I’ve come to this location several times, and the manager in charge who always wears braids—never greets or smiles. In fact, no one ever says hello when you walk in. On Sunday morning, I went to have breakfast and wanted to use my rewards points from the app. The girl who makes the juices and takes orders lied to me, telling me that her screen wouldn’t allow her to use my points because I had the Happy Sunday discount, when she knows she just needs to press “redeem.”
Today I came back again to buy a sweet potato with chicken, the chicken was not chopped and was super dry my cilantro lime was nowhere to be found and when I tried to use my points again, the same girl told me she couldn’t apply them. Overall, the service is terrible and there’s no professionalism. Should we contact Silvia Chavarría, the manager at Carrot Express in Coral Gables, because this location is falling behind.
