Casa Carbone Ristorante Italiano

The restaurant is huge! We had a group of 10 and Everyone enjoyed their meals. We got the Veal Piccata (with a delicious Caesar salad instead of pasta), different variations of chicken or veal parm, and the Fettuccine Carbonara 👌🏼 Would definitely recommend

Delicious craft Italian food within a comfortable atmosphere with reasonable prices. I took my mom here last night and she couldn’t believe that she had never been in before. We really enjoyed ourselves! The host and the servers were really nice. The atmosphere has a really warm feel to it and the place was crowded but we were still able to be seated immediately on a Saturday night. Pictured is the spinach appetizer in olive oil. Meatballs and eggplant appetizer and the chicken piccata dinner. Next time we will try the lasagne.

My best friend and I are regulars alternating between here and the Peddler in the same shopping center. I had the grouper and a side salad with delicious blue cheese. Our server, Caitlyn, was a pure delight. We also met the manager, Mary, who could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. Do not hesitate to visit this newly renovated Italian restaurant!

Recommended by a friend, this place is awesome. Not too fancy, but the food is incredible. Get the Stuffed Clams as an App!(Will not be disappointed I assure you) Being from New York it was hard to find decent Italian food since moving here 5 years ago, but this will be me and my girls new spot for sure!

Visited Casa Carbone on what we thought would be a somewhat busy weekend night/time but we walked right in and were seated immediately(which was great). Unfortunately we were seated in the darkest area possible in the restaurant. We couldn’t even see our menus without using our flashlights. There was a tiny candle on the table but there was no overhead light and lighting from the main dining room wasn’t anywhere near us. This would be a great spot for couples or people who wanted a dark and private spot but definitely not for friends catching up. The entrees we ordered sounded great. Both dishes, came with protein, but both lacked any seasoning on the protein and pasta so both were extremely bland. We used a lot of salt. The staff was polite, nice and we were seated right away so that was a plus. But unfortunately, I don’t think we’ll be retuning because of the quality of the food and how dark it was. We were so disappointed after leaving this authentic Italian restaurant. I hate to say it but the authentic Italian food here was not good. Would not recommend Casa Carbone for their lack luster food and their very dark seating(not in the main dining room). I couldn’t even get photos for review because I didn’t want my flash to go off and disturb other guests. Sadly disappointed because I wanted to love it

We stopped by over the weekend and had the best time. It's a little hard to find coming off the main glenwood ave because you can't see the restaurant very easily. Our server was the best. Ashlee was honest in her opinions about different dishes and just made our time incredible. Highly recommend the tiramisu

I live nearby and have visited Casa Carbone from time to time. Some things have changed like now they have a full bar by the entrance. Two things never change. The delicious Italian dishes, and the relaxed atmosphere. I always feel welcome, and as if I have entered the home of a good friend. As for the food, the marinara sauce is soooooo good! I’m certain that the entrees are great too, but I’m pretty sure they exist only to give that marinara sauce a place to rest! I just cannot get over the flavor! I tried to tuck my leftover sauce into my pocket. That did not work out too well. Next time I’ll just bring an extra serving home. :-)

Best pizza in Raleigh hands down! If you haven’t been in yet you’re missing out! The food is delicious, the drinks are always perfectly crafted, the prices are great, and the service is top notch! Our server Ashlee completely made our night! We will definitely be back!
