Every one of my staff always chooses carrot express over anything else in the grove for lunch. Their chicken goddess and pesto chicken bowl are amazing!! We love the coffee, the food and the employees there are super friendly. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quick bite for breakfast or lunch 😌

Carrot Express in the heart of Coconut Grove is incredible. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and—hands down—better than any other healthy fast-food spot in the area. Service is always warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere is clean and inviting. What really sets this place apart is the team—especially Katha, the manager. Her attention to detail, friendliness, and leadership clearly play a big role in why this location runs so well. Every visit has been a great experience, and it’s become my go-to for quick, healthy, and genuinely delicious meals.

I’m a regular now. the store is always sparkling clean including the restroom! and has such a fresh, welcoming vibe. The produce and ingredients look incredibly fresh, and everything is beautifully organized. Accessible water to drink is also placed in store! A special shoutout to Catalina and Ramon – their attitude and service were absolutely top-notch! Catalina was warm and attentive, and Ramon made sure everything was just right with a genuine smile. It’s rare to find such a great team that clearly loves what they do and cares about the customer experience. If you’re looking for healthy, delicious food served with kindness and professionalism, Carrot Express Coconut Grove is the place to go. Can’t wait to come back!

Food tasted great. We ordered two items for breakfast and one person was half done before the other item even came out. Great outdoor seating. Music is a little loud.

Great Sunday lunch with my girlfriend! The wraps were super fresh (chicken Caesar + Legal Wrap). The vibe was perfect and we loved seeing NO DAYS OFF still and sparkling water on the menu! Definitely coming back!

Carrot Express in Coconut Grove is an outstanding place for anyone who loves fresh, flavorful, and healthy food. Every time I visit, the staff greets me with a smile and provides excellent service — they’re attentive, patient, and always keep the place spotless. My favorite item on the menu is the Chicken Goddess Ciabatta, and I order it every time. The chicken is tender and perfectly cooked, the mozzarella melts beautifully, and the combination of tomatoes, onions, and the citrus honey-mustard dressing brings everything together with amazing flavor. It’s consistently delicious and filling. Overall, Carrot Express Coconut Grove delivers excellent food, great service, and a welcoming environment. Definitely one of the best healthy spots in the area!

Their smoothies and juices are also top-notch, clearly made with high-quality fruits and veggies

The food at Carrot Express never fails to satisfy. My favorite thing to do is get the half sandwich and salad combination. Ok, so it's called a half sandwich, but this thing is big and filling! I never leave there hungry. My go to is the tuna-cado on ciabatta. This bread is delicious! Crispy outside and chewy inside, it's everything you want in a ciabatta. The tuna mixed with avocado is also delicious. Highly recommended. For the salad portion I honestly like them all. The goddess dressing is amazing and not too bad for you. If I had to choose I would pick the La Mexicana as my favorite salad. Another thing I like is that they make good espresso there. It's a perfect pick me up to get through the rest of your work day.

The Summary: Well, this was a pleasant surprise. I didn't expect much from carrot express, but it was a nice breakfast. The Experience: So, it's the Saturday morning run and I realize some Yelp Elite friends are going to do theirs pretty close to where I was doing mine because they got a Yelp Experience nearby, so I met them there for breakfast after the run. I honestly wasn't expecting much from it as I had previously visited the Coral Gables location and I left, lets say, disappointed... I ordered the scramble, where you choose three ingredients out of a possible six (mine was ham, mushrooms, and cheese) for the scrambled eggs, and they put a side of greens and toast. and It. Was. Delicious! I added a carrot/orange juice, which I felt it was a bit watered down, but it was still very good (maybe I was just thirsty). Anyway, I'm glad we met there and had breakfast together and I am willing to return to Carrot express in the future and try more things.

Came here on a Saturday morning, around 9:20am. There were some people here but mostly quiet until about 9:45 when the foot traffic multiplied with people coming in for juices or to-go baked-goods. This place is like a little Oasis. I love all the plants and natural vibe. Everyone's plate looked delicious, they serve generous portions. There's a lot of seating outside, which we opted for, but there's the inside option with a/c. Ordered The Scrambled with bacon, feta and mushrooms. It was delicious! Everything is so fresh and they use quality ingredients. Would definitely come again to this place!

Quick pop in for food while in the Grove. U ended up getting a Ceasar wrap. Was good, very filling, and the staff worked quickly to fill the order. The space is large with plenty of seating inside and outside.

First impressions, super clean, aesthetic and spacious. Plenty of seating inside as well as some tables outside. Food quality was super fresh & delicious! The staff was cordial & prepared food fairly quickly. There's a public parking lot right next to it, so easily accessible too. It was quiet on a weekday morning, some patrons chilling and on their computers studying/working. Definitely a great place to relax & get a nice healthy meal :)

I recently visited carrot express in the Grove, and I'm glad I did! To eat, I got the turkey bacon wrap, which was an absolute delight. It's accompanied by green sauce that I couldn't get enough of. To drink I had the honey cinnamon iced latte which had a nice smoky taste to it, though I didn't expect it. I really really liked it. Their cookies are nice and large which make them easy to share . The ambience is great. Though the location is even better given that it's situated in Coco walk.

We wanted a quick bite and not a sit down restaurant and this seemed like a good choice! We all loved our choices a lot! I enjoyed the pesto ciabatta with a side of sweet potato fries that were perfectly cooked! The ciabatta was a little hard but I think it was because it was toasted and it tasted very fresh and with real ingredients. My daughter loved her açaí bowl and my husbands loved his chicken Caesar wrap, just wished it was a little bigger! It did take a bit of time to get our meals, but it didn't bother us and the prices were a little high for the portions and to-go food. But we would definitely go back!

We were walking around the downtown area and were craving something refreshing. We walked by this place and saw they had smoothies so decided to check it out! The inside it really nice and clean and lots of seating and they also have a nice outside patio. There were alot of people there that were sitting around and working. I got a smoothie which was as really yummy and also really filling. They also have a big selection of healthy food items like salads and wraps. If I were hungry, I would've definitely gotten food from here because it looked so good.

Always great service and fresh food whenever I go to this place! I pick up from the Coconut Grove location all the time and they are always warm and make sure my food is ready in a timely fashion. Love this spot!

Over priced and over kaled salads. Added proteins are dry and unpleasant. Try Chopt or Sweetgreens.

I wanted a healthy brunch and quick. It was fast and easy Ordered the classic two egg dish. It came with turkey, sausage and avocado as well as a wonderful, healthy, tasty toast and great coffee. The service was excellent. I could've stayed a while that would've been fine. They also had a yogurt parfait with blueberries. Everything was excellent, and the service was great. I was lucky to find it.

We love it here. My wife and daughter are always down to skip making dinner and order takeout instead, and this is a solid healthy choice that has a little bit of everything. The prices are reflective of the quality (and quantity) of each dish; you'll never feel ripped off because everything is pretty awesome. This is my favorite Carrot Express location! I order frequently and the staff always remembers who I am when I walk in to pick up my order. The food is always as expected and the staff is kind and attentive.

Went to get 2 smoothies at this location given my 1st time at Carrot Express and it was horrible. First things first the smell when you enter is horrible smells extremely bad not clean or fresh at all for it to be a healthy restaurant. The floors are disgusting. Second the workers need better training on cleanliness. The gentleman making my smoothie dropped the fruit scooper on the disgusting floor and did not clean it or rinse it when he picked it up he proceeded to scoop the fruit for my smoothie and when I asked him why didn't he clean it he acted as if he didn't understand English. My husband had a banana shake & it was disgusting the banana tasted old and like freezer burn with no agave no vanilla or anything for taste HORRIBLE for the price was crazy. Spent almost $30 on 2 smoothies and both were NASTY never again. Over priced, dirty, stinky, nasty & dirty employees = to a failed business.

Quality delicious food. Some of my favorites are the açaí bowl, overnight oats, and the pesto chicken with avocado and tostones. Can't recommend them enough. Try the vegan banana bread. You won't regret It. Best I've ever had!

So delicious and convenient!!! I wanted a poke bowl and then there were so many options and the people are so nice! Very healthy and delicious.

There's like 15 employees and 3 customers, took them 30 minutes to make me salad and drink that with tip cost me $35. The ingredients looked great but they gave me like 5 small pieces of ahi tuna and I'm sorry but after waiting all that time for them to make it and seeing that little bit of tuna I asked them if I could have a little more bc it was too little and in turn they turned their back to me and the little girl at the front said she could give me a refund. I just wanted a decent meal with the valor of $35.00. Save yourself and go across the street to sweet green where your bowl.salad is ready instantly and costs you half the price.
