I couldn't be happier with the care my child receives at carousel! The staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and truly invested in each child's development. They provide a stimulating learning environment with age-appropriate activities, and we love seeing the daily updates and pictures of our child having fun and making friends. The communication is excellent, and we always feel confident leaving our little one in their capable hands. My child has life long friends and we feel sad our time had to end. Thank you to Mrs. Lynette for always being so supportive, understanding and alway so quick to respond! Shes a great director 😊

Quality daycare in the Valley! Every time I pick up my child it is clear they had an amazing time. We enjoy the pictures and updates throughout the day. I feel very comfortable with the staff. There is a sense of community and the birthday parties, picture days, and art projects make it feel special

I rarely take the time write reviews, but I had to share my experience with Carousel Kids for any parents looking for a great day care for their child. We have had an awesome experience there and cannot recommend it enough. The director, Mrs. Lynette, is simply amazing with children. Her passion and love for the children is evident in all that she does. My daughter loves the play area and has made some awesome friends there. It's a great foundation for little ones to grow in!

My daughter has been going to Carousel Kids for the last two years. I’ve never had any kind of issues with how my daughter is taken care of. I feel like my daughter is safe when I drop her off there. My daughter brings home lots of art work and always has so much to talk about when I pick her up. She has done songs and dances during holidays which bring our family together. The area is perfect and I like the neighborhood. Parks are close by and there’s many shops and restaurants as well. Carousel kids has made a great impact on mine and my daughters life because it is consistent and the communication from staff is great. Carousel kids will always have a special place in our hearts ♥️

I started my daughter in daycare here when she was 10 months. She is now a year old and she loves to go to this daycare. The staff is friendly and Lynette has everything in control all the time. She responds to my messages and calls during the day and sends me pictures of my daughter. She always let me know how the baby is feeling and is on top of all my requests. As a new mom, it was hard for me to leave my baby for the first time and Lynette has always been understanding and supportive. I totally recommend this place for infants and toddlers.

Have put two children through carousel kids. Starting at 3 months old until kindergarten. Ms. Lynette & the entire staff have truly been a blessing to our entire family. They have been a crucial part of our children's childhood & development. Thank you so so much

Our son has been going here since he was three months old. He is now a thriving two year old. Thank you Carousel kids, you basically helped raise our second darling. He loves the staff there so much, on days where I was off and would like to keep him home, he would take his shoes and say his teachers name asking to go see them. Leaving a child at such a young age was very challenging for us and we discussed it a lot before making the decision to give it a try. Our first born stayed home until he was 2 1/2 years old, so you can imagine how we felt when this baby had to go at such a vulnerable age, because both Mom and Dad had to work but Carousel Kids made this transition smooth and worry free. We stopped feeling guilty pretty quickly thanks to the great connection the baby had with the staff. Food, I am still breastfeeding this 2 year old but they were able to thaw his breast milk and give it to him when I used to send it, once he started getting interested in snacks, they suggested some healthy snacks that he had showed interest in, which was a such a relief for home snack time! we are now on solids and throughout these food transitions, no issues, full understanding, communication and very accommodating. So, basically, they have helped a busy working family raise their youngest. Throughout the pandemic, we kept taking the baby there with no issues, because they quickly adopted an effective and efficient infection control process that put any uncertainties at ease. My son attended Carousel Kids starting when he was only two months old and was there through pre-k. When I first met Lynette, the director, she immediately put my mind at ease, and I knew that this was the right daycare center for my son. There was no question that he would be well cared for. Everyone showered him with lots of love and attention when he arrived. My son learned so much during his time there — both academic and social skills. He was excited to go to school each day, and many of his good friends are kids that he met there and still keeps in touch with. My shy little boy really blossomed there. Carousel Kids is a safe and nurturing space for children, and I am happy with the care that he received there. Everyone is friendly and caring and genuinely concerned about the well-being of each child. It is so important, as a parent that you know your child is in good hands. The facility is well maintained and very clean. This has been especially important during the pandemic. They have strict COVID protocols and the teachers and kids over two years old wear masks. I recommend Carousel Kids if you are looking for a caring and nurturing place for your child.

I'm very happy with this daycare I know it's hard to find a trust worthing place to care for your child but I'm yet to be disappointed. I Enrolled my son at the age of 1 he's going to be 4 now and he's learned so much at this daycare. They really invest into the kids and teach them a lot. I was recommended by a friend and here I am recommending others. Staff is very nice and they communicate with me with any concerns or even just some nice insights on my child's day. It's always a reward to take home all my son's drawings, arts n crafts, and activities they do at daycare that you might not get at other facilities. Don't hesitate and tour carousel kids today !

Four and a half years ago I took my six month old baby boy to Carousel Kids. As a new mom, I was terrified to put my child into daycare. As soon as I entered all my fears went away. The director was so nice and helpful. I saw preschool children sitting in a circle singing songs. Someone was doing flash cards of colors and shapes with a child. Everyone working there has a background check and References. Another mother who was there raved about them. I did a couple unannounced drop in visits. Each time someone was holding my child or were playing with him. I ended up sending my second child there also. CCRC is welcomed. It's worth checking them out. You won't be disappointed with their brightly colored walls and happy children.

Our daughter started attending Carousel Kids at 18 months and has been there for about a year now. We have had a wonderful experience here, and our daughter absolutely loves it! She really trusts the teachers and enjoys playing with the other children. The director, Lynette, has always been nice and communicative, and we feel very safe leaving our child with the staff knowing she is well cared for. The only reason we are leaving is because we have to move to a new city and we are all sad to leave!

The owner is nice and good to deal with. However, the staff do not look after if the kid is small and can't speak. They do not check diaper regularly for leaks. Also, the cost is expensive than the nearby day care facilities.

My daughter has also been blessed to have Ms. Nell as her teacher. Ms. Nell is kind, patient, and nurturing, and my daughter thrived under her care. The teachers at Carousel Kids have proven to be dedicated to providing the best possible care and education for the children in their class. One of the things that I love most is the wonderful holiday celebrations that they have. Parents are always invited to participate, and it feels like extended family watching our children. The director is also great at sharing pictures and videos of the events. These special events are just one of the many reasons why Carousel Kids feels like a second home to us. I know that my daughter is in the very best of hands there.

If I could give carousel kids 6 stars I would. Have put 2 kids through carousel kids from 3 months old until kindergarten. Nothing but glowing things to say about ms. Lynette & the entire carousel kids staff. Truly believe everyone there has been an integral part of our childrens development & childhood. Can't say thank you enough to everyone at carousel kids.

My daughter has been here since she was about 8 months old ! She loves her teachers I'm sad to have to take her from this school but we are moving ! :( if I have more kids they will definitely start here like she did

My boys went to this day care and loved teachers and friends. The second son went there from 4 months until 5 years old. The education program set up by the kids age is great. Although we faced COVID-19 and he couldn't go there last few months before the kindergarten, they prepared outside graduation events for each family and we really appreciate their consideration even under their toughness. My husband and I loved the school like home oriented and with warm people.

My daughter started going when she turned 10 months and we have been having a great experience. Lynette is extremely careful and nice with our daughter. She always responds to my calls or messages and sends me pcitures of my daughter during the day. I would recommend it 100%!!!!!

I am so thankful to have found Carousel Kids. My daughter has been going to carousel kids for 2 years now. She comes home talkative and refreshed. They put my daughter down for naps and she brings home lots of artwork. I can say the facility is well taken care of and the teachers have really made an impact on our lives. There have been holiday shows, summer programs and special visitors such as police officers and Mickey Mouse. Santa stopped by and there's annual picture day! I feel confident when I leave my daughter somewhere that is happy to have her. She's grown so much and learned a lot. She's made many friends and comes home every day to talk about her teachers positively. I appreciate carousel kids and highly recommend it for any families child.

My son attended Carousel Kids Preschool from the age of 13 months through 26 months. He enjoyed his time at Carousel Kids and I felt safe knowing that my son was in the hands of teachers/staff that genuinely cared for him and his wellbeing. The Director/owner, Lynette, is a real sweetheart who has gone above and beyond a few times for my son and family in general while my son was in attendance at Carousel Kids. The Assistant Director, Cari, also has a very caring disposition and oversees the rest of the staff to ensure that the kids enrolled at Carousel Kids are always treated with respect and that their interests are always put first. I can wholeheartedly recommend Carousel Kids Preschool to any parents looking for the right preschool placement for their small children.

They didnt have a minus 1or I would have done that. Looking around for a place where our child can thrive In a safe, nurturing environment. My call was answered by someone who didn't speak English well then I asked to speak to director who can can share more about their program. An hour later the director calls and when simple questions like philosophy, ratio staff experience and education I was appalled at her answers. First thing she said was ALL her staff were credentialed teachers. I questioned that only because that is very unlikely. She didn't have à clue between have 6 childcare units vs a 4 year degree to include a teaching credential. She tried to get me to believe that they are one in the same. What I didn't mention was I am an educator with a MA in education. She continued to tell me that infants (months) can't do anything yet so basically they eat listen to music and sleep. I asked if they have specialists coming in and she said yes for the older kids because it wouldn't make sense to for the younger children. I then asked if they blend walkers with crawling babies together and her ridiculous reply was " why would child use a walker unless they can't walk" I say no more. Wow, this was hands down the most unintelligent conversation I have had in years. Yes, stupid hurts Can't imagine ever leaving a young child to be cared for here.

I found out about Carousel Kids through a friends recommendation and I feel like I got pretty lucky. We enrolled my son in the infant program. My son's primary care givers at the time were Ms. Cari, Ms. Lily and Ms. Rachel, and my son developed a great bond with all of them. They were constantly sending us photos and videos of his activities and kept us up to speed on his progress. We emphasized our desire to raise our child bilingual English/Spanish and they accommodated. Ms. Cari was especially amazing with our son and we would go to pick him up, and he wouldn't want to leave! Unfortunately, I felt I couldn't give the school 5 stars for a couple of reasons. 1. While I feel like our son had a great experience because his care-givers were great, that is more luck of the draw. If there is a different crew, I don't know how selective the facility is on new-hires. 2. I felt there was no real development check lists or curriculum. I think the care givers he had when he left were doing a great job with the activities, but again, it felt more dependent on the care-giver, not the facility. 3. The facility itself was a little small, but I've for sure seen a lot smaller, so I can't really ding them too hard for that. Also, I would ignore some of these one stars posts. Whenever someone says something like "My call was answered by someone who didn't speak English" and then rant, then they are basing the quality of the facility on the director's ability to speak English which has no correlation. It's true that Ms. Lynette has an accent, but I never had an issue speaking with her and she was very responsive to all our requests. There are other comments that to me as a parent would raise a flag for sure, such as "teachers are abusive and mean to the innocent kids" or "Mrs. Maria abuses the kids time to time". I can't dismiss these comments, but I can confidently say that I don't think they can apply right now. At least, that wasn't our experience at the school. Our son was a happy camper and he loved Ms. Cari for sure. This place, with it's current infant care-giving staff is pretty solid. At the very least, check it out.

Before enrolling your child into this school . There are couple of things you must know . Mrs. Maria abuses the kids time to time . All the kids are dragged by their arm & placed on the floor like rag dolls. Every room is a safety hazard. They put all different aged kids in the same room including the infants , which is dangerous . The bigger kids hits the babies & plays rough with them... you have to bring food for the kids .. in fact I saw the teachers picking up food from the floor & feeding it to the kids which is very unsanitary!!!! & they are always focused fed . They always change teachers often cause this place sucks ! Please do not enrolll your child !!!!!

I'm so happy to send my son in this day care. I put him when he was 4 months old now he is 10 months. I love all staff , they are really nice and well take care on every kids not only my kids. And they always have fun things and a lot of activities for the kids. Thump up and you won't regret to bring your kids here

2015: We LOVE Carousel Kids! I was so picky when looking around - We visited multiple facilities and none of them compared to Carousel Kids! Walking in to the school, you immediately feel great energy and can tell that all the teachers truly love their students. My son had to start really early (4 months!) because I was going back to work. I was SO nervous to leave him but the teachers calmed my anxieties. They welcomed me to stop by anytime and call whenever I wanted to check in. And I did!! The first week I dropped him off, I probably called everyday to check in and my son was totally fine and happy! The teachers in the infant room are amazing and so loving with babies. My son is now 3 and still goes to the school and absolutely loves it! He runs in everyday and gives all the teachers hugs. The teachers in the toddler room are also fantastic! He is learning so much! And they have helped with potty training!!! They have a great backyard with AstroTurf which is great for play time and they are always doing fun activities and crafts. I now have a daughter who is almost 4 months who is about to start at Carousel Kids. I feel completely comfortable dropping her off and I love that she will be with big brother. Carousel Kids treats all of their students like family! It's clear how much they love everyone! I wish I could give higher than 5 stars!!! UPDATE - 5/4/17! I wanted to post an update to my previous review to say that we have been at Carousel Kids now for almost 5 years and it still gets 5 STARS from our family! My daughter will soon be 2 and my son will be 5. We have loved every minute of our time at Carousel Kids. I am saddened by the poor reviews listed below and can assure anyone reading this that the accusations listed simply are not true. All of the teachers are kind and loving. They treat all students with respect. Just ask my son, who is old enough to tell me if anything shady was going on! When the children arrive at school, they all run up and hug the teachers. There is a clear bond and the children clearly feel loved and safe at this facility. There is always someone trying to spread negativity. Do not listen. Carousel Kids is amazing, I trust them completely, and if I have Baby #3 (am I crazy??!!), then I will send that child to Carousel Kids, as well!! ANOTHER UPDATE - 12/20/18! We are STILL at Carousel Kids and STILL love it! This Holiday season, I am thankful that my kids have had a place to be loved on and grow. My son has graduated and is now in Kindergarten but my daughter (3.5) is still there and looks forward to school everyday. As they say, it takes a village and Carousel Kids is certainly a big part of my village!! Thank you to Lynette and the Carousel Kids teachers for loving my kids so well!!

The best day care hands down and highly recommended check them out !!!!!! My daughter went when she was two and just left the pre- k program this summer.... she loves them!!

Our son attended Carousel kids from age 2-6 and it was nothing short of a blessing. Wonderful staff with little turn over. Never an issue - attentive and flexible. I highly recommend Carousel kids if you're looking for an affordable, diverse and fun option for your little ! Wouldn't change it for the world ! Such a lucky find for us - sad to leave as he begins Kindergarten!

We have twin boys who went to Carousel Kids from the time they were 6 months old until around 27 months. They spent their time there in the infant room primarily. We found that the teachers there were very responsible and incredibly loving toward our boys. Our boys were always well taken care of, including being well-fed, changed appropriately, and it was obvious that their general well-being was very important to the teachers. The only drawback is that from an administrative standpoint, information can be unclear at times. Overall, we had a great experience there, and are so glad our boys had such wonderful, caring teachers at such a young age.

Carousel Kids was a very disappointing daycare facility for my child. They lacked warmth and they did not have the appropriate toys for my child to play with. My child consistently came home with diaper rash due to lack of cleanliness. The caregiver did not change my child regularly when the diaper was soiled and this happened more than once. I had to spend a whole weekend with him crying in pain and not wanting to take a bath, because his bottom hurt so much. I also found ants in the facility which were also in my child's hair. There was a rash in my child's diaper and my doctor thought that they were also ant bites. The facility is not clean. I witnessed children sitting in high chairs as a way of restraining them so that the caregiver could make her job easier. I also witnessed the caregiver hushing a child when the child needed to be hugged and held. The list goes on and on. Take your child to a place where they really care for the children. Don't waste your money here. I was very disappointed and was sad that my child endured such lack of care. Also, my child had very little outside play. The caregiver told me that she was too busy with the infants to supervise my child. This is actually illegal! Thankfully, I have found a wonderful daycare who really cares and love what they do! Thumbs down for this one!

Lynette only cares about her business and the money the school brings ! She does not care about the kids or their safety !! All the negative comments are true !!!!!!! The teachers are abusive and mean to the innocent kids ! After my experiences in this school I will no longer trust facilitys like this !! Parents please do not make the mistake I made and trust this school at all . Not even sure how this school has positive reviews !

My son started at Carousel Kids when he was 1 years old. He is now in kindergarten! I can't thank Lynette, Maria, Lallie, Alexis, Samanthi, Luz, and Karla enough for EVERYTHING they have done for my son. They were his 2nd family. They have seen him through several milestones but has really prepared him for kindergarten. I appreciate all the LOVE and DEDICATION throughout the years and we all will miss the staff at Carousel Kids tremendously!

They took great care of our 5 month old son. :) He was only there full-time for a couple months because I decided to quit my job and stay home full-time with him, but during the time that he was there Lynette, Denise, Susan and everyone else was very helpful. I received photos of him and updates often. They showed genuine care for him and made drop-offs and pick-ups as easy as possibly. They also got him to take a bottle which wasn't an easy task. :-) They were also very understanding and supportive when I decided to quit my job and stay home. I definitely recommend!

My grandson attends Carousel Day care and the staff is wonderful, kind ,and trusting. It's a nice place and clean.

Great day care for my daughter that been going there since she was a baby. Know she 12 and in Jr high school. The staff way loving and caring . We had no problems there.

2 of my daughters went here, my last one just graduated preschool. I wanted to leave a review because between both of my kids we spent 5 and a half years at Carousel Kids and had a fantastic experience. Both of my daughters loved all their teachers and would always run up and hug them, Lynette always worked with me when I needed anything and we just had an overall really positive experience. If I have another baby, they will go here too!

I have 2 sons that have gone here. My youngest son is 3 and still attends and loves it, it is like his second home My oldest is 5 and is now in kinder. With the help of Carousel Kids my oldest is doing amazing in grammar school. They are like family. I went thru 3 day cares before finding Carousel Kids in 2009. I feel 100% safe when I drop off my youngest son knowing he is in good hands with people that truly love and care of him. Not to mention they have just redone the entire back yard for the kids with all new equipment, grass, tables, swings, sand box, and much more. Carousel Kids is a SAFE HAVEN for children. They are always doing fun activities, especially in the summer. NOTE. Most of the parents do lunch, cake or cupcakes, and a jumper for their kids birthday so everyone can enjoy. This happens at least 2 times a month. I recommend Carousel Kids to any parent looking for a reliable place to take care of your child and not worry, well so much anyways...

Carousel Kids, where to begin? I can't say enough good things about this daycare! My daughter has been going here for a few months now and I won't take her anywhere else! The staff is absolute amazing! She loves every single one of her teachers and always runs to them as soon as I open the door. Her dad and I researched many daycares before deciding on Carousel Kids. They passed all of the state inspections with flying colors and had great reviews from other parents such as myself. They treat each child as if they were family. A couple weeks ago I left my daughters lunch on the front seat of my car when I dropped her off and I work about 30 miles away and called the daycare in a panic and they assured me they would make Charlotte lunch and not to worry. My little girl is my first child and I often call the daycare just to check in because I'm a helicopter parent and they always let me know what she's doing, how she's doing, if she's eaten and if she's napped! I honestly don't know what we would do if it weren't for Carousel! They are truly amazing!

Both of my children attend this school since there 5 months old. Every morning both kids given to Ms.Maria, she takes over the responsibility to take care of both of the kids we do not have worry. ms. Jona does excellent job teaching kids letters, numbers, singing and dancing. My daughter 6 years old she does excellent job in public school. She does great job Writing, reading and math. My son is 3 years old he can write, read and singing. We highly recommend this school to any parent there take care my kids like your own. Shaun

Our son attended school here from the age of 16 months old until 2 Yrs old from january 2014-September 2014. Mrs. Lynette the director was wonderful she helped him to learn to walk and was always so kind with us and our boy. Also Mrs. Samantee in the infant room provided exceptional care. All of the aids and other teachers including Mrs Maria were also great at early drop off. My son grew developmentally in the short time he was here and he truly loved his time there. He was born early and has some developmental needs so we decided to move him to a different facility we had been on the waiting list for in October, however we were so sad to leave this school he really loved all the teachers and had fun!! They have tons of activities for the kids in summer and I would recommend this school to anyone in the area looking for a smaller scale facility to provide a first time school experience to your child. Keep up the great work at carousel kids!!! :)

My Baby "Julian" is so happy at Carousel Kids. Every morning when he wakes up he cant wait to get to Carousel Kids and see Mrs. Samanthi , Mrs. Jona , Mrs. Seta and Mrs. Maria. They have the best program for infant and toddler. My son started there when he was 11 months. He is almost 19 months now and every day I see a lot of improvements in him. I would defiantly recommend Carousel Kids to all the parents that care about their children's educations and social life. Thank you Mrs. Lynnette for such a helpful, lovely, creative, and interesting program and staff members.

My son started going to Carousel kids when he was 1.5 years old. Now he's about to turn five and just started TK. Cant thank enough all the teachers here for their work and dedication.Starting with Mrs. Lynette to Mrs. Maria and the entire staff they really run a warm loving environment where kids can flourish. We'll miss them !
