"At the speakeasy-inspired restaurant and bar Carrie Nation, I watched Destiny and Dee Dee de Ray bring the house down every Sunday with lip-sync performances and glamour as customers grazed over a decadent breakfast buffet; general manager Tim Vaughn says they sell 115 tickets online before each show and 10–15 at the door, with ticket prices ranging from $25 for a bar seat to $40 for a dining-room table (the brunch buffet is an additional $20 and cocktails aren’t included), which makes the weekly drag brunch a reliably lucrative event for the business." - Nathan Tavares

A neat little museum I have wanted to visit for years. They have lots of antiques and original photographs of Carrie and her family.

Because we couldn't wait for it to open we just walked around the outside and tried to peer in the windows. haha
It was a beautiful, quaint house, well-kept, and landscaped.

We really enjoyed Carrie nation house and the stockade museum. Some pretty neat stuff to look at. Ginger gave us a tour. She is very knowledgeable and I think maybe she’s the curator of that museum. We enjoyed talking with her.
