Carrot Express never misses! I love coming here for the avocado toast. Always fresh, loaded with flavor and made with high quality ingredients you can taste. Their cappuccinos are equally amazing. Smooth, rich and the perfect balance. The staff is always friendly, welcoming and make the experience feel personal every time. One of my go to spots for great food and good vibes!

I absolutely love the customer service experience at this Carrot Express! The entire staff Dei, Almou, and Claudia are so sweet. I once had a small issue with an order, and they fixed it right away with no hassle at all. Every time I come in, they’re welcoming, generous, and kind. It feels so good to walk into a place where you’re genuinely greeted with a smile. My go-to order is the Blue Spirulina Smoothie and the Lentil Soup —both are amazing! These young ladies definitely deserve a raise; their great attitude and customer service keep me coming back. My favorite place by far!

My go-to spot when I’m in town! It’s a great spot to sit and enjoy a meal or grab a quick smoothie or snack. Their impossible burger is the best one I’ve ever had and feels super healthy. Also love the vegan banana bread and strawberry matcha, although I’d like to try it with vanilla syrup too next time.

The place is beautiful and the food is truly delicious — I want to acknowledge that. However, my experience wasn’t great because of the atmosphere. Even though they had relaxing background music, there was a man singing extremely loud, and it completely overshadowed everything. It was uncomfortable and made it hard to enjoy my meal. Because of that, I personally wouldn’t return, although the restaurant has potential if they improve that part of the ambiance.

Just had the best lunch at carrot express. The hospitality from the second we walked in was incredible. Mario let us try some of his delicious creations and we felt like a part of the family. All of the staff was super sweet and making sure our dog was taken care of as well. Food was delicious, customer service was incredible, can’t wait to return and taste the new menu items !

Amazing service from Luis , fast and efficient, very attentive , Everything that my family and I ordered was extraordinary, from the juices he blended were amazing and my açaí bowl was to die for, I will be back to this location officially my favorite , thanks to the manager Deiralyn for checking in our order to make sure everything came out right , was very nice to my kids as well that they want to come back , cookies where amazing as per the children they each got one , I wish I would’ve gotten one for my self , can’t wait to be back ! Also location was very tidy and clean thanks again

Carrot express has good/healthy meals that comes with a pleasant amount to make a person ful. The employee Raul was very helpful. The only thing I did not like at all was the coffee, it lacked sugar and it does not taste the same with the small packages of sugar. Other than that, good service.

Overpriced and not very tasty. In an area with so many healthy options, this is not one that I would return to. My little wrap was about 20 dollars and barely had any egg whites. It was way too hot and all ingredients seemed to be precooked. I had to wait 20 minutes to let it cool down. They added way too much cheese which didn't make it feel healthy at all. Once I started eating, it dripped oil out of the bottom the whole time. It did not look like the picture on the menu at all. People were nice but I will not be back.

Carrot Express in Midtown is a solid spot if you're looking for healthy, tasty food. The Mediterranean salad I had was excellent--super fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. You can really tell they use quality ingredients. The place itself is spotless, which is always a huge plus. Clean tables, clean floors, and an overall good vibe. The only downside was the speed of service. We were a group of three, and while my salad came out fairly quickly, the rest of my family had to wait quite a while for their meals. I was nearly done eating by the time theirs arrived. So if you're eating with others, just know timing might be a bit off. Still, worth it for the quality of the food. Just hope they tighten up the kitchen timing!

I pop into Carrot Express every now and then and I'm typically pretty satisfied with my choices. Today I wasn't really hungry but my friend was so I just got the pistachio croissant that I'd been wanting to try. The one on display has some pistachio butter on top and then actual crushed pistachios. I was given one with no crushed pistachio so when I came back in to grab my water, I told the young lady there weren't any pistachios on it, she said it's on the inside. I said no I mean crushed pistachios. She turned and walked off and didn't say anything. I went out to get it and came back in. Someone who I'm assuming was a manager asked if I was being helped, I let her know what the issue was so the same young lady who took our initial order explained something to her in Spanish. I then point out mine versus the display. She immediately understood what I was asking and had another one given to me. I went on to sit out on the patio and enjoy the nice day and scenery while chatting it up with my friend. In terms of taste it was very fresh, but the pistachio butter was very pistachioey (If that makes sense) The initial disregard is the reason for my rating.

This carrot express was so clean and the atmosphere was happy. I didnt know they had one at these shops! I stopped in and decided to try something new-- the legal wrap. It is the best thing ive tried from there! it was sooo good, It had juicy chicken, melted cheese, beans, rice, and a delicious chipotle sauce to put on top! I love how they press the wraps to make them hot! The price is worth it for the quality of food youre getting! The service team was quick and efficient.

This is the worst carrot express I have been to. The manager is not friendly at all. I come here a lot for work and spend a lot of money at this location and today they made a smoothie for me that tasted kind of off, I asked the cashier if she would exchange it, she said yes and then the waitress came over that the manager denied it. Couldn't even tell me him/herself. Another day I showed the manager the special that was on the instagram of 9.99 wrap Monday's and they wouldn't honor it. Sad customer service especially to good customers.

When i want something healthy and good, this is not a place I would reconsider. Not only is their food bland, but the attitude of the employees is even worse. They feel like they are doing me a favor by serving me. A 40-minute wait for a pre-order is unacceptable. OVER RATED!!!!

Carrot express is a healthy staple here in Miami for their options that cater to everyone's likes. Being plant based I've been seeing many people post and rave about the vegan picadillo bowl. I was walking in midtown shops. I knew that I had to give it an try. The vegan picadillo bowl was delicious. It was bursting in flavor. It wasn't too heavy as well. It was exactly what was needed. I am definitely stopping by again to get this bowl. I also want to try the smoothies. Definitely coming back here !

This has been a nightmare the worst experience to be able to order in the app Firs it does not give the option of delivery only pick up! Outrageous and frustrating never had this bad service. Previously you could call an talk to a human now all is badly automated They give you a phone number and when you call a machine give you option catering when you desperately chose that or ever any option it transfers you to another voice says the number 4000 is not available the system is limited an unfriendly what a disappointment Besides the food is very pricey at least they could give a better app or have some human to take care of You order

Great friendly service. My son and I both ordered the Healthy Bowls with Turkey Burgers. The rice and Burger and so flavourful. It's a bit pricey and that's the only drawback.

Quality issues. They left me a nice big hair in my chicken platter WTF I will never order anything from here again

pesto passion ciabatta and a carrot/orange juice. one of the best breakfasts and sandwiches I've ever enjoyed. service was wonderful and loved the vibe. felt like a sidewalk cafe in Paris in Miami. a wonderfully chill way to start a day after a red eye

Service was terrible, we arrived at 8:20 pm (supposed to close at 9:00) we only wanted 2 açaí bowls and they refused to take our order as dine in, forced us to order "to go" our bowls weren't obviously prepared all rushed and makes us to leave immediately. Hope management or franchise owners read this

What is going on that every time I try to order they tell me the juicers are already cleaned, salads are put away, we close at 8:50 PM, the list goes on and on!! it is so maddening!! First of all why does Carrot express closing at 9 PM in Miami in the first place ???!! I feel like we live in Nebraska with all these absolutely reduced hours. I come out of a workout class and there's literally nowhere to eat anymore fast and healthy. You are missing a huge customer base by closing so early. I see customer after customer going in and out disappointed that they cannot get food and none of the employees seem to give a crap they just wanna get the hell out of there so they give themselves time to clean during business hours. Not acceptable and the manager of the store needs to be aware of this because it's a big problem!!!

If I could eat here every day I would. Everything I have tried on their menu is phenom! It's the perfect spot if you're looking to make healthy choices while eating flavorful food. My favorite things on the menu are: - Ancient Grains salad + add falafel - La Bomba wrap - Mario's favorite chicken bowl - Green Dream juice Pro tip: always ask for their Cilantro-Lime dressing Honestly though, I've tried a bunch of other items on the menu and they've all been very yummy. I do think it is a bit overpriced for being such a casual dining experience, but overall if you're looking for good quality food this is the spot.

The food is decent -- I like the acai bowl -- but they pay only lip service to reducing waste. You supposedly have to check a box in order to receive utensils, but I have never checked the box and ALWAYS receive plastic utensils, wrapped in more plastic with a paper napkin included. There is no place in Miami that I know of that will recycle plastic utensils. What an entirely unneccessary waste.

we have the most incredible, most delicious meal under the sun here at carrot express. We absolutely loved our host, our waitress, and the entire team. There was nothing but good vibes and beautiful energy here. We got glazed salmon with kale salad, açai bowl and turkey wrap, and it was so delicious. My mouth is still watering thinking about it. Thank you again carrot express for the most incredible experience. We love you and will be definitely back!

Prices are insane. $24 for a chicken Caesar salad at a casual counter order lunch spot... I can not believe it.

I probably eat here 3 times a week. They have so much delicious healthy food. You really can't go wrong. Francisco who works there provides the best service and very friendly and sweet. There is something for everyone here... and very healthy.

Today was my third time coming back to this place and I love how many healthy delicious vegan options they have. The green goddess salad, the falafel wrap and the sweet potato carrot soup are like in a gourmet restaurant! Great ambience and music. Today I had a little issue with my veggie burger, I let them know (not to complain cause even like this it was good), just so they will be aware of it next time. They immediately offered a refund, I told them it's no big deal, I don't want it. Then they offered me a free meal for next time I come in. How kind of them. I believe some mistake can happen in even at the top restaurants.. so when there's a place where they are trying hard to correct their mistakes that's an absolute winner for me. If you wrote a bad review of them in the past, I'd recommend you to give them another chance. I'll be definitely going back! :)

I have only had the Blue Magic Protein(25grams) Shake. It's very tasty. I love grabbing it in between a workout and nails/errands. Quick, Easy, & Delicious!

I love Carrot Express. While I typically go out of my way specifically to grab a Blue Magic smoothie, I've never had anything I haven't liked. Love their soups. Love their wraps and bowls. Love their avocado toasts. Today I added a sunny side up egg to one of the toasts and asked for it well done. Lorena brought it to the table and when my cousin pointed out that it wasn't the way I'd asked, I was going to just let it be. Lorena insisted on taking it back to the kitchen and making sure it was right and honestly it was much appreciated bc I really don't like runny eggs! Besides that she was so pleasant and helpful as pretty much all of the staff I've encountered. Thank you guys for caring to get stuff right. It does not go unnoticed.

Miso salmon bowl was delivered and had a strand of long brown hair in it . Meal was inedible. Contacted customer service with no response.

Went here for lunch today and everything was delicious! They have so many healthy options with something for everyone. It's a bit expensive but worth it for a delicious healthy meal! I loved the açaí bowl with almond butter especially. The service was quick and friendly! Super busy spot with lots of people in the area stopping for lunch. Can't miss with Carrot Express.

The food was great but my wife and I were sick all day following our meal. We had the Buddha bowl with salmon. Also, $50 for 2 salads? Come on!!!!!

So disgusting, you put fresh chicken in plastic bags and then leave them in a hot cooker on the wrap line. Then use that chicken for your wraps after it's cooking in hot plastic!!!! What's wrong with you? Are your workers that lazy they can't portion out fresh chicken from the kitchen or cooker without plastic? Poisoning patrons with plastic chicken. Won't ever come back here you lost my business.

I had high hopes for Carrot Express but honestly it was just average, at best. We had take out so this review is mainly for the food. They were out of salmon at 2pm so I ended up having a quinoa breakfast bowl which was lacking flavor and seasoning. We also ordered a chicken platter which my husband said was just okay, and my daughter had a mezze plate, which she also said was just okay. She didn't finish her food and she always finishes her food, so that says a lot. 3 meals + 2 drinks was $54 which wasn't terrible. I was just expecting something better so I don't think I'll be returning.

Service is extremely slow. I waited in total 20mins for 1 coco kale juice. I almost fell asleep twice while waiting.

This place looks like a pretty low key healthy spot-- but I was shocked upon seeing the wide range of options on the menu. I went here twice during a 4 day vacation! The best thing I ate was the overnight oats-- talk about creamy and delicious! The service is casual, the place is clean and the menu has something for everyone!

The pesto chicken grain bowl was fantastic! We loved the freshness of our meals, the establishment is clean and the staff was very attentive. The smoothie was delicious, reminded us of a slushy. The turkey burger patty on my boyfriends salad was so flavorful and juicy. We definitely left inspired to replicate some of the bowls at home. Can't wait to stop by again. Thank you carrot express!

I have been to this place two times and I can tell the food is really good. I love the variety of healthy and vegan options. They have 4-5 different types of veggie burgers to select from and they come with a side (salad, fries, smash potatoes) They also have salads, sandwiches, bowls, and fresh smoothies. We had the portobello burger and the chicken platter and both were great. They use fresh ingredients for the smoothies so they do take a while but it is worth the wait. Location is pretty cool, next to other restaurants and stores. They have outside seating and you can park on the street (pay to park) or in the available parking garages. Would like to go back to try their "make your own bowl" and smoothies.

I used to eat here a couple times a week when I was working nearby on a project. The food was always very good, and healthy--which I try to be big on. Hadn't gone for a couple years until the other day and found it to still be good, fresh and wholesome--just a little more expensive than it used to be. I used to always get their pesto chicken breast with brown rice, pico and an avocado and it always hit the spot. This time I got the poke bowl, which was also quite good. My mom tried an açaí bowl, which was good but just about equal to anywhere else that serves them.

went to the Carrot Express in Plantation FL last night, really nice place, at the time we walked in there were only 2 people seated. We saw a lady behind the counter across from us putting away cutlery so we waited for her to come over. Finally it was obvious even after seeing us she was not ready to assist us. Eventually after calling out to her for service a few times she decided to take our order. After this horrible experience I decided I would not give a tip, just pay the bill and leave after getting our coffees. When paying, I skipped over the tip part and completed my order. Looking at my credit card charge this morning, I see $2 added to my bill. This person selected the tip amount without my knowledge. I will never return to this location, my experience was the worst,, I have never not wanted to tip someone but this lady choose to treat us this way and did not deserve one penny. Just wanted to warn people about this unethical behavior of this worker at this location.

Love love love this place. Ever since I found out about it I have it on a weekly basis. I usually order the legal wrap and love how filling and healthy it is. I recently tried the Turkey burger with sweet potatoes.... and WOW. I'm not a huge fan of turkey burgers as I rather have a beef burger but this was delicious and huge. Def recommend if you are trying to eat something healthy and tasty.

Excellent carrot cake. Ok food but predictable and healthy! I ordered a salad with Mahi Mahi! I would say the food is predictable, nothing surprising and out of the ordinary and you get pretty much exactly what you would expect when the menu arrives. The Mahi Mahi lacked any seasoning at all and the dressing was enough to taste fine but nothing that blew me out of the water. (I used the little salt packet and pepper packet that come with utensils- I can't think of the last time I ever used those.) The food is clearly very fresh. It's easy to find something you'll enjoy eating if you enjoy vegetables and the true flavor of fresh ingredients, so order based on what ingredients you love. I adore carrot cake and I'll say this is one of the best I've had. The cake is moist and flavorful, chunky and cakey, and there's a great ratio of frosting to cake. There's a nice brown sugar crumble stuck to the outside edge that gives it a fun crunch too! The staff is friendly and super nice, though somewhat distracted doing prep. Looks like they're friends back there though and I enjoyed sitting at the bar!
