I’m giving this place 3 stars because I genuinely liked the atmosphere. The food was good, the music was great, and the drinks were on point. However, the service was disappointing, and the situation could have been handled much better.
We were a party of five, and two people decided to leave early. Three of us stayed, including myself. The moment the two left, a staff member immediately started clearing the table while we were still sitting there, and our waitress, Sandra, told us that since it was a larger table, we could no longer stay there. We were basically kicked out.
I asked her to seat us at another table instead, but she walked past us multiple times and completely ignored us. Then the hostess came over and told us to step aside and wait by the entrance. I explained again that I wasn’t leaving and that they could simply give us another table. Her response was rude and unprofessional—she said the table was reserved and that since we had already paid, we needed to move.
After spending over $700, and with the intention to continue ordering, it was shocking to be treated that way. I’ve never experienced anything like this. It’s really unfortunate because the place itself has potential, but the customer service needs serious improvement.
