"Set within the Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), this intimate property is built carefully into its environment, with picturesque villas and bungalows on a lush strip between the Caribbean Sea and a jade-green lagoon. Jorge Vallejo, the chef-owner of the two-Michelin-starred Quintonil in Mexico City, is behind all of Chablé Hotel group’s restaurants, and you can find the on-site restaurant K’úum under a thatched-roof palapa near the beach. If you opt for the "Wow of Now" or the "All Set" packages, you’ll get three custom meals a day with alcohol fully covered from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Note that the property has just ten rooms (best to book in advance), an optional boat ride through the reserve can help save time on transfers, children are allowed though the vibe skews toward mature guests, and there are no accessible rooms.
