Casa Cook Mykonos

This hotel is truly incredible! Casa Cook Mykonos is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at (personally I think this is a 5 star hotel). My husband and I can’t wait to return. The staff is top notch, such lovely people, incredibly helpful and accommodating. Special shout out to Maria who was exceptional. The food is some of the best in Greece - breakfast, lunch and dinner were phenomenal! The chef and his team are cooking up wonderful, traditional Greek dishes. Would highly recommend booking a dinner at this hotel - some of the best lamb chops we ever had. I will be dreaming about my meals here. Decor and hotel aesthetic is stunning. Such a cool, laid back Grecian vibe. Every space has been carefully curated and decorated. Exceptionally clean and modern - also has a small fitness center which not many hotels have. This is a little piece of paradise in Mykonos - in a great location, super laid back chill vibes with the most wonderful staff! Will absolutely be staying here again and more Casa Cook properties.

Besides for the one late night staff Aviana the staff here were extremely rude and incapable. We ordered a taxi twice and both times waited over 45 minutes and ended up ordering a taxi from the nearby hotel. We missed reservations and almost missed our flight because of this. If you are looking for a staff that is helpful I would not recommend! Luckily it was only a two night stay.

A four nights five days stay at Casa Cook Mykonos in early May. Excellent location close to Ornos with nice beaches and restaurants but also very close to Chora or the famous southern beaches. The boutique hotel is both modern and traditional blending seamlessly with the Cyclades style. Rooms are modern and spacious with amazing views either the gulf of Ornos or the sunset over the Aegean . Highlight of my stay was the personnel both friendly and professional, the amazing breakfast and last but not least the vibe of relaxation and comfort everywhere in the hotel !

Our stay in Casa Cook Mykonos was wonderful. Location of Hotel is spectacular, and the view of Aegean sea is stunning. Hospitality of hotel Crew was brilliant and one of the best I ever had. Their help, smiles and professionalism was top notch and should be a golden example for others. I want to thank Them for their service, guides and ideas about places in Mykanos and on other Greek islands. Hotel design, rooms interiors even swimming pool area are very stylish, elegant, eye catchy, clean and still pragmatic. Kitchen chef and his staff are genius and menu offered by them was delicious and beautiful – fantastic! Without doubt I would like to return for another holiday.

(Stay September/October 22) First of all this is a great choice if you want to relax on your holiday away from alle the buzz. Expect to have some kind of transportation for going out. It definately has the Casa Cook hotel chain vibe with exceptional stylish decor and the low key luxury feel. The sunsets are amazing fromt this hotel. The Breakfast was outstanding and the service friendly in the restaurant (not so much from the front desk staff which had some kind of unprofessional and weird attitude towards any requests) Pool area was lovely. The jacucci room did not have the best location or views so go for the pool suite in summer. Also the bathroom had quite a few issues like a bad smell for drainage, and the shower was flooding . They tried to fix it during our stay but did not work as it probably is bad piping system and construction faults. They do not refill the nespresso capsules free of charge Which is a bit weird when other 3 star hotels offer this free of charge. There is room for improvements so I hope they do better this season Because it has potential to be an amazing

The positives: - The swimming pool is nice and sunbeds are comfy. - The views from the hotel and the deco are nice The negatives: - We booked the Sea view suite but the view wasn't what we expected, you could hardly view the sea at all. The room was more similar to a maid's room than a 5 star hotel sea view suite. - Inside the room there was no TV (we had to ask for a TV), no music station and no radio. We asked why and they answered that's the concept here. One can only wonder what concept they are trying to achieve. - The water in the shower doesn't drain therefore when showering the entire bathroom is flooded. The sewage smells coming out from the drainage system reminds you more of public toilets than 5 star hotel room. - The aircon is badly positioned in the room and the air doesn't circulate well so it gets really hot at night near the bed. - The service definitely not what we expected. They offer you 4 coffee capsules for your whole stay and you will need to pay for extra ones. That’s clearly a lack of courtesy! Hotel doesn't offer transfer (the tradition in mykonanian hospitality) and the staff is friendly but definitely not well trained to offer the service you would expect from this place. Overall experience was pleasant but definitely overpriced, not 5 star standards and we wouldn't go back to any Casa Cook in the near future.

This was one of the best stays I ever had! The room is not only a room but more like an own little house with so much space, privacy at the private pool and nice amenities. But so much more important to highlight is the staff who feels like family. Thank you Kostas, Sofia and Antonia for everything. Mykonos is now another home away from home for us and we are more than happy to come back next year. We enjoyed a time for ourself as a couple and with no parties or fancy places Mykonos is famous for and this is the perfect place if you are looking for the same.

A very beautiful, quiet m hotel with excellent service, amazing view and and very good rooms. Very happy we picked this place and not a big loud hotel or an hotel in the city. Breakfast is also very good. We will be back to this place for sure.
