Casa Dona Susana

We’ve stayed at Casa Dona Susana many times, and it never disappoints! ||For anyone planning a visit, I highly recommend reserving the front balcony rooms. They have been beautifully renovated and offer a fantastic view. The other rooms in this hotel are quaint however they do not have windows or balconies. However, those rooms are extremely quiet. ||The roof top pool and restaurant add a beautiful quiet space to relax and enjoy the sun or shade. ||The staff here truly make the experience special. Tatiana at the front desk is incredible, hardworking, attentive, and always ready to make your stay perfect. ||Angeles was also very kind and helpful throughout our stay, adding to the overall warmth of the place. ||A special shout-out to David, one of the baggage handlers, whose constant smile and willingness to assist made our arrival and departure smooth.||What’s great about staying here is the flexibility. You also have access to the pool at their other hotels including the Arco suites and Los Arcos, which is right on the beach, even if you’re staying at Casa Dona Susana. ||The fact that the staff work across all the locations (Casa Dona Susana, the suites, and Los Arcos) means you get consistent, top-notch service wherever you go.||If you’re looking for a true Mexican experience, complete with cheerful, hardworking staff and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

I meant to write this right after we got back home. I took my wife and my recently widowed mom over Christmas. It was spectacular. Rooms were clean and nice, and it was in the heart of the Romantic Zone close to everything. The best part of our stay was the people. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Our favorite person was Danielle who worked at the bar/pool area upstairs. She was amazing, sweet and so helpful. She made our trip so memorable. Thanks for the great experience.

Loved this beautiful, quaint hotel. My favorite part is the tree that grows right through the heart of this building, hanging over the rooftop pool. Two white mourning doves sat in the branches above us as we swam. Throughout the hotel, the doors and headboards are beautiful carved wood. The staff was so friendly- the bellhop, David, wad so helpful, and the desk clerk Gorge who checked us in. Housekeeping staff did an amazing job refreshing our room each day- providing a level of service that is becoming rate in larger chain hotels in the US. Beach towels and access to beach chairs was provided through the sister hotel. The only things that appeared to be lacking: our room was furnished with a coffee pot and cups, but no coffee was provided- though some was available downstairs during the morning hours. Towel service at the rooftop pool would have been nice. We were quite confused to learn that guests would have to walk over to the next hotel to get a towel to use at the pool. The bar upstairs provided a range of cocktails and foods, but only until 5:30pm. I wish we could have stayed up there longer- swimming and drinking and watching the birds overhead.

Galia and Cristian made my experience on the roof top one of a kind. Delicious drinks and excellent service. Galia is warm, loving and beautiful to talk to. Galias English was amazing! Her recommendations were excellent and Cristian’s pina colada was deliciouso. I would come back just to see these two. They made our trip at Casa Dona Susana amazing. We I’ll absolutely be back. Gracias to these two lovely people. ❤️🫶

The building was nice and the service was good. The room was small and had no outside windows or bathroom fan. The all inclusive is mostly inclusive at best. The building we stayed in had one pool and bar, but the bar closed at 6pm. So you could go across to the other building and use their bar but not their pool. The buffet was at the other building. The neighborhood seemed decent and the beach was good. Different employees had different items that may or may not be included in the all inclusive. Bottles of water which were put in the room daily were apparently not included at the bar. Very confusing ultimately.

My second time at Casa Susana and I plan to return again in 2025. It's a greeat location, it is very safe and secure, very clean and tidy (great roof-top pool and cafe/bar), and the staff are friendly and professional. Miguel and the staff are always helpful and assist you with anything you need.||I went with four other friends (their first time to PV and Casa Susana) and they were very pleased and also want to return. I plan to take additional friends this year. I can't say enough about "My Place In PV": safe, secure, reasonable, clean, and a great all around location.

Wonderful staff especially on level 4 roof pool, galia Diana aleicy, great service.|Room staff efficient keeping the room to perfection. Large pool palapa well maintained along with sun chairs and umbrellas.|Only noise at night from bars on street level. Partial ocean view from pool and balconies. Beach one block away. Beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas provided.
