House is ok
Beach is full of rocks you cannot swim there
Theyll ask you for an insane security deposit
be aware they will not return the full deposit they’ll find a way to deduct you on stuff you didnt do like broken glass or paddels board which they’ll insanely overcharge.. conclusion: proceed with caution

Beautiful house. Great for entertainment. Main house and guest house. Large kitchen in main house and smaller in guest house. Plus outside pizza oven and grill. Right on the water. Only reason it is not 5 ⭐ is that the beach is rocky.
