The Saddest Restaurant Closures in Dallas 2024 | Eater Dallas

"Chef Toby Archibald praised the ambitious, tasting-menu concept and especially the pastries, saying the owners were attempting something that may have been a bit ahead of its time and lamenting, "What about those pastries!!!!? I miss them so much." Taylor Kearney called the team "passionate, hardworking individuals" whose talent and vision "deserved recognition at the highest level" and said she had hoped to see them earn a Michelin star. Multiple voices emphasized the loss to the community and to the city's culinary ambitions." - Courtney E. Smith

All the bad reviews are true. Ordered a latte and kept me waiting for 15 min. After I checked, they said they FORGET to make it. Latte has too much foam and definitely not comparable to the price and environment. Coffee is okay. Everything in paper cup besides clearly stated dining in.

They removed all breakfast options with eggs. No burritos or breakfast sandwiches anymore. The menu online is outdated. New food options are more cafe than restaurant....avo toast, sausage bowl, yogurt, or French toast. Disappointing especially for a breakfast place connected to a hotel. Edit: upped to 2 stars - the chai was pretty good.

Good- avocado toast, tropical smoothie Average- fruit and yogurt bowl, they used store bought fig biscuits in a fruit bowl. Price is on the higher side

I recently visited this coffee shop and ordered a cappuccino for here, but it was served in a to-go paper cup. When I pointed out the error, the barista suggested pouring the cappuccino from the paper cup into a mug instead of remaking it. I declined, fearing it would alter the drink. Unfortunately, on top of that, the cappuccino didn't meet my expectations, priced at $6 without tax, higher than most coffee shops in downtown Mountain View . The taste and appearance were far from the enticing photos on the coffee shop's profile.

They don’t know how to make pour over coffee correctly - they didn’t measure or time anything and it took like 10min to make and came out weak and cold

DO NOT EAT BREAKFAST HERE. They serve fake freeze dried eggs and way over salt everything. One of the worst breakfasts I've ever had. The prices are also ridiculous.

Google
the service and food were both terrible. the ube latte was just milk with no ube flavor (no espresso for $7), the lunch food was all plastic wrapped wraps just reheated. also we dined in both times and got plastic cups instead of the mugs no idea why
