Beautiful rooms and location. The hotel is slightly uphill on a pedestrian-only walkway, but we were met with a golf cart who took our baggage and brought us to the hotel. We were warmly welcomed by the manager upon arrival. The provided a detailed map of the area and their restaurant recommendations. The daily breakfast is delicious! The hotel is situated in quieter streets of Chania, a perfect location for rest but also centered within many cute shops! The city is very walkable so we never needed transportation except for to/from the beach.

Casa Delfino was such a pleasant stay for my family and I. It’s a quaint and Tuscan style boutique hotel that feels tailored to each individual guest. The free breakfast is made fresh every morning, and there’s lots of variety to choose from. The owner, Margarita, is a 6th generation descendant of the Delfino family, which makes the story of this hotel even more charming. 10/10 would highly recommend!

I am sure there are other nice hotel in Chania, but this is where we were fortunate to stay. Casa Delfino was built in the 1600’s and remodeled into a wonderful boutique hotel in the late 80’s. I am guessing it has been continually updated because it is all first class and modern, top to bottom. Our room was a suite with a loft. There is a rooftop bar, and top rated spa… ||The location is strategically located in Old Town Chania. Perfect for walking to shops, museums, restaurants, etc. ||But what sets this property apart was the incredible service of all the staff from the moment we arrived. I like to set in the morning on my laptop, coffee and water were brought to me without me saying a word. The owner is very present and is 6th generation family that has owned the property. The Front desk manager Maria made anything happen. Restaurant suggestions, arranging car service, etc. We were here for 5 nights and I cannot say enough good things….

The accommodation was beautiful, the staff most accommodating even finding an icepack when I was injured. We had a spa suite, 2bathrooms lounge and huge comfortable bed. Breakfasts made with homemade dishes, staff offering little sweets or biscuits and help each afternoon. An amazing roof top bar overlooking the city. Everyone so friendly even drove us to our pick up point. The best Greek experience of our month trip. Close to the restaurants shops and harbour and bus station.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Delfino—easily one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in all our travels across Europe.||The hotel is spotless, and the rooms are beautifully maintained with super comfortable beds. It’s in a perfect location, just a short walk to the harbor, shops, and restaurants in Chania’s Old Town. Despite being so central, it felt calm and relaxing.||Breakfast was a highlight—a generous and delicious spread each morning. We also loved spending time on the rooftop terrace with drinks, enjoying the sunset. The spa was excellent—we had a great couples massage during our stay.||It’s also incredibly family- and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. Staff helped us with everything—from booking our transfer to the ferry port to preparing thoughtful to-go breakfast boxes on departure day.||The hotel was easy to reach with our rental car, though parking near Talos Square can be a bit tricky at times.||We highly recommend Casa Delfino—it’s the kind of place you look forward to returning to.

We stayed for 7 days is this beautiful hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful and they displayed such hospitality and warmness. It was truly a family feel. We met the owner and she was so welcoming and we enjoyed learning about the hotel’s history. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was in a great location. We received wonderful recommendations on restaurants and beaches to visit. We highly recommend!

Great location in centre of town. Staff are the usual helpful people. Breakfast is quite good too. Parking and baggage isn’t too bad, as you’ve got to park out of town and use the golf cart to access the hotel, it’s a well oiled process. Rooms vary quite a bit. Some furniture is showing its age. Our bathroom was below, when you empty the bath it overflows in the floor- from the drain grate along bath. Marble is extremely slippery when wet. Shower is usual designer idea crap. No door so water leaks out on to floor and out into basin area. Poorly designed and implemented showers are pet peeve of mine!
