Today I decided to visit Carrot Express. I chose a delicious carrot, orange, and pineapple juice. The place is very pleasant and in a great location. Francisco provided excellent and attentive service. It's definitely worth checking out!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Carrot Express in the Miami Beach Sunset Harbor neighborhood has quickly become my go-to spot! Every morning, I’m greeted by the incredibly friendly staff who make me feel right at home. The service is truly second to none—always quick and attentive. What impresses me the most is the food. It’s not only healthy but bursting with flavor! Whether I’m in the mood for a refreshing smoothie or a satisfying salad, I know I can count on Carrot Express to deliver delicious options that make me feel great. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a nutritious meal in a welcoming atmosphere!

Grateful for places like this that have so many yummy plant-based food! Kimberlyn the manager was very professional and warm, accommodated me made me feel comfortable when I explained I had left a review and thought my drink was too sweet. I love to pair the turmeric latte with the power bites that are little balls of several flavors date and nut based, they are already super sweet but extra healthy that is why i don't feel the added sweetness in the latte is necessary but on it's own I guess the level of sweetness is good. Excellent place.

Absolutely loved my experience at Carrot Express! The food was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and healthy—a perfect combination that’s hard to find. Whether you’re craving something light or filling, their menu has options that leave you feeling great after. A special shoutout to Vanessa, Anderson, and Kimberly, who were beyond helpful and super friendly. They guided me through the menu and helped me choose some of the best items. Their recommendations were spot on! Don’t miss out on their Strawberry Matcha and the Honey Cinnamon Latte—seriously, both are next-level delicious and totally unique. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Excellent spot! The coffee is great, the food is fresh and flavorful, and the place has a calm, welcoming vibe — perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. One of my go-to places when I want something healthy and delicious. Highly recommended!

Amazing food! Ask for Fransisco he’s the best! The vegan picadillo bowl is my favorite! I also ordered a carrot cake and the pistachio croissant and it’s always delicious! The staff is always friendly and the price isn’t bad.

Food is always fresh and tasty here. A great healthy option in Miami Beach. I also enjoy sitting and doing work here, they have wifi and plugs for your laptop. The perfect place to work and eat. I’m obsessed with the Buddha bowl and they make a good matcha too!

Francisco was so attentive and professional. Karina paid close attention to detail and made my friend snd I feel welcome. Not to mention the food was fresh and served promptly. I will definitely be putting this Carrot Express in our favorites. Thank you !!

Great food, staff is always helpful, I like coming here when I'm on the beach because it's tucked away from everything and I can relax and have privacy. Sometimes it's almost like detoxifying to go eat in a quiet and peaceful place.

The absolute best!!!!!!! I love this Mahi mahi wrap! Fresh made to order. The mahi is soft and melts in your mouth, the qunoia, and jalapeño aioli. Amazing! The magic is how fresh and it is warm! Then they give you the delicious sauce made with fresh lime and cilantro! You must try this but be careful it is addictive! . (Sorry no photo I ate it too fast!

Carrot juice was great but if carrots are ur claim to fame...how can u be out of ginger!!! Would have been superb had they not been OIT of ginger...

I haven't had Carrot Express in a few years and decided to order delivery yesterday. I ordered the Epic Tuna Melt ($14.95), the Beyond Meat wrap ($16.95), and their carrot cake ($8.95). The tuna melt was so delicious and a generous portion. Great flavors. The Beyond wrap was also quite tasty, and a good portion. It was lacking beyond crumbles and avocado but the plantain in there gave it a nice and sweet taste. The carrot cake was SO good. Great portion and lovely icing. Overall, the food was really good and a quick/healthy option. The prices are a bit high for what they are but at least you know you'll be getting a good portion, meaning leftovers so you can make two meals out of it. Will definitely be ordering again!

Ordered a green goddess salad with Salmon. Salad was very tasty, fresh and filling. Servers were very friendly. My wait was not long because I ordered ahead. Great place to grab a healthy meal to go or sit in and eat. Worth the money.

I truly enjoy my visits to Carrot Express. Huge fan of several dishes...its a great casual lunch stop!

I work near by so I always either pick up from this spot or order through uber eats. Carrot cake is a must! It's delicious, although I feel like 8$ is a bit pricey for the slice amount but I still get it. I always grab the legal wrap and it's consistently delicious.

Me and my sister were looking for a cold drink today and ordered 3 smoothies. we walked in and it was not busy, nobody was in the store. somehow the two separate parties that came in a few minutes after us got their drinks before us. annoying, and so i sat by the counter only to see they haven't even started our drinks. i got the açaí smoothie and it was more of a juice. i saw it was less than 3/4 smoothie and the girl covered the drink with her body so i wouldn't see and filled it w orange juice. even then it was not a full drink. i'm just really disappointed because it's hot out and if i wanted a juice i would have just gotten a juice but i ordered a smoothie. the other two drinks came out like that as well. the staff was not friendly nor very concerned with how we waited 25 minutes for 3 smoothies:/

Went for a quick bite to eat while on vacation and they were out of multiple things on the menu. Could not order anything with avocado since they were out of those. Then asked for the turkey wrap and they stated "we don't sell that anymore". As a business, why would you advertise items on your online and in store menus when you no longer sell them. Also asked for a coffee (it was 11:45am) and they told me they don't sell that yet. My partner and I looked at each other and laughed in shock and ended up leaving to go to another place.

They have the best açai bowl in Miami Beach. The quality of the food is great and consistent. I order lunch from here about 4-6 times per month and never get disappointed.

Food is ok but service - in South Beach - is soooo slow! Not sure why. Cannot give more than a star when I have to wait for almost a half hour for a wrap with the restaurant completely empty. Sorry guys!

Ordered take out for lunch. The packaging kept everything tight and separates so nothing would be soggy. Great place for a healthy meal, I felt full but healthy full and the ancient grain bowl was big to save for two days but I'm eating for two so of course I ate the whole thing. The chicken seemed fresh and steamed/baked and I really enjoyed the light dressing it came with. Would definitely order again.

My food had dog hairs on the container it was put in. I'm so grossed out Carrot express if you gave me someone's returned food. Shame on YOU!!!

First time at carrot express and I'm impressed! (Laughing at my rhymes) But seriously, I'm impressed. I ordered the poke bowl with the tuna and it was healthy and delicious! It was also a very good portion. Can't wait to return and check out more from their menu.

Get the Teeka Salad - DELICIOUS. The food here is healthy fresh delicious and will never let you down. Everything on the menu is good, however, the Teeka salad is the best salad on the menu. Their carrot cake is out of this world. I get the sweet potato fries too. Everything they make is from an air fryer. Super healthy. If you want something delicious and nutritious come here.

Your prices is incredible high please let the people life normal in miami I order one salad tuna is a really horrible, and if you can eat tuna ..... your places isn't not a restaurant! stop miami You can star to be healthy first

Carrot Express Healthy fast food in Miami! Food**** We can only attest to one dish but this dish was amazing!! The vegan sausage bowl was so delicious! It was hard to put my fork down I was loving every flavor in the dish. I highly recommend this if you head there! Service*** Fast and friendly counter service! Atmosphere** Not in the greatest spot but there are two outdoor tables and indoor dining. The inside is nice but nothing special. Price$ Very cheap and very worth it!

Very excited to come here and try out this healthy spot that so many foodies talk about ! Was not disappointed at all! Grabbed the mahi mahi wrap and honestly it's not only so good but also so filling ! They pack it and definitely give you the best bang for your buck. I loved it and will want to come back and try more! Also loved their tostones that were unfortunately not photographed

I had an amazing experience today picking up my order. Karla was so friendly and helpful on deciding what to eat and picked her favorite top three foods. So yummy! Will definitely recommend to all my friends!

Love this place! Easy and healthy lunch options. My favorite is the Pesto Chicken platter, it comes with cilantro brown rice and a tomato/avocado salad- so delicious! Sometimes I replace the rice with a baked sweet potato, so delicious! It is healthy but with flavor...you won't find anything bland here. So glad to have a healthy lunch spot nearby!

If healthy is what you're looking for, then this is definitely the spot for you. There are plentiful healthy food options here for you to choose from. I ordered the tuna poke bowl and it was delicious and a huge portion. Came to be about $20 dollars after taxes and tip. It was made with quinoa and greens rather than the traditional white rice that's used in poke bowls. So it makes you feel better about yourself when eating it. Lol They also have a good juice and smoothie selection for you to choose from. This location is on Alton road and not too far from Lincoln road and does have a private parking lot, however, spots are kind of limited. Inside it's a very casual atmosphere and it's not uncommon to see people in shorts and gym clothing walking in and out of this location. Acai bowls here are also a good choice and tend to be a favorite for me.

We were visiting Miami and after being at the beach all day, we wanted something refreshing. Carrot Express definitely hit the spot! Everything was fresh and the portions were big. We got several different acai bowls, salads, and smoothies. The fruits were ripe and sweet, perfect for the Miami heat. It was my first time having almond butter and pineapple in my acai bowl and I am obsessed! Now I'm back home and the acai bowls don't compare.

I would give this place 2.5/5. I ordered a Buddha Bowl, but nearly the entire dish was rice and barely had any vegetables. One of the employees even had to ask the cook if he included a certain vegetable that I requested because you couldn't even tell from how little they added. On top of that, it was extremely oily/greasy. I just picked out and ate the chicken and had to order a separate salad instead, but the salad was good at least. Aside from the food, the place itself wasn't too great. There were a bunch of flies flying around and it was probably because they have an open concept juice bar where they handle some food orders. It was kind of off-putting and the back of the house towards where the restrooms were didn't look too clean either.

Over priced, unappetizing , and no flavor . Do not recommend , I couldn't spent my money at a restaurant with a good ambience

Not sure why this place has 4 stars. It seemed like an old blimpie and had the same smell. I ordered a Juicy Lucy and then confirmed with the lady if it was indeed meat and she said yes. Knowing this was a healthy type place we still remained a little uncertain but went with it. Well anyone who knows what a Juicy Lucy is will understand a veggie burger with no cheese certainly doesn't do the trick. Waste of time and money. I will say the best part is that when I returned to pick up a new Juicy Lucy (which was obviously still made wrong again because they dont actually have meat which was opposite what the lady told us) the manager or male worker told me that normally I would have to pay more for cheese. I asked why and he said that it doesn't normally come with cheese so I showed him the general google description of a Juicy Lucy and he said well maybe in that restaurant that's how it is made. Hahaha. I said sir that's like the same thing as a napkin, it doesn't matter what restaurant you go to it's still a napkin. A Juicy Lucy is a burger with cheese melted in the middle. The definition does make note that some restaurants do make their own interpretations but this wasn't even close. It needs to be like coke vs pepsi or Heinz vs Hunts. Thank you. Change that menu item name please to Not A Juicy Lucy.

I love the carrot. The food is great & healthy. I lost 30 pounds eating every lunch at the carrot. The menu is awesome. There are so many options. I recommend this restaurant to everyone in miami & New York.

Have there been changes in your kitchen lately? Twice in the last two weeks the food has been very disappointing, both in the restaurant and with delivery today. We've been customers for years and appreciate the good service, but the food has taken a turn for the worse. Badly presented and served like whoever did it doesn't care.

My favorite place for Açaí bowls, ofc they have a wonderful selection of different things to eat. Definitely check them out!

Totally hidden spot off Alton and Dade blvd.. but I'm glad I spent the extra few minutes to find it. Upon walking in I noticed the very friendly and upbeat employees. Now one thing I will say is if you are in a hurry or just wanna pop in and out then this isn't the place to go to... but if you want great tasting, great quality, real food... then you have found your new love. They feature wraps, sandwiches, smoothies, juices, bowls, salads, and vegetarian options. I got the green goddess salad with the cilantro lime dressing and had them add a coconut veggie patty... and it was delicious. The person next to me was eating an acai bowl that looked tasty... and as I walked out everyone's meals looked really good. Next time I'm definitely getting one of their plates.

It was just okay. You can certainly get some healthy items there, but they do miss the mark. For instance. I ordered a kale smoothie, it tasted good, but there was barely any ice, so it was warm...ew... not what you envision for a smoothie. Also, the service was slow. They should remove "EXPRESS" from its name.

I've been to this location as well as a few others plenty of times. Today they just really disappointed me. I placed an order inside for to-go not thinking too much about it since I've done it before. This time I watched them work behind the counter and it was PAINFUL. To think that 2 wraps would take 40 minutes is beyond ridiculous. I understand that places can be busy and it can get backed up but it was not busy by any means. I'm just really wishing they can get it together because this is one of my go to places for work lunch.

It's literally the bellybutton in the plaza off of 17th and Alton-- definition of a hidden gem! I love their food as I go to the other locations but this is definitely the spot I'll go to when I'm in this side of town! Their chicken salad wrap with lime vinaigrette is my favorite but I have pretty much tried most of their menu at this point and zero complaints! Good food, good service! I like their Green Goddess salad and their juices. Refreshing and delightful! Thanks Carrot Express!

The food here is Super tasty and super healthy! I'm very happy I found this hidden gem right by my office, the pricing is fair as well and the service and overall quality of the food definitely exactly what I want as far as lunch goes. Highly recommend if you work in the area

This place hit the healthy spot!! I'm from LA and came here upon landing. Sooooo satisfied! I had the goddess green salad and the refresher juice. The service was the best part :). I felt like I made new friends. Karla (w/ a K) is a gem

They consider themselves a healthy restaurant. As a nutritionist items with gluten, soy, and loaded in sugar are not healthy. I came to this restaurant and there was no gluten free bun option for burgers. I checked the menu out on Yelp before stopping by and there were GF tortillas for the wraps but when I arrived this was a mistake on the menu. I'd call that false advertising to get me into the store. Super expensive. I just moved from Cali. In Cali my burgers came with a side for $11 and my acai bowl cost $7 no matter where I went not almost $12. Humongous rip off and lack of quality. Update: Within 2 hours of writing this review I received a compliment from Pablo the General Manager of the store, which BTW was not a compliment. He informed me that because they don't have wraps at the moment (which we were told they don't have them at all on our visit) that I was abusing social media with my review. His response to my comment about California prices were "Good for you!" His entire compliment to me was very condescending. As a manager you should be about customer service and not harass your customers on Yelp when you don't agree with their Yelp review. That is what Yelp is for.....for honest unbiased reviews.

These 4 stars are for the wraps solely. The staff aren't too pleasant and the place doesn't really feel clean, but they make a good wrap! They have a loyalty program that my cousin is part of and there seem to be some pretty good rewards, including free wraps!

Carrot Express is usually a hit or miss spot for me. The good: Acai bowl - great amount of food and the acai blend is always on point The poor: Sandwiches - tiny and flavorless Recommend only coming here if you want a snack - hot meals are a 2-3 stars for me

Apparently they cannot delivery what I ordered. Two days in a row I ordered the sweet potato with chicken salad and I received a plain one. Seems like a joke.

A few stars simply because this place has a respectable parking lot where locating a spot won't derail my entire schedule, a true RARITY in Miami Beach. The full 5 stars because my Vegan Burrito Bowl was ABSOLUTELY SCRUMPTIOUS. Beyond meat crumbles, black beans, avocado, pico de Gallo, Maduros and some tangy sauce on a bed of brown rice. I'm not vegan, but that dish made me consider it. The con? Expensive... but you get what you pay for. Will routinely come back for lunch!

Just wanted to say that I love this place one more time. I crave it all the time but the distance is the only thing holding me back. Amazing fresh food. If you havent already.. check it out! My two favorites : LIV Wrap and Kale Caesar

We order all the time from this place but today they got the order wrong and then when we attempted to call them they hanged up the phone twice. Terrible costumer service, you guys just lost our business. Mind you it is not the 1st time you guys mess our order up.

Ordered from here numerous times and never disappoints! Great healthy food and everything tastes great. My personal favorite is the liv wrap and the grilled chicken breast platter. The portions are big and taste great. love the cilantro lime sauce that comes on the side with. Delivery is also a huge plus!
