Not good customer service. I got 4 sundaes and only 3 were in bag when I got home. I called and said I have to call in the morning because there’s no manager there at nights and they are closed. Also the girl was angry with me about a cherry being on sundaes , which they are not (as shown in photo). Will not come back to this location.

I was doubtful when I arrived at 9: 30 to obtain my wife's request of pistachio soft serve ice cream which is sometimes available and I was surprised that despite so many people being there I was quickly attended to. They had what I wanted. The service was quick and they had the soft-serve pistachio. Great job!

The best!! Great selection of soft served, and scooped ice cream with great prices and the staff is very friendly! I will gladly be back for more😁

Staff were fantastic, they were very quick in taking the order and giving the ice cream almost immediately.

I ordered a medium cookie dough ice cream on DoorDash with a note for extra m&ms because I had just gotten out of the hospital. Not only did they give me the works, but they gave me a small vanilla soft serve on the side. People are so kind :). If the worker sees this, thank you so much, it made my day!

Great location and usually a great staff. We come here every weekend with our kid and usually the staff is quick and good at serving. All except one server who happened to be the only one working behind the counter today. Tonight was the second time we had one of the girls mess up our order 2 weekends in a row. Same server...long dark hair and tall. When someone orders a soft serve cone and you mess the order up maybe don't smash it in a cup and say oh well and refuse to redo it the right way. I didn't want to argue with her because it's the second time she's done it and it's the last for me. Obviously she's not trained well and or just can't learn how to make a cone. Either way....the customer shouldn't have to ask you to redo something that doesn't even resemble their order. It's too bad because that was our go to...will try another location. Tired of having the same problem over and over with this one.

This location is hands down the best carvel! I ordered a custom cake for a friends 90’s theme birthday with some photo inspiration and they exceeded all expectations!
