Carter's

Today I visited the Carters store located in Opry Mills and although I left delighted with the products, I cannot say the same about the attention of the staff. Ms. Ashley has no empathy, respect and needs to provide better customer service. Because of the attention received like that, I will think very carefully before entering, which does not happen to me with The Children’s Place in the same mall.

Great customer service and the store is always so clean !!!

I placed an online order for some items for my child’s newborn photoshoot. The items were already paid for. The store emailed me that they were ready for pickup. I looked at the Google listing which says the store was still open. The email had the store hours listed (which matched the Google listing). I arrive and they’re closed earlier than both the Google listing and* the email from the store had listed and I was turned away. It is very frustrating to drag myself out of the house (exhausted) 3 weeks postpartum, answering the store’s email that the items were ready — only to show up and be turned away. The Google listing and email said that they were still open but unfortunately it was wrong. They need to update the hours online.

Clean and modern store with a wide selection of kids clothing in the Opry mills shopping mall.

Clothes are always cute but prices are crazy. Sales were not labeled correctly but the workers were very kind. The lady told me I was going to be getting $20 coupon too used on my next trip but I guess she didn't realize, nor did I, that it was before sales tax. So because of that I was $8 away from getting a the second free $10 coupon. So I guess in a way I did save it

Great sale huge selection on top and bottom from winter to summer. Tops as low 1.99 bottoms as low 2.99. I picked 8 winter outfit and 8 summer outfit for 30.00....i couldn't leave them in the store at that price.

Carter's is pretty decent for all type of clothing optional for your little ones. The prices for some things can be a bit high at times but they almost always have great discounted and clearance items.

I really just wish there were more baby items as well as items needed during pregnancy. Since Baby's R Us closed down...it's online shopping only for almost all items that are desirable for moms- to - be
