Incredible service by the cashier Juan! Greta hospitality and attention. This location had nice staff and delicious food, the veggies were supper crunchy! They were super fast too! Best alternative for “fast food” :)

I always come to this place for breakfast or sometimes for lunch because I really like the food and the service they offer. Most of the time, like today, I'm served by Juan David, the manager. He's excellent and very friendly, making me feel right at home. Thanks, Juan David! I highly recommend this Carrot Express.

From the moment we arrived, the service provided by Catalina was exceptional. She was attentive, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our visit. The food was absolutely delicious!. The restaurant itself was spotless, which did not go unnoticed, and added to the overall positive experience. The atmosphere was calm, inviting, and perfect for enjoying a great meal/lunch. The entire staff was friendly and courteous, creating a space where guests can truly relax and enjoy. Highly recommend this place, everything from service to ambiance was top tier. 10/10

I’ve come to this location several times, and the manager in charge who always wears braids—never greets or smiles. In fact, no one ever says hello when you walk in. On Sunday morning, I went to have breakfast and wanted to use my rewards points from the app. The girl who makes the juices and takes orders lied to me, telling me that her screen wouldn’t allow her to use my points because I had the Happy Sunday discount, when she knows she just needs to press “redeem.” Today I came back again to buy a sweet potato with chicken, the chicken was not chopped and was super dry my cilantro lime was nowhere to be found and when I tried to use my points again, the same girl told me she couldn’t apply them. Overall, the service is terrible and there’s no professionalism. Should we contact Silvia Chavarría, the manager at Carrot Express in Coral Gables, because this location is falling behind.

Always fresh and delicious food! The staff is incredibly friendly and kind, always welcoming you with a warm smile. If you're unsure what to order, they’re happy to offer great suggestions. The place is spotless and very comfortable. Highly recommended—100%!

We stopped by Carrot Express at River Landing for lunch and ordered the Salmon Buddha Bowl, and let me just say it was outstanding. The salmon was perfectly cooked, the veggies were fresh and flavorful, and every bite tasted thoughtfully prepared. The service was just as impressive. The team was friendly, attentive, and moved with great efficiency, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish. Juan David is the best not only did he make sure he recommended amazing food that I was gonna like and I loved, but he was very attentive and gave great customer service.

Do not buy any 2x1 promos on Uber eats. They will use one bowl and split in 2. Having extravagant prices you would think they are not having the need to behave like cheap rats but yet they do. Had to go back to the store and ask to be served the accurate portion.Terribly off putting. Not gonna come back.

Staff was amazing. Everything was made to perfection. Will be returning back in no time! Very clean, organized, and fast great service. Can't wait to try more on the menu.. there's so many new items. I haven't came to this location before but it definitely gained a new customer

It's the right food spot for a fresh and light meal! This was my first time trying Carrot Express and it gave just what I needed, filling not fulling. The grilled chicken, sweet potato and quinoa satisfied my hunger and the carrot juice was a for sure must have. I loved the service and the dine in seating as well. This spot is a for sure must eat and enjoy!

First time I've tried this chain. So happy to see new places like this in the Riverlanding area. We need lunch choices! I ordered a lentil kale soup with half an Ancient Grains salad and then added Falafel to qualify for their $10 off first order with the app (fantastic promo!). All was fresh and tasty. It felt healthy lol but tasted very good. The only drawback is I do find their items a bit pricey. Hence, the 4 stars. But service was excellent and the ambiance is tranquil and clean. I'll likely be back!

Visited this morning to try their breakfast menu and it was phenomenal! First of all, the staff was amazing and the food was delicious! I got the ultimate croissant eggwhich and it was so so good! I also got their iced honey cinnamon latte and it was also great! I will def be back for breakfast!

The food is always fresh, delicious and well prepared. The restaurant always looks and smells really good & clean. The staff is professional yet friendly :) Naty always provides amazing service!

Such a great spot for a delicious, guilt free meal! I ordered the Chicken Goddess sandwich with a side of sweet potato fries which were both very fresh and tasty. The restaurant is very clean and the staff were all very friendly. Will definitely be coming back here.

Esta es la segunda vez que vamos a esta locación y no hemos visto mejoría en su calidad . Compramos un desayuno y el aguacate estaba malo,el café macchiato no era el correcto me dieron una colada ,al traerme la orden se olvidaron de darme un pan de bananaa qué habíamos comprado cabe recalcar que al decirle esto al personal la persona que nos ofreció disculpas de nombre Juan David trató de disculparse hacerca de las cosas antes mencionadas más sin embargo la encargada en turno no dio ninguna disculpa . Este cafe fue el que me remplazaron según por el otro la taza a la mitad con el mismo café y solo un poco de espuma terrible experiencia.

Again bowl is definitely my favorite! I would call it almost my comfort foood and carrot express gives me just that. Overall though, Carrot express food is delicious! The tuna sweet potato is to die for! The service is always great and if you feel like dining in there, it's the perfect little spot to eat and relax.

Service is fast for both dine in and carry out. Massive portions that leave you full for the rest of the day. Indoor seating, bright lighting. Free 2 hour parking.

just got my poke bowl delivered. specifically ordered it with basmati rice because I didn't want a salad. but I got a salad with a little bit of not fully cooked basmati rice inbetween. not good at all guys. hard crunchy basmati rice on a a bed of arugula salad. that's not what I wanted. I ordered a bowl with rice. I got a salad. Will never order from this location again. last time i ordered this was from Pembroke and it was delicious. apparently not all the carrot express locations have the same standards even though the prices are ridiculous.
