Sweet, cozy chain I tend to go back to on regular. I like the coffee and matcha selection as well as the gluten free options on the menu. The guava coconut cookie is one of my favourites, energy balls are quite nice too. In general, it's a good spot for healthier choices. I wish there were more low-calorie and higher protein options on the menu but regardless I definitelt recommend you to visit and try this place out!

Was visiting Miami for a weekend and ran across this amazing gem. As a current oncology patient, nutrition has been more forefront during my journey. I loved that I found this place and it was close to where we were staying. I ate there several times and loved the options even for a healthy treat. Food, service, and atmosphere all superb.

At least four workers chatting. No customers tables dirty. It’s 10 am. Ordered “the scrambled”. Waiter had difficulty understanding English so I spoke Spanish. Service was very quick, 👏👏👏 Utensils dirty, knife smeared with dried up avocado. Cashier apologized and gave me a plastic set instead. 😕 ok. No kidding. . The tine on the fork was broken. We both laughed, I asked for silverware please. The set was clean. I looked at my meal, scrambled with broccoli mushroom and spinach. Perfectly cooked. 😋 The toast however was not the advertised sour dough bread. It was multigrain loaded with seeds inside and out. Not sourdough. First two personnel explained it is how they make sourdough. A third person came over to explain she is from Argentina and swears in Argentina, that is sourdough bread. 😂. Too bad. I thought I would love this place.

Pretty good for quick and convenient options. The La Bomba Wrap is good if you eat it right away. It comes with falafel, quinoa, kale, roasted eggplant, hummus, arugula, spinach & tomato. I visited carrot express before leaving for my cruise and I'm so glad I did. I wanted a healthier option and this place does it right! The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the restaurant was nice and clean. I tried the paradise açaí bowl and it was absolutely delicious! The perfect amount of fruit and toppings to satisfy me. I also tried a latte which I enjoyed as well. I can't wait to visit Miami again and stop here!

Lots of healthy menu items, quick service, and to the point. Fairly pricy for a quick service in my opinion. This location was located inside an office building so lots of busy work people grabbing lunch! I got a kombucha from the grab and go area ($5) and I ordered the healthy burger bowl ($19). The turkey burger was really dry, but it was better tasting when I mixed it up with the rice and guac and tomatoes. It was good, but nothing special.

This place used much better and it is obivous what is going on. The menu is smaller, getting rid of many items often showing as out of stock, they are giving smaller sides, smaller portions, same high price. They can't even fill the sauce container all the way. They are expanding the chain fast and getting ready for a buy out. Quality is not important it is about profits and loss for the next year and they can sell. Changed for the worse, and won't be coming back.

Carrot express is our go to lunch delivery! The food is tasty, healthy and fresh. The portion sizes are great ! ( I often eat half of mine for lunch and save the other half for the next day!) I highly recommend the miso salmon bowl. I'm not even a fan of salmon, but try to eat it occasionally for health reasons and there's really good. It served over a bit of cilantro rice with avocado, butternut squash, and steamed broccoli. They give you a really nice salmon fillet and you can add any sauce to it you like. I've also had the salmon Scottish platter before, as well, and that is good too. It just doesn't come with vegetables. Tuna melt is also tasty good salads, wraps, etc. Whenever we've gone into the Brickell location, the service has always been friendly and good. There's not much of an ambience as it's sort of a healthy fast food chain.. an open space with tables and chairs. The food is always fresh and good, so we will continue ordering it through Uber eats delivery!

I've been getting take out açaí bowls from Carrot Express for the past 4 years and can't recommend it enough! Best açaí bowl that I've had in Miami. The fruit is always fresh, and the cacao nibs add a delicious crunch to the whole dish. The açaí is a smooth consistency and not overly watered down. The service is super fast, and everyone is always friendly. The restaurant itself is quite casual but always clean.

Service has always been great, but today was exceptional. While I was waiting in my food, I was able to see the hardworking employees providing assistance to all customers, not just the ones picking up and in line to order, but also the ones already with food in their table!!!

4 was the average of the 2 meals Pros: fresh ingredients, clean space Cons: expensive and lacking quality control 5 for the ahi wrap Expensive but fresh and lots of great flavors, even in the rice 3 for the oriental crunch salad They forgot the cashews and tortilla strips. I added chicken which was seasoned well, just a bit dry. Definitely feel cheated on the salad. Won't be back for that.

We picked up breakfast here and everything was delicious and about the price you'd expect around here. Only issue was that they didn't have change at all for cash so you can only pay electronically. Staff was very friendly

I'm a big fan of Impossible, Beyond Meat & other imitation patties but sometimes, you just want a veggie burger that tastes like VEGGIES. I ordered one from Carrot Express today & it did NOT disappoint Their burger is made with mushrooms, brown rice, onions, black beans & corn, topped with arugula, tomato, alfalfa, red onions & spicy mayo served on a toasted multigrain bun. It was DELICIOUS! From the super seedy bun (i love grainy, seedy bread!) to the delicious flavorful patty & fresh toppings, I absolutely loved it.

Please be aware when deciding to come here. I visited this location after 1pm today for lunch. I requested the mario's favorite chicken bowl. I asked for the chicken to be substituted for tofu as I do not consume meat, nor fish for health reasons. The store manager Alex advised that they did not have tofu and did not have any other replacements to offer. I happen to visit carrot express often and am aware they offer falafel and asked if we could substituted for falafel in lieu of the tofu. He said that he could not offer that to me with no real reason why. I said, I will just have to have it without any of the protein its supposed to come with. I was charged the full amount for the bowl that's supposed to come with chicken that is usually more expensive than falafel or tofu. I expressed my discontent about being charged for something I was not receiving but he was unwilling to help. I received my bowl not only without any form of protein, but also without several of the other ingredients it's supposed to come with. It did not have arugula, spinach, peas nor golden raisins which are all listed in the menu as components of this dish. I'm not usually one to complain about these things but this is straight up wrong. Its frustrating and unfair to pay the full price for and item and be shorted more than half of the components the bowl is supposed to come with. If this is the service Carrot express offers to its clients taking advantage of their pockets and cheating them of what they think they are ordering, I do not want to continue supporting this business and will urge others to be cautious and check what they order to make sure they are also not being robbed like me. I really hope carrot express can make this right and properly train their staff for these things not to happen again and avoid another discontent customer.

Healthy and DELICIOUS!! The food is PHENOMENAL, the pressed juices are so fresh and clean! You can taste the quality, this food will leave you feeling full and amazing. I love Mario's Favorite Chicken Bowl and the fresh pressed Orange Juice. They also sell a ginger shot that I put in my juice in the mornings. LOVE THIS SPOT!

Huge fan of Carrot Express! Typically order the legal wrap or Teeka salad with tuna, but just tried their overnight oats for the first time and OMG they are incredible. My friend Amanda recommend them and I want to eat these everyday! The fresh fruit, homemade granola and then the oats in almond milk, my mouth is already watering thinking of them. This used to be a lunch and dinner spot for me, but now it's a breakfast, lunch and dinner spot for me!

I walked 3 blocks to their Brickell location. Ordered a Mario Bowl and subbed the chicken for tofu. Paid extra for the change. Was given my food, walked 3 blocks back to my office. Took a bite of chicken, I've been vegetarian for 3 years. It was a mixture of chicken and tofu and the entire dish tasted like chicken. I walked all the way back and was told I needed to wait 20 minutes for a new one so I opted for a refund. Spent my entire lunch break walking back and forth and never got to eat. VEGETARIANS BE VERY CAREFUL.

If I could only choose ONE restaurant to eat at for the rest of my life, it would be THIS one. After last night's meal, I can die happy. Vegan options galore! Highly recommend. I love the people who work there, too! Eat high-vibrational food. Spread kindness. Life is good. :)

Finally Carrot Express comes to Brickell!! Located inside of the Sabadell building, it's nestled right behind the Coffee Bar. There are so many healthy and yummy options, I went with the Legal Wrap. The wrap hits the spot without leaving you in a food coma, and the cilantro sauce goes perfectly with it. A must try is their carrot cake, probably one of the best carrot cakes I've tasted and this will definitely leave you craving more and potentially put you in a food coma. I don't know if it's because they just recently opened, but they're not very organized. We ordered two different meals in person and somehow they lost our order. Definitely room for improvement.

Clean and fresh eating. The staff was extremely kind and friendly. The service was a bit slow for having 4-5 people working. Prices are higher than I'd like so I won't be able to eat here as often as I'd like. I gave Carrot Express a 5 star because the cashier was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. This place deserves to have 5 stars. Excellent food in a cool spot. Someone had reviewed previously that the place is a little expensive but my wrap was $11 and it was loaded with everything. Even on my last bite, the food was steaming. Everything tasted fresh. $11-$13 is an amazing price for a local spot with amazing food. Definitely recommend to others

Ordered dinner here and came back the next morning because this place was cute, fresh, and clean. Both times I came, the staff were great and very nice. I ordered a vegan bowl for dinner which had avocado, rice, beans, plantain, pico and a few other things. It was filling and the plantain tasted really good in it. However, my partner got the impossible burger and thought it was just eh. The next day I had the açaí bowl and the fruit in it was super fresh too, very delicious. I didn't really like the vegan banana bread because it was too dense for my liking. They didn't have that many vegan options for me, but I would definitely go back again.

This is a "must" for anyone looking for a solid healthy option. Staff is extremely friendly and the food is superb. Had the Chicken Goddess and the Salmon/brown rice Bowl and both were excellent. It was quite busy when I stopped for takeout in the afternoon, there were about 6 people in front of me and tables were about 3/4 full. But the staff was high energy and didn't stop moving, they were really busting it while serving everyone with a smile and I had my order in about 15 min. Highly recommended!

The food felt fresh here. It was a bit pricey. I order 1 smoothie, 1 açaí bowl, 1 tuna salad bowl and a 1 muffin for about $60.00. My husband really enjoyed his açaí bowl. My boys enjoyed the muffins and a shared smoothie. They'll eat anything sweet so I can't really say wether it was good or not. My tuna salad bowl came with some brown and sliced avocado's. The flavor was like an upscale Panera bread. The tuna was a bit dry. I can imagine it's because it wasn't smothered in mayonnaise which is understandable.

several months out from my initial review. the problems related to absence of menu items have been improved -- though still not completely resolved. fries have been available without fail since their manager's response on yelp; however, salmon burger still no better than an 80% proposition. remains a mystery as to why they run out of salmon burgers. I have asked on a couple of occasions without really getting an answer. and their north Brickell location operates without the same issue. oh well. also worth a comment: staff now seems to know who I am and are friendly to a fault, which I do appreciate. so an upgrade to three stars based on the improved if yet imperfect menu item availability and exemplary staff demeanor is definitely in order.

Ordered Poke bowl with ahi tuna and refresher juice. Food is so yummy with fresh ingredients, and juice is great too. It is on the pricier side, but to be expected from this neighborhood and quality of ingredients. Carrot Express is my new lunch go to spot!

Overall pretty good place for healthy food in Miami. I haven't tried all the local Brickell açaí bowls, and there's a lot, so I can't compare in terms of what's better a walk down the block. I got the almond butter açaí, with the tropical flair pineapple topping that's not usually associated with an almond butter bowl. It was a nice touch, and I'm not usually a fan of pineapple! I enjoyed the base: it was smooth and not crystallized. The portion size was pretty good but I do think it's overpriced at $17, and I've had better and less expensive açaí bowls in bigger cities. Overall, it's still a dependable spot for healthy takeout and I'll probably, inevitably be here again.

I go to the one in Brickell Miami Fl and it's Amazing! Delicious, very clean, healthy, they make your food so fast, always so fresh and they have the best customer service! If you go ask for Francisco he is the best!! Francisco has the best customer service skills ever!

This review is for the Carrot Express in Downtown Miami only. This must be the worst Carrot Express food I've ever had. I've given this location multiple chances yet they can't ever get it right. Their food is gross, the quality is subpar, and they ALWAYS mess up my order. The South Beach location is SO MUCH BETTER! The manager of this location needs to step up and do some quality control. I received my usual grilled chicken platter today - my chicken was over-cooked, rubbery and smelled gross...the avocado was oxidized and moldy...the tomatoes were mealy...and the cilantro sauce was not right - too much sweetener. The sauce was yellow and thick today, when it's suppose to be green and more more flavorful. I've been eating at Carrot Express since early 2000's and I know what everything should taste like. What a disappointment and waste of money!!! Oh and they forget half my order every time! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Carrot Express? There's nothing express about the place. I got a smoothie and I've been standing here for close to an hour. Now I'm thinking to myself, how valuable is my time if I'm willing to stand here for so long and wait for a smoothie. What an utter disaster. Go watch an episode of Game of Thrones and come back and maybe your 15 dollar smoothie will be ready. The lady at the counter was nice.
