Carnival by Trèsind Restaurant & Bar | DIFC, Dubai

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Carnival by Tresind. We came here as a family to celebrate my 40th birthday and the restaurant was very accommodating, they even hand wrote a birthday card for me. The food was delicious, playful, creative and stimulated all 5 of your senses. The service was on point and the staff were very efficient and polite. My favorite dishes were the paneer, Saag, and some of the starters were excellent too. The dessert they customized for me for my 40th was literally the icing on the cake. Thank you for making my 40th birthday so special.

We had truly amazing experience at this restaurant on our anniversary. The food was superb, full of flavour and excellent hospitality. The staff was warm and welcoming, making the visit even more memorable. Saurabh went out of the way to make sure our twin daughters had a good time!! Be it the food, the presentation, or the overall vibe, everything is absolutely top-notch. The flavours are exceptional, the plating is artistic, and the ambience is vibrant yet elegant. If you’re looking for a dining experience that’s unique, memorable, and full of creativity, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

We had an unforgettable dinner at Carnival by Tresind. From the vibrant ambiance to the impeccable food presentation and outstanding flavors, everything was truly exceptional. It was a 100% fantastic experience, and we’re so glad we got to try this unique fine-dining restaurant. Definitely deserving of its Michelin recognition absolutely worth it! 😍

Extremely disappointing food for all the awards it seems to have got! I got a stomach upset after the dinner we had there. The experience was hardly an ‘experience’ Also, dim lighting is nice but does it have to be so dark in the restaurant? The decor also was so ordinary and nothing elegant or sophisticated.

We did the Carnival Experience tasting menu; absolutely phenominal. Rajesh was a perfect host, explained all the dishes in beautiful detail and makes a fantastic cocktail!!

The food and the service (Rajesh) were superb!!! Indian cuisine, but brought to the next level, so good. Couldn’t think of anything to be better. We will come back.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of dining at Carnival by Trèsind, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I entered the restaurant until the time I left, the entire team was so warm, friendly, and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious—beautifully presented and full of flavor. What impressed me the most was the thoughtful hospitality: even the next morning, I received a call from the restaurant to check if everything was okay, which shows their genuine care for guests. Thank you to the entire team at Carnival by Trèsind for making my visit memorable. I’m already looking forward to coming back again soon
