Just purchased my first AR from here and the whole team greeted me and super friendly. Steven showed me some used options and showed me some accessories and answered all my questions. He even installed all the accessories onto my AR I purchased. I definitely recommend this place!! Prices, customer service and all 5 stars. Even the bathroom was clean lol!!

Poor customer service. Called in... Asked about HK VP9SK. Guy named Forest said they don't have it but they could order it. He said the system was showing 52 different ones. I drive over 30 mins there, he thought I said HK P30SK. When does V.P.9.SK sound like P.30.SK????? Half listening and only catching some of the info wasted my time. Do better. And I apologize doesn't give me my time back. Time spent trying to find it other places.

Great selection of new and used guns. Great customer service from the guys behind the counter. Very knowledgeable and very professional. I've bought multiple guns over the years from these guys and am proud to say I will be buying more in the future. They have also helped me with my rifle attachments. Im proud to be an American. When I walk in there, I walk in knowing that my gun needs will be taken care of. Thank you to all who work at Carolina Gunrunners.

Great store and everyone is knowledgeable and very helpful. And as others have said I would give them far more than (5) stars************. Ethan, AJ, Forest and Evan are fantastic!!! Only wish they were closer to where I live but the 40 minute drive is worth it. They have a great selection and if they don't have they'll order. Appreciate the total experience and will be back!!

I brought in a few rifles and handguns to sell, and I also purchased a new pistol. Once home I realized the pistol had a minor mechanical issue. Back at the store they were able to replace the defective part with a part from a perfectly good firearm they had in stock. They took on the chore of dealing with the defective part and the manufacturer. Great customer service and I truly felt that their priority was that I left happy.

First time here, very pleased with the service all the staff was very knowledgeable. Very helpful fast and friendly. I gotta hook up on a scope and mounted at a great price. Definitely will be coming back here. Sincerely, James.

I consigned guns here for several years. It was a great way to get a little more money for used firearms if you didn’t mind waiting for them to sell. Unfortunately, they started putting crazy low price restrictions on their consignments. I brought in an older, fairly collectible gun, and they told me my price was too high and they wouldn’t consign it unless I dropped the price by over $150. I trusted them, and then it sold the very next day… meaning my original price was probably reasonable. I thought maybe it was just a harmless mistake, or just luck that the right customer came in and bought it so quickly… so I gave them another chance. About a month later I brought in a modern (and popular) handgun to consign. They refused to sell it unless I priced it almost 30% lower than what everyone else sells it for used. Given that they also take a 20% fee from the sale price, this is a crazy bad deal and I’d have made more money just selling it outright to another store. They’re always very nice and polite. And I notice they have a lot of used guns, so they likely made these changes to move inventory quicker… but they went too hard with it, and rendered their consignment services useless. Without the consignments, it’s just a small gun store, with a small selection, and average prices. No real reason to go here anymore when there are bigger and cheaper stores nearby.

I came to gunrunners looking a judge hand gun. I meet a young man by the name of Pearce Gardner. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the selection. Pearce did a great job explaining the difference in brands and what would be a great fit.
