Last night, we had an absolutely wonderful birthday celebration at Carna by Dario Cecchini, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a very special welcome drink — such a thoughtful and unique touch that immediately set the tone for the evening. The restaurant’s elegant and modern interior also created the perfect ambiance for a special occasion: The food quality was excellent — beautifully executed Italian contemporary steaks and dishes, full of flavor and perfectly cooked. What truly elevated the evening, however, was the exceptional service team: • Carmen was incredibly attentive and listened carefully to our needs and preferences. She thoughtfully arranged a few enhancements to our dining experience at just the right moments — her care made everything feel personalized and seamless. • Zita provided flawless, warm, and detail-oriented service throughout the night. She anticipated our needs before we even asked and made sure every moment was comfortable and enjoyable. • Jason at the bar was a highlight! His cocktails were not only delicious and creative, but each one was specially crafted and beautifully presented. He took the time to explain every drink’s ingredients, flavors, and inspiration — it added such a nice personal and educational touch to the experience. Overall, it was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Hong Kong. The combination of top-notch food, breathtaking views, and genuinely outstanding hospitality made our friend’s birthday truly memorable. We will definitely be back — highly recommended for celebrations or any special night out! 🎉🥂

I think it’s one of best and best value restaurants in town. Random online search and surprised In the heart of TST HK. One of best shopping district in HK. A new 5 star hotel. The place is on its top floor with best Victoria harbor view Deco is very good. Fine-dine mode. Staff are very professional and nice and helpful and explain in details each dishes. Love the cocktail bar where bar tender serve custom made based on customer wishes, Food an awesome. Top quality beef and Italian dishes. All dishes I ate and shown a top quality. All recommended by their staff. Great deal and would definitely come back later. Love this place.

Huhhhh??? I’m not sure this is “the best tiramisu” in HK, without espresso soak in ? Don’t trust reviews in google. Service not meeting hotel standard. We have mentioned salad and beef tartare to be refilled, waitress didn’t follow-up at all. The only rating is for the welcome drinks and food delivery service. They even let my water empty 😶‍🌫️ We have to served on our own from their workstation to my table. How come??? Overall rating is for the environment, I am serious. Starters are soso, I am impressed by the chef confident, no extra seasoning on the table. MAIN : AUS Black Angus M3 T-Bone is too chewy; Homemade Beef & Pork spiced sausage not a big fans. Short rib yummmm, very good pairing with risotto.

We had an amazing experience at Carna, savouring their nose-to-tail weekend brunch We were impressed the moment we stepped out of the elevator, being received and greeted by the warm and friendly staff. There was even a welcome drink (I had to try the Cecchini's Chianti Classico, so good I ordered a glass to go with my steak) and prosciutto ham We loved the No 3 Lorenzo and Centumbrie olive oil paired with their warm focaccia, the Insalata Caprese, Smoked Veal Tongue, the Risotto alla Milanese and above all the Carima Tenderloin (cooked medium rare) and the Charcoal Grilled Asparagus. The tiramisu was also outstanding Oh and the private room with harbour view was the perfect way to celebrate the birthday of our loved ones Thank you to all the amazing staff, especially Raj, who was ever so friendly, funny and generous enough to pour me an extra little bit of Chianti =P There was nothing negative to write about

It's been a wonderful night at Carna! The atmosphere is lively and the places is spacious. The menu is thoughtful, it comes with a card of different parts of the cow so you know what you are ordering. The quality and size of the appetizer is out of my expectation! Portion is generous and meat is of high quality. We have ordered a porterhouse, meat is tender and juicy, it was cooked just right (medium rare). The way how they cut the meat is special, make it easy to eat. Tiramisu is huge, the flavour is on dot and it's one of the best tiramisu I ever had! Moreover, the staff are very helpful and attentive. They took every request seriously and make our dinner even better. They took professional birthday pictures for us, even recorded video as well! Big thanks to Diksa and Eunice for making our night memorable.

We were meeting up and celebrating the bday with 2 ladies. The foods were exceptional, the staff were excellent. We had a warm greeting from the staff and a glass of welcome drink. The pork, steak, fries, scallops and tiramisu were delicious. I would like to express my gratitude to MS.SYLVER who was lovely, helpful and professional. She provided some suggestions for my friend who couldn't make decision for the cocktail. She talked to us friendly and even made jokes. I surely would come back in the future because of her.

Had a wonderful time dining at Carna — the food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. But what truly made the evening special was our waitress, Isa. She was incredibly nice, full of energy, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of. Her helpful attitude and vibrant personality added so much warmth to the experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and even better service. Will definitely be back!

Had an absolutely fantastic Christmas dinner at Carna by Dario Cecchini! The food was outstanding – perfectly cooked steaks and delicious sides. Special shoutout to Eunice and Diksa for their super friendly, attentive, and helpful service – they made the evening even more enjoyable. Also loved the creative cocktails crafted by Jason; they were spot on! Highly recommend this spot for a memorable Italian steakhouse experience.
