Google
I love it! I gave it four stars because it can be a little high sometimes. However, it is a good neighborhood store! Great fruit! A great selection for a small store. The people are kind! I love their app where you can get money off your visits if you have enough points.

I go there almost every day. Employees are kind, space is chill, music is nice. Drink prices are cheaper than other locally owned coffee shops in ATL. What else can you ask for?

Small, well stocked neighborhood market. Nicely laid out, good prices and open access to the coffee shop next door.

Very nice place in the community that has half of fruits and produce for EBT recipients daily! The cafe inside is cute and convenient! Been going retro years since I’ve discovered it. Also Congress with discounts and perks with the clover app.

Google
Cute little neighborhood market, attached to a coffee and sandwich shop. Ample parking in a gravel lot on the West side of building. Limited selection, but twice what you'd find most small places. They probably have at least one version of most things. Fruit, Veg, cold case dairy, meat, frozen, pantry, etc. Friendly staff.

Google
Customer service and cleanliness was good, better than most I’ve seen. I give 5 stars for that. The prices, highway robbery! $6 for a carton of eggs, $6 for a 4 pack of butter, fruits and veggies were not fresh. Every lemon I bought was bad. These types of places need to stop coming in and taking advantage of those who can’t travel to better grocery stores. I was disappointed. It was my first and last time going. Nice concept for the store though. It can be so much better.

I picked up my Groupon purchased Fresh Harvest reusable box of beautifully fresh and colorful fruits and veggies today. The staff was courteous and knew exactly what I was looking for. #freshharvest #carverneighborhoodmarket #groupon #wifeypoo #wifeypooandhoneydo

This is my 1st time posting a review. I Love that The Carver Neighborhood Market is right up the street from where I live. This morning, Customer Services was Exceptional. Thanks to "Ava". She is wonderful, and I never felt that way out of the thousand times I shopped there. Thanks for her Excellent Customer Services.

Yelp
I partially moved to this neighborhood because, although it's a food desert, this place is really an oasis. $1 coffee in the morning, friendly workers who learn your name, really affordable sandwiches that are made to order and that's just the coffee shop. The market side is fantastic. There's this mix of fresh produce, grocery staples and fun finds like artisan butter. If I need an ingredient for dinner, they typically have it and it's a safe place I feel comfortable sending my kid to shop.

Yelp
Overpriced coffee, nice staff, most the stuff is expired, not worth your time stopping in. Go elsewhere.

Yelp
Small store with a very small selection of staples, not even as much as some larger gas station convenience stores. They do have fresh groceries but again, a small selection. Bananas were all past their prime and a couple onions were as well, but most the other fruits & veggies seemed OK. They have a few specialty items, such as Deux South products. Checkout can take longer than shopping with their inefficient cashier stand. If you have two or three items, it's OK. But if you have a dozen things including several that require weighing, not so OK. Prices are quite high. I understand Carver's is in an under-served area for groceries but I'm not sure this is the answer. On the plus side, they have a good parking lot, the store is new and clean and there's a coffee shop adjoining.

Yelp
This is a cute neighborhood store. Nicely organized and well staffed. However, prices are a little higher than traditional grocery stores, but if you live in the area and need to make a quick run for some bread, milk, or an onion ... this is the place for you. I'm not a resident of the neighborhood, Bull I'll shop here just to support from time to time.

Yelp
Went here for Vegan Soul Food cooking class. This was a super cool class. Learned so much about healthy living in such a short amount of time. We could use a lesson from this young man on daily living.

Yelp
My go to market! I live for the 2 for 1 produce, I've also found tons of locally made gems from Ice cream to honey, and of course the produce!! There's this ice cream made by honeysuckle in the flavor of peacan bourbon that's became my all time fave, it's always sold out it's just that good.. I love how convenient this market is to my home.. I'd prob go mad without it because it's the closest market with fresh produce... it's truly a god send in my opinion.

Yelp
Yesterday was my first time stopping into this place and it was such a nice surprise! I couldn't believe they had such a wide selection of items in a relatively small store. I stopped at Community Grounds in the morning for a light breakfast and a chai latte and it was so good. Not to mention the customer service was impeccable. I love supporting places like this and saw a few things on the menu I wanted to try so I even came back for lunch. I got the turkey club sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be coming back here. Great management and staff and the vibe of this place is so warm and inviting. Loved it!

Yelp
This grocery store and coffee shop is one of the best things we have in our neighborhood. This area of town used to be a food desert, but now has access to a small sized fully functional grocery store at Carver Market. They have a wide variety of produce, and cover the basics of most everything else. At the coffee shop, I really enjoy the coffee roast blends, the breakfast sandwiches are amazing, the staff is fun, courteous, and helpful, and everything is very reasonably priced. Prior to the pandemic, they opened their doors to a wide variety of community meetings and have become our neighborhood town square. Treat yourself to this amazing gem in the heart of Historic South Atlanta!

Yelp
Don't waste your time coming here . Small selection . Rude management . Purchased a sandwich expecting something of quality and receive two slices of white bread and one single slice of deli meat .

Yelp
It's a great small market if your in a pinch and don't want the hassle of going to a large grocery store. We love this store and the staff are always friendly!

Yelp
The new Carver Neighborhood Market adjoins the Community Grounds Coffee Shop in South Atlanta. Boy, is it ever nice, and a welcomed addition to the neighborhood! It's a REAL grocery store that HAPPENS to be convenient- that makes it different from a traditional convenience store, get it? Clean, well lit, FRIENDLY staff to HELP you, and get ready for this- FRESH PRODUCE (what?!), yes, not just a singular tomato or banged up banana, but real produce (plural!), COOLERS with choices of milk products, an ORGANIC SECTION (yes, you read correctly), and well stocked shelves of groceries- ALL IN THE 'HOOD! Historic SOUTH ATLANTA! At the corner of Jonesboro and McDonough. Off of Lakewood Ave., 3 blocks from Carver High School.; walking distance from Villages at Carver; Turner Field area; around the block from Hank Aaron Drive; what's up Pittsburgh! Chosewood! Peoplestown! SWAT! You have to come visit, and SEE for yourselves this model of success for an inner city grocery store success story. People WILL do better IF there are better, accessible, OPTIONS. This area is said to be one of the "next" areas for growth and redevelopment. What better way to attract that than with food options that are easily accessible? No other inner city neighborhood has been successful with this model. It's not easy. It's a business. It has to be sustainable and at least marginally profitable to stay afloat, even though it is operated by a NON-PROFIT (cool, right?). However, the residents of this community NEED this establishment, so it'll be important to get (and maintain) LOTS of foot traffic, and DAILY shoppers, like you and your pals- taking advantage of convenience, competitive pricing, and the desire to support GOOD at the same time! Come through- historic South Atlanta- the Southside is the right side!

Yelp
I gave three stars because the staff is really nice and the prices are great but omg can you guys please be consistent and PLEASE teach you baristas how to make coffee and tea drinks? I keep coming here because it's close to my house but keep finding myself disappointed. There is barely any cream cheese when I order a bagel with cream cheese which is another thing but if you are going to have coffee the employees need to know how to make it. I have gotten a good latte on occasion from here but mostly I get a glass of warm milk. I don't normally leave yelp reviews as a service industry worker myself but you guys really need to get consistent with what products you are putting out. Its always a gamble here. I want to love you so much but I just dumped a $5 cup of warm milk down my sink again. Please fix it!

Yelp
Well stocked store for the size. Found exactly what I needed in a just a minute (frozen green beans!). They also have fresh vegetables and fruits. This is a the perfect place to stop on my way home if I'm not passing by Kroger and need a few supplies.

Yelp
Ditto previous 5-star reviews. The BEST coffee in SeATL. Plenty of irresistible yummy treats. Eat as healthy as you like. Great lunch items and attached to a wonderful small grocery store like I grew up with. Friendly service every time. Cozy place to work away from home.
