The staff is EXTREMELY RUDE! They scheduled me for 9:45 and told me that I needed to be here 20 minutes early and they would not see me. If they wanted me at this appointment at 9:30 they should’ve set the appointment for 930. Stay away from this place they are a waste of time, they do not care about their patients! (Especially the lady at the front desk who told me she canceled my appointment earlier because I didn’t get there 20 minutes early, without notifying me that she canceled my appointment… so I wasted my time getting there). I mean what kind of place sets up your appointment for 9:45 sends you reminders to be there at 9:45 , and then cancels your appointment because you didn’t get there at 9:30…. Uncaring, unprofessional, and just plain rude.
