I have an 8-month-old that practically LIVES in Carter’s Clothing. Especially when they grow so fast, I’m looking for quantity over quality & the prices are very inexpensive, fits my needs perfectly! The staff has always been attentive to me.

Like this place to buy things for my baby niece. The service is always great and super friendly and smiling. They greet you and say goodbye. The girl who charged us today was friendly her name was Vanessa and give her 5 stars for great customer service.

I finally went inn to the carters store today to pick up my grandsons Rain jacket he's been wanting .I called yesterday and had the Mgr hold it for me .well in arriving I seen other items I had to purchase. the female mgr and employee were very perfesional nice respectful and haven't received this type of such awesome customer service they were on task .so corporate give these young ladies a Gift card of some type or a day off .thank you ladies the gentlemen who purchased rain jacket and rain boot for my grandson thank you once more

You will not find cheaper children’s clothing anywhere. All of the stuff is so reasonably priced it’s awesome! I don’t know about you guys, but my kids have a strange habit of outgrowing everything VERY quickly so coming here is my best bet to save money every time the little ones become less little!

It's always nice to come to Carter's trying to find stuff for your little ones they always have good deals a lot of the times they don't have it but they can deliver it for you so I do like that point that you're able to buy other things that they are not in the store and have them delivered I always enjoy coming to this location because the staff are friendly and the people that work you're always willing to help you out trying to find what you looking for.

Always feels crowded even when it's empty. It's just too much stuff crammed in a small space. Beside that, great staff and also good quality clothing. Not much stroller space either.

pretty good selection of children's clothing for a decent price~ my go to for a baby gift~ you can usually find an outfit for between 20~30 dollars

From my entry into the store the clerk showed me the section I needed. Store was clean and easy to find sizes.

I came in the other day looking for outfits for my niece. Not knowing anything about baby clothes but luckily Dominique answered the phone and asked me key questions like what gender and how much she weighted. I got there and she had a stack of baby clothes for me and helped pick them out. I felt so happy so helped me so I had to write a quick review showing my appreciation.

Today I went in to buy my baby a sweater and had the MOST pleasant shopping trip because of DOMONIQUE! She was extremely pleasant and instantly greeted me when I walked In. She was attentive asked if I needed any help and it was just her vibe! I felt like it kind of rubbed off on me and I felt happy after a long day of work and just mom things. Thank you Domonique for your kindness!

What keeps me returning to this Carter's? The fact that I have the two most active kids on the planet who need a variety of clothes for a multitude of occasions... Carter's produces some of the most stylish, colorful clothing that can handle the wear and tear of intense activity. Unlike some of the other stores I shop at the Citadel, this one has "outlet prices." Not on everything, but you should be able to find quite a few versatile pieces for your baby, toddler or young female or male child at an affordable price. The employees are always so busy here that I never see anyone on the floor. They're always super nice at the register, though. Even when it is crazy busy, this store is typically clean and organized. Yesterday (11/6/15) while I was checking out, some dude behind me started bitching and whining about something kind of legit. Still. It was a dude. Bitching & whining... "Hey, yo, excuse me - is it two lines or one?" He complained to the girl that was helping me at the register that another woman basically cut in line in front of him. My good conscience told me to shut up and not respond by saying, "Hey, yo, why didn't you tell her that you were already waiting in line?" Most people don't know how to respond to these types of people. It made the girl that was checking me out noticeably nervous. The employees ended up handling it well, but I somewhat agree with the dude... Rearrange the store to make it easier to navigate (& with strollers - it's a children's clothing store for crying out loud) or just find a way to simplify that checkout line - especially since it's always busy here! Old Navy (next door) rearranged their entire store and it's so much better. Sometimes you just can't please bitchy whiners, though. They bring n-o-t-h-i-n-g to the t-a-b-l-e. All that being said, this is the BEST children's clothing store at the Citadel. If you care about saving money and scoring good deals, definitely sign up for their rewards. I ordered a bunch of sale items online and did an in store pick-up. The staff helped me right away and even told me about more in store sales. That, of course, caused me to purchase more items. Lol.

Don't forget to use your 20% off coupon on all things! I bought some baby clothes for my friends newborn. There are a lot of options. I was hoping to find some duck gear and found it! yay! GO DUCKS!

Citadel does it again! The Carter's Outlet is huge and full of bargains. They had a set of 5 onesies for something crazy like $10. Bibs, pajamas, socks, towels, everyday clothes, fancy dress-up clothes, you name it, they've got it. Definitely bringing the grandparents to Citadel one weekend. "Oh look! I didn't know this was here!" Shhh don't say anything. =)

I LOVE Carter's clothes... and I enjoyed this store! It's SO big! And there's a good selection! It's, like, they have all the Carter's clothes for the season, the past season, and the season coming up! I ended up buying a cool t-shirt on clearance for $4.99 and pajamas for $10 (which were originally $20, but was 50% off)! SCORE! I wanted to buy more, but I wanted to get in line to pay before the line got too long! Would I recommend this location? Yes! It fulfills all your baby clothes needs!

I usually only come when they have their clearance sale and anything with 50% off... my only real grrr problem is they don't have nearly enough outfits for boys then they have for the girls.....see that tiny little corner in this entire store.. there, that's where you only get to shop for your son.

I came here to get some zip up footies for my baby girl. They have a great selection of really adorable clothing for reasonable prices. I strongly feel that you must shop in person for Carter's clothes, because you will find that some of their designs are "stamped" on and for me that's unacceptable quality. I was able to score some cute door-busters for $6 a piece, so yay! I was pretty happy with my purchase, despite the line at the register that wouldn't seem to move (even though there was only a handful of customers before me). It's when we got home to discover that we were missing a pair of sunglasses, which I only added so I could use the in store coupon- what a fail and how annoying! I am gonna have to check my shopping bag every time I shop at this place, kind of like how you need to check your McDonald's order to make sure you got everything- sigh.

The service here was really helpful and the manger Jesus was very attentive and the sales associate Jazmine went above and beyond helping me find what I needed. Love it!

Commerce location at Carter's , First time doing a online pick up in store , I had a situation and he fixed it right away!! His name was jesus! Great customer service!

By far the worst experience at Carter's. Today we decide to drive to Citadel to do some shopping and of course we had to stop by at Carter's we have a 8months baby boy and we practically live at Carter's he wears nothing but clothes form Carter's. Anyways we decided to get him a cute outfit and cute shoes, since we shop there a lot we had a 10$ rewards,He's outfit was marked down at $8.99 plus an extra 40% off so final sale was $5.39 and the shoes were 20$ but they were on sale for 12$ our total was $17.39 plus tax out total was 19$ but we had the 10$ in rewards we were going to pay $9 right ? Well Vannesa out cashier and her super long nails messed up the transaction and had to cancel it and ring our stuff up again and was charging us $19.00 so my husband told her we were going to use our 10$ we had and she said they weren't they're anymore bc since she cancel the first transaction they were used and she couldn't get them back. She just stood there waiting for my husband to pay so I told I didn't want to buy anything anymore and to just give me back my 10$in reward she called Jesus over and he called another girl who's name I couldn't get and then they try telling us that the outfit wasn't on sale but the tag said it was .. it was a big mess I got really mad bc they were so rude and instead of trying to help us in anyway they were blaming it on the system but I got a receipt in my emails were it shows she cancelled the transaction with her super long nails.. they were out of control just like her attitude.. Smh never going to this Carter's ever again.. we live hrs away So of course we were really mad this and at the staff..

Carter's has the best clothes for newborns! Their clothes are cute, soft, comfortable, and very practical. Other stores have stylish baby clothes but they tend to also have random placement of buttons, strings, etc. which is a big no-no for babies. Carter's clothes also have the right amount of stretchiness, so dressing and undressing a baby is easy, unlike some other brands. Young babies often tend to have spit up and have diaper leaks so it is a given that you will be changing your baby's clothes quite often. My advice to new mothers is to buy Carter's clothes for your baby up until about 5-6 months. Then start branching out to other stores because by about 6 months your baby will be more "structured" (therefore easier to dress) and spit ups and diaper leaks decrease dramatically. This store has a lot of inventory and things are constantly on sale or on clearance. They also have coupons (spend $50 and save $10) every month. We came here and stocked up three months before our daughter was born and got some great items (not just onesies but also a fantastic bathrobe). Their prices are very reasonable.

Watch your purses and wallets in this store. About a year and half ago, my wallet got stolen from this store while I was standing under the cameras by the door. I stood around for an hour waiting for police. In the meantime, the store and manager absolutely refused to let me review the cameras nor did they spend any time looking themselves. Of course the robbers were long gone. Because you are often with kids and distracted, you are a good target. Even better that management does not care to see who did it and let them run free. So buyer beware because this store is not anti theft.

I have loved Carters for a long time! Unfortunately, their pick up in store today is a sham!! I ordered for pick up today they no longer had several items however they place a hold on my debit card for the total purchase even though they canceled several items. And if they are shipping some items they place a different hold on your card. My purchase total was $82. I have a hold for $107. And they cancelled 3 items. Yet the hold will not be released until they ship everything. So unfortunate. I call customer service the wait time is 45 minutes. Then the representative puts me on hold and after 18 minutes on hold the call is mysteriously hung up. I love their baby clothes but unfortunately will never shop in carters again

I can't honestly say that the way you treat customers is key in having them return to your business. I usually shop at this carters for my 3 kids, but the last couple of times i have visited the customer service has been AWFUL!! Unfortunately, I will have to find another place to get my kids clothes.

Nice store offering a huge selections of cute clothing at a reasonable price. However, during our previous purchase the salesperson over charged us for an item which we didn't get !!!

My issue was resolved and I appreciated that I was not given the run around. I don't live near by so I had to make the drive back there to get refunded so I am rating it a 3star because of the whole inconvenience.

The worst shopping experience ever! I ordered my package online and choose to do store pick up. I got an email said my package was delivered on 12/01, so I went to the store for 30 mins driving and expecting to pick up my package on 12/04. After long line waiting I got rejected, the sales assistant let me go home and and for the 3rd email to be noticed my package is already in-store, not even check storage or do anything for me, but when I checked with the FedEx tracking it shows my package was already delivered on 12/01 and was signed by a lady named Crystal! And now it's been more than 2 weeks since I placed my order, still didn't get any updates on it, this is my first time to shop at Cater's, I got very disappointed and unhappy with their customer service.

Clean, organized, and friendly workers. I wasn't able to find an outfit in the size I needed and the girl who was restocking helped me with no problem.

Nice staff and the store is always clean and organized a little cramped in some spots but that's because it's packed with clothes. I will admit its not a very stroller friendly store.

nice selection and great discounted prices. would definitely come back. even with the long line they were able to bang out customers left and right. 3 cashiers busting it up...waited only 5 minutes with the long line. keep up the great work!
