Customer service lacks. The chat bot asked about how CARTA could help "today." It was a weekend - there is no support in weekends. We scheduled a call only to find another customer in the Zoom room for over 10 minutes of my scheduled time. The sound cut out and when we were about about to dial back in, an email arrived saying the representative had to jump on another call several minutes before our scheduled call was to end.
We did not receive the feedback we sought and were told by the representative that he was not able to assist with the most basic of questions. It was unprofessional, untimely, and have us more questions about the operations and management of CARTA.
We were sent a link to CARTA support and we were told there is no guarantee of a call today or tomorrow - weekdays.
Something is amiss.
