order at the next table looked at us and nodded her head when my kids said that she had that shocked look to. Every other word as she talked to the guy making the food was the "F" word. Then she started saying something about a grown a$$ man. A customer called complaining about not getting a refund and she started using the "F" word to describe that conversation. When I paid my bill, I informed her that this was a small restaurant, and I didn't appreciate the language in front of my children. The other thing that caught me by surprise was the person working the pizza ovens was eating while making food. Thought that was a health code violation to be putting food in your mouth while making food. Now on to the food, it was average. For the price, well worth it especially the lunch specials. I don't know how comfortable I feel going back hearing how the girl working as server and behind the counter feels about her customers and her job.

This location is no longer owned by "Carmine." The owner (cooking) and our server, last night, are very nice and attentive. The only reason for a 3-star rating is the food falls short from Carmines pizza and our salad presentation. Water is another oversight. Last night our water was obviously not filtered. I love water more than beer. My wife drank a beer last night to avoid the water. The pizza sauce and crust had no flavor. Our salad seemed from a store bought mix kit. We have been Carmines restaurant patrons for about 15 years. When Carmine had the Lindo Michowacan location.

We like this location more than the one on Raiders Way. The employees are much friendlier. Only downside is that it is very small so it fills up quickly. But the food is just as good as any other of the other locations.

Since moving to this neighborhood from NY I've been looking for good NY style pizza. Ive tried a couple so far it have not been successful. Until today I had the chance to try Carmine's pizza! The dough, sauce, and the cheese was right on point. The pizza was not flabby or soft. It has a nice crunch when you bite into it. The dough is not too thin or too thick. Just perfect balance. Now I know where to go when I miss home and want me a slice of NY pizza!

I had a major craving for some pasta and most of the "Italian pasta" places for delivery charge you an arm and a leg for come fettuccini alfredo. Add chicken? Expect to pay a kidney. I saw Carmine's Pizza Kitchen had a lot of pasta options for a much better price and I decided to give them a try. Really glad I did!!! The pasta portions are huge! This explains why the menu has a "personal" size option. We don't mind though because we love leftovers. I tried the Rigatoni a la Carmine and they rest of my party had fettuccini alfredo and spaghetti and meatballs with pink sauce. The special pasta was awesome. I used to love getting this style when I lived in the Bronx so it was lovely to try this version. The mushroom were a nice added ingredient. The spaghetti and meatballs were awesome! The pink sauce has a great flavor and the meatballs are juicy and meaty. The fettuccini alfredo was ok. There wasn't enough sauce but the chicken we added was a great compliment. We decided we were never ordering from "big box" pizza places again after a long line of incorrect orders and poor quality so I am pretty excited to try the pizzas and some of the other items at Carmines!

It's good pizza! Always consistent and on time. Everyone's super nice! Chicken parm is not good seems to be frozen chicken fingers it's a little disappointing

Wow! First time here and I already want to come back. The salad was delicious and served in a ice cold bowl. The pizza was incredible and so tasty. Oh, and don't forget some fantastic wings!! The atmosphere is relaxing, clean and service excellent. You must stop by and enjoy a meal here. This is the kind of place that must stay open.

Stopped by to see a friend on Saturday and decided to order some pizza while there. My friend ordered (through Yelp) the Carmines Special, two orders of wings (Buffalo) and an order of meatballs. The food was delivered within an hour and was still hot and fresh. I grabbed a slice of pizza and a few wings to try, starting with the wings. They were cooked perfectly, weren't greasy, didn't have breading on them and had just the right amount of hot sauce on them. I enjoyed the wings very much! The pizza was amazing too, the flavors of the toppings and the cheese were delicious, plenty of toppings! The crust was the star of the show for me. There was this slight salt taste to it, had nice and crunch, not burnt on the bottom and at a perfect thickness. Hand tossed for the win! I very much enjoyed the food I tried from here and am happy that my buddy ordered it, thanks again man. I would definitely recommend Carmines.

We just had dinner at Carmine's last night with our usual group of 6 people and I must say that we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the pizzas as well as the excellent service provided by ASIA. She was attentive and extremely efficient without being intrusive....Thank you for great food and hospitality...we will be back. Ciao!

We love carmines, this is the place we go for pizza. It is very pricey, especially when there's team Hawaiian and team pepperoni. We always order XL well done and when it gets cold by the time we get home, airfry tastes bomb! I wish there was one closer to us but they're so far away. That's the only down fall to this place. Somewhere on flamingo please, southwest or central LV. Thanks!

I'll preface this review with: we own and operate a pizza parlor across town and this is our go-to when I'm hungry in Hendo and don't feel like driving back to work, we love it! It also continues to improve upon a great thing, which I think is great! The gentleman who took my order was awesome, pizza was ready before it was promised, toppings were great and the bake was PERFECT. Happy to see some really pretty remodeling since my last visit inside and a nice big baker's pride behind the counter. 10/10 from me boss!

OMG!! Their Carmines Specialty Pizza is sooooo GOOD!! I like to have them add fresh garlic on it, and boy is it a game changer! Takes it from GOOD to DELICIOUS!!'

This family oriented pizza place has an excellent italian menu and it is located in a plaza with plenty of parking space. The service is friendly and cheerful, fast and clean. The food quality was fenomenal and nicely flavoured, we could feel italian herbs in the recipes as well as nice mozzarella cheese melted in our sandwiches. I am sure anything in the menu is well prepared and cooked. Great atmosphere, music, screens and a New York feeling style with wonderful decoration. This restaurant was recommended to us and now we recommend it to others.

The pizza had hardly any sauce and not enough cheese on tip. The pizza didn't have any taste. It was like eating cardboard.

Their food is second to none. Tastes the same as when they started out in the Commercial Center off of Karen Ave. Service there is as good as the food itself

As a loyal carmines pizza lover for years I decided to try something new and get a pasta! Unfortunately i was super disappointed as I ordered a chicken parmesan to go and when I got home and started to eat, I realized the chicken was extremely burnt underneath all of the cheese. It made the whole meal taste burnt and I sadly had to toss it.

Very bland overall and the chicken in my pasta tasted boiled. I can't recommend at all.

I kept passing by this place and finally stopped by to try it out. Got 2 slices and a cannoli to go. Maybe I was just really craving pizza but it was the best I've had in years. Perfect thin crust and amazing sauce. I inhaled both slices, so only have the picture of the cannoli which tasted great as well.

Never again We will drive to American Pacific The blonde server is out to lunch mentally Took our order and it was wrong never brought my husband's salad Then gave it to the wrong customer And we were served cold pizza Last time 6 months ago she was beyond rude We attempted a second time... The guy in the back insisted on not taking money for our slices which was kind However we will not deal with this server anymore American Pacific location much better!

Updating to 4 stars. They've been on their game and the crust has improved. Service has been consistent. I recommend if your in the green valley ranch area

just pick up a cheese pie, and it was fabulous. My New Yorker wife was very pleased, too. Service with a smile. Their dining room felt welcoming. see you next week.

I wanted to try a new pizza place. I was looking at different pics and was looking for 2 things. One, a pizza spot where it wasn't super oily. And then second, something I had nearly gave up on was a place that also sold calamari. I found both of these at Carmine's. I like cheese pizza and just add calamari on to it as a topping. Neither of these items disappointed. The cheese pizza wasn't oily and the cheese and sauce were both delicious. The calamari was probably the best I've had since I moved here. It was fried, but not fried enough where it lost its flavor. The parking was easy and the place wasn't crowded. This made for a very stress free and enjoyable lunch today. I recommend this place and will definitely go back!

A native New Yorker sent us here and said it was his favorite place to eat in Las Vegas. We had the two slice lunch special and garlic knots. Very good!

I have been coming here for many years and recommending Carmines. But not anymore. I came in for take out eggplant parmigiana with pasta. Brought it home. The pasta was mushy and overcooked and the eggplant salty and awful. I do not recommend that menu item. I understand restaurant was sold but I will no longer be a customer. In response to your comment I do not have your phone number. I came in to see you today after being told by your worker on phone last night that you arrive at 11. I came at 1130 to give you a chance to do any work possibly needed. In speaking to your employee last night she said she could give me a pasta dish. But was unable to give me a refund on my order. Only you could do that. Today when you called me you offered neither.

This place is delicious and the most authentic Italian food in Vegas! The pizza reminds me of NYC pizza! Pasta is also amazing! We will definitely be back!

Something about their tomato sauce has me craving this again. I got a personal pizza and me and my bf messed up and ordered 2 thinking it wasn't going to be enough. It's good for 2 people (6slices) it was amazing! We did have to wait 20minutes but it was worth it 100% we also order wings and they were freaking delicious and reasonably priced! I will definitely be back customer service was great they were very attentive.

I go there once a week me and my brother , the food is very good and service is great especially Sara !!! Very clean and nice place to eat.
