They’re remarkable for their quality and also for their authentically European atmosphere, something that’s not exactly common in this town. I booked this place last minute they did not send me anyway to get in I didn't know my room number I was dropped off with my luggage at night standing in the back this place is so scary it's not a hotel!! I called the number 4 times no response. DO NOT BOOK HERE now I'm out $700 ?!! I need to report them ASAP

Google
The cafe and restaraunt below are both amazing. Room was awesome. Location is perfect for everything you want to do in Dallas. There was a bit of a cricket infestation - we had several turn up in our bed and saw 15 of them over the course of three days. Fortunately, we are not anti-cricket.

Google
Freaking awesome lol. Super cool loft in a great location, above an awesome restaurant. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay, it’s our new “go-to” getaway spot

Google

Yelp
Cafe Duro got my coffee out very quick and it was delicious! Highly recommend any nitro latte here, as well as their pasties.

Yelp
This has quickly become my go to weekend morning coffee spot! I have tried a few of their options and landed on alternating between the B&B or banana horchata lattes. The syrups all have rich flavor without being overly sweet, and the espresso is robust yet smooth. Unfortunately, I am not as big of a fan of their matcha, but would recommend any of their espresso drinks. I have yet to try any of their food but it always smells good when I arrive and i have seen a few plates that look appetizing. Their staff is very kind and willing to give recommendations. I will say that this is NOT a fast service place with expected wait time on a latte being 10-15 minutes. By no means is that a negative as the drinks are made fresh, but if you are in a rush, this might not be your best option. Lastly, the cafe itself is very aesthetically with options to shop for wine, candles, and other housewarming gift style items. I definitely recommend Cafe Duro to anyone looking for a coffee shop in the area!

Yelp
I walked into Cafe Duro this morning around 10AM excited to try after hearing glowing reviews on social media! When I arrived, 2 workers were talking amongst themselves and I was not greeted or offered a menu, which I did find on my own. When I went to order, I asked if the Banana Horchata was dairy free or not. The guy said that only white mocha isn't dairy free - is there white mocha in this horchata? Or is that just a note otherwise I ask. No reply so I find myself back to the menu, having more questions but felt that I was bothering the workers who were having a pow wow. I instead went down the street to Window Seat Coffee who were super helpful and friendly in answering any questions. Service really does matter and I'm bummed about it here! This spot could be so great if staff was educated or at minimum welcoming.

Yelp
Great coffee spot! Interesting flavors but it's so worth trying them out. I'm also a fan of their smoked salmon bagel. Kind workers as well! Overall a beautiful spot to walk into.

Yelp
Really yummy coffee, wine, and small bites spot close to all the fun on Greenville. The coffees were excellent. The jury's out on the tiramisu--it was tasty, but I'm not convinced it's not from a food service or something. Probably wouldn't order it again, but it was a nice sweet treat. Everything also seems to be very reasonably priced compared to other spots around Dallas. The service was great and the staff was very friendly!

Yelp
FRIENDS!! Go get the banana horchata matcha, simply delicious and cured my Sundays scaries. There is one 15-min parking spot right outside or other street parking nearby. They also had cute grab n go items and a cute wine menu!
google avatar

Yelp
I found this place through a Tik Tok video actually & I loved it! There is parking in the back that say it is for the "Sisters" location. The coffee itself is small, but so cute! I got the iced B & B latte. The barista was very sweet and explained to me I can go next door to Sister's to sit in their covered patio area to do my work. I will definitely be coming back!
google avatar

Michaela M.

Yelp
This coffee shop has all the vibes and the drinks were amazing! I got the Banana horchata matcha and it was so good! This was the first time I had a matcha with these flavors and I was shocked how good it was. You could taste the matcha but also the banana flavor. My cousin got the Nutella s'mores latte and that tasted great as well! Solid 9/10 for both drinks!!
google avatar

LaNitria T.

Yelp
Gorgeous space, very cool concept and even better coffee. Service was good the barista was kind and patient she gave a lot of guidance and suggestions. Will definitely return when in the area.
google avatar

Renita T.

Yelp
The breakfast pizza was very good! Delicious and very rich! The banana horchata was excellent and the matcha latte was okay. I would return to try out more breakfast items as I was did really enjoy the breakfast pizza! Very cute cafe but minimal seating and it's all high tops. You can find seating on the patio of the sister restaurant. It took a bit to get the coffee & pizza but worth the wait.
google avatar

Yelp
this is definitely my favorite coffee shop in dallas! get the pistachio caramel latte! the service is always chill. depending on the day, depends on the service, but the baseline is chill. for food i've had the artichoke panini and the McDuro w/o sausage. both sandies are excellent!! the cafe itself is really cute and there is overflow seating in the front of sister definitely check it out, this place is brought to you by the owners of : the charles, mister charles, and sister. so expect it to be classy !

Jessica N.

Yelp
The ambiance of Cafe Duro is very pleasing and I love the winery aspect. The baristas were very attentive and recommended me their best matcha drink. I got the Matcha Banana Horchata and a Matcha Lemonade. Both were not overly sweet and had a perfect balance with the bitterness of the matcha. Plus they have still and sparkling water on tap. 10/10 experience!
google avatar

Yelp
Such an underrated coffee shop! Cafe duro is one of my favorite shops in dallas because of how well made the drinks are every time I go. The horchata banana latte was delicious and I highly recommend trying drinks of off the seasonal menu. The inside is very cute as well but there is no seating.
google avatar

Morgan-Emilee A.

Yelp
Found this shop on Yelp and it didn't disappoint. I was sold when I saw the Apple cinnamon matcha, unfortunately it's a seasonal drink. But they had a prickly pear matcha and it is so refreshing and bright. I really really liked it. We also got the huckleberry flash brew. To be fair put "huckleberry" on anything and I'm sold. It was one of the better cold brews I've had. It wasnt bitter or too acidic. I really liked the whole aesthetic of the shop. I loved their wine selection too. Super cute. Definitely will be back.

Beth A.

Yelp
Such a great coffee shop!! Not only is it stunning on the inside and the ambiance is great (personally gives me nyc vibes), the drinks and food are so good, as well as the service. Had the nicest cashier. We got the pumpkin nitro latte hot and iced, and the breakfast pizzeta. Pumpkin latte hot was amazing, strong and not too sweet. The breakfast pizza was both savory and sweet. Delicious. Loved that they were playing jazz too, need their playlist asap lol
google avatar

Betsie R.

Yelp
The line was long when I went on a Saturday morning, however my experience was well worth the wait. The iced banana horchata matcha was outstanding. I will definitely be back.
google avatar

Alma S.

Yelp
Excellent coffee and service. I had the matcha horchata latte. So good! I'd definitely come again and try some other goodies. Cute ambience too.

Yelp
Great little coffee and wine bar in Dallas. Rhee of us had wine and one of us had coffee. We all loved what we had. We would definitely return.
google avatar

Cel S.

Yelp
This is not a place to come here to catch up with a friend. We got the prickly pear matchas which were great as well as the spicy pepperoni pizzetta. There was such limited seating that my friend and I were standing up the whole time talking and eating. Though it's cute, I feel like it's much more of a grab-and-go type of place. It's also pretty expensive for what you're getting.
google avatar

Yelp
Lovely cafe in a cute neighborhood with an original vibe. This place is absolutely oozing charm. The mid century modern, European aesthetic and unique beverages make this place one of a kind and absolutely worth a visit! The have food, wine, coffee and cocktails. I went with my sister and brother-in-law the day after their wedding and we desperately needed a caffeine pick me up. Originally we were going to get our coffee and leave but it was so inviting that we hung out and had a wonderful time! I tried the Nutella blackberry nitro cold brew and it was soooo good I got a second one for the road. My sister had their chilled prickly pear matcha which is a beautiful drink that complimented the cafe completely. The service was extremely friendly and polite. Would definitely return when visiting Dallas!

Chase H.

Yelp
The sandwich with chicken pickles and cheese is amazing. Such a unique flavor and quality ingredients. This is a fun place to go to on the weekend to grab a coffee and a quick bite before heading out to run errands. The espresso with soda was great and the menu has a lot of unique but also classic-feeling options to pick from. In a fun area of town as well.
google avatar

Roe A.

Yelp
Very cute cafe with easy parking. We ordered a Banana Horchata Latte and a Texas Praline Nitro Cold Brew. The latte was good and had a nice cinnamon layer on top of it. I loved the nitro and would probably order again, it was creamy and sweet. When we went in, there were three tables but no chairs (folks were standing around). I'm not sure if that's the vibe there but we took our drinks to go so it didn't matter much. They have sparkling and still water on tap as well as lots of wine bottles on display. The tiramisu was mid (just smaller than expected and espresso flavor wasn't coming through as much but looked beautiful). Next time, I'm trying some wine!

Yelp
This place is so dreamy. I love it here. It's like a cute Italian getaway in the heart of Greenville. Don't judge me but we came here 4x one month (oop sorry wallet). My fiancé isn't the biggest matcha fan but he's been recommended by a few ppl to try the prickly pear matcha from here and now it's the only drink he gets lol. We've had a few items on their menu, but our favs are their polenta bowls (I might prefer the mushroom one more than the meatball one), chicken panini and salmon bagel. My fav drink is their banana horchata! But it's better to be had to dine in than to-go. Their sister restaurant (literally called Sister) offers covered patio seating during the day. Most baristas we've encountered were friendly. I love the ambiance here on a busier day just seeing couples on a date or families being out and about.

Yelp
Our destination was to Highland park village so we stopped by this place for their good looking coffee and just light lunch. The place is soooooo stinking cute! It has plenty of wine selection which I would try if it was not 11 am. So we came for the coffee, we ordered matcha and Nutella cold brew. Not just pretty, they are very yummy! We also ordered sammich. Both are very delicious. The service.. is okay. They gents who work there were not very... upbeat. He looked like they had a long day. The lady who made the drink was very nice, positive and friendly tho.
google avatar

Keerthana C.

Yelp
The espresso/matcha drinks at this place are top notch!!! I tried the prickly pear matcha which was very unique and I loved it. A couple friends tried the Nutella cold brew which was also great. These drinks are pricy but worth trying since it's hard to find anywhere else! The pizzeta I wasn't too impressed by, but their polenta bowls are a lot of fun. Tip - they have a seating area at the Sister restaurant courtyard next door if the cafe itself is too busy. Also free parking at the back!
google avatar

Jennifer Y.

Yelp
Sublime is this Italian "bar". Ornate European ambience. Dreamy playlist. Friendly barista. Strong and delightful was their "Pumpkin Spice Latte" and tasty were their "Egg Bites" this day. In my book, this isn't a cafe for socializing for there were no cafe tables nor chairs to linger at. Instead it's a perfect "bar" for me to stand & sip great coffee at whenever I need a quick break. CHEERS!
google avatar

Tony D.

Yelp
What a wonderful place with friendly staff! Drinks are all very unique and presented splendid. I got the NUTELLA RASPBERRY NITRO LATTE $6 which actually auto comes with oat milk which is a plus! It was overall a fine drink, Not too sweet but I am not sophisticated with cold brew to give it a true review. I would not get it again. Their restroom is very pretty fyi, they got lotions. I love their sparkling water on tap! Its extra bubbly and had a sweetness to it.
google avatar

Hannah D.

Yelp
Cute place to grab a quick coffee, and it is literally like an Italian coffee shop with just a coffee bar (no seats). Good wine selection and little sandwiches. I got the chicken pickle panini which was great! You can sit next door at the Sister restaurant, which is such a cute vibe. I sat there for a while enjoying my lunch and studying. I've actually been wanting to try that restaurant as well, I didn't know they were connected!
google avatar

Rachel M.

Yelp
The food and drinks are very good! The staff are kind and courteous too! Overall, I highly recommend this cafe. If you're looking for a good cafe to take a friend and lounge for good conversation, this is it. I did bring my laptop to knock out some work, but the outlet wasn't work. So I just enjoyed the ambiance instead!
google avatar

Phoenix N.

Yelp
One of my favorite cafes! The inside of the cafe is nice and ambient but the inside of the patio is even better. The patio is a great place to get some work done or to catch up with a friend. The service from the staff is always excellent! The baristas are so kind and welcoming. I always look forward to coming back :) For the prickly pear matcha, it is light and refreshing. Def a good drink on a summer day. If you're a matcha lover, don't expect the drink to be more on the stronger side, however, it is a good balance between the milk and the matcha. For the polenta bowl, I ordered the one with wild mushrooms, corn, and parmesan. It comes out warm and is a filling meal alongside with a drink! I think the ingredients compliment each other very well.
google avatar

Deme J.

Yelp
Such a cute and intimate cafe! I was looking for a lowkey brunch spot to catch up with a friend and researched this place and it didn't disappoint. I love that the brunch menu is short and straightforward, making it easy to order. I went with the smoked salmon bagel and the apple cinnamon matcha and enjoyed my meal on the extended patio next door, which has plenty of seating. Also, parking is located directly behind the building! This local gem will be my new regular meeting spot.
google avatar

Daniela T.

Yelp
The food was delicious, tried the pastrami and let me tell you it wasn't exactly a traditional pastrami but it did not disappoint! I would definitely eat it again! I also got a pickle chicken, delightful! For the drink refreshing ! Not over powering and fun with the best look from that chocolate drizl and rim was the white mocha nut nitro latte! 10 out of 10. as for the service it was not bad, but it also wasn't that welcoming .. I guess I didn't meet there vibe ... so I'd definitely only return for the food and latte. Ambience was so cute, old vintage wine and coffee aesthetic definitely came through

Brianna B.

Yelp
Oven was not working, so couldn't order anything from the menu except for a croissant. Coffee was awful. Felt rushed out of the patio.
google avatar

Mindy R.

Yelp
We stayed upstairs at Casa Duro and had breakfast delivered. Coffee was great. Breakfast was fantastic. We had the meatball polenta breakfast bowl that we are still talking about. Also had the sausage kolache which was spicier than I thought it would be, and the egg bites which were good. Thankfully we live close by so we can go back! Next time I'll order more bowls!!

Taylor E.

Yelp
Stopped by Cafe Duro around 2:30 on a Wednesday and there were only a handful of other people that came and went during my time there. I ordered the hot s'mores latte and the artichoke panini. The panini took a couple of minutes to make but once ready it was delicious. There is only standing tables at Cafe Duró but you can take your food and drink next door to the patio if sister to sit and enjoy your food. Both locations are super cute and vibey - I would definitely come back.
google avatar

Heather M.

Yelp
I stopped in to try the blackberry nitro cold brew and chicken pickle panini. The baristas were nice and the drink was ready quickly - it tasted amazing!! It's a nice level of sweetness without being over the top and the blackberries are a great touch! The chicken panini was ready a couple of minutes later and it was delicious - all of the elements were yummy, perfectly grilled, and leftovers tasted great, too! There are some nice sitting and standing tables in the restaurant (and also looks like it would be a great spot for someone who is into wine)! I highly recommend this spot and will be back!
google avatar

Leng N.

Yelp
To be honest, I really like this place but I'm disappointed that they seem to pick and choose who they give full service to. At least that's how I feel. I ordered and told them I would sit in their patio and twice now they haven't brought my order to me. Meanwhile, my friend shows up and they bring her order to her. It's small but it's something that has started to catch my attention. Other than that, I've been enjoying this spot.
google avatar

Kellyanne J.

Yelp
Love this! Everything was so good, and it's very cute. They even have pumpkin milk (like almond but with pumpkin) SO cool!!!
google avatar

Allison McMaster ..

Yelp
Finally had a chance to check this place out and it did not disappoint! Cafe Duro doubles as a coffee shop and wine bar, we came on a Saturday morning for coffee. The menu is filled with fun/unique drinks. We tried the prickly pear matcha and the banana horchata and really enjoyed both for something different. Parking is also conveniently located behind the shop.
google avatar

Sara T.

Yelp
I really enjoyed meeting up with my friend for a quick brunch here. The actual cafe doesn't have seating so they have you go next door to sister and sit in the indoor patio. The pickle chicken panini was good but I wish it had some kind of sauce in it. It was a little dry but I'm also a huge sauce girl so it could just be preference. My friend really enjoyed her muffaletta and both our drinks were good. I had the matcha with oat milk and I think hers was the raspberry Nutella latte. The vibe and overall experience was wonderful so I'll make my way back soon and try some other things.

Christian G.

Yelp
bannana horchata matcha was soooooo good. would come back just got this. want to try more
google avatar

Mars ..

Yelp
such a cute spot. they share the patio with sister restaurants next door and it's enclosed and air conditioned which was great. I went about midday and had already had my caffeine for the day, so I look forward to returning to try some beverages.
google avatar

Jane Z.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite cafes in lower Greenville. The inside is so cute with and European aesthetic. They have all the classic drinks but also some fun ones on the menu. My friend got a topo chico drink and loved it. I was boring and got a matcha latte, but it was excellent and not too sweet. There isn't much seating in the actual cafe, but there are plenty of tables and seating next door on the patio at their sister restaurant called Sister. Just ask the barista where to go and they'll show you! My friend and I came here to catch up on life and do some work and it was just the perfect little spot. I will definitely be back!
google avatar

Michelle T.

Yelp
Such a quaint little cafe! Reminds me of cafes in Milan. Really unique beverages - I tried a few different ones each visit and liked them all (including banana horchata, chai matcha, caramel pistachio cold brew). Would stop by to pick up lunch. My favorite sandwich was the chicken pickle panini (SO GOOD) whereas the artichoke one was not my favorite (not a fan of olives and didn't realize they were in there). There's standing room but definitely not a sit down. Service was always really kind and knowledgeable -- picked up a good bottle of white wine on my last visit.
google avatar

Andrea G.

Yelp
One thousand % will be back. I loved my oat milk capp as well as my croissant. I came here to work for a few hours and was able to go next door on their patio with ample space. It wasn't crowded at - nor was it loud.
google avatar

Monica M.

Yelp
Such a cute cafe that's makes you feel like you are on a mini vacation in Europe for the time you are there. Great coffee and small bites/ pastry selection. Loved having the option to go sit at the patio next door.

K T.

Yelp
Service is pretty friendly, not stellar, but good enough. Espresso is better than most. Basic illy but at least not the third wave sour crap. Interior is cute and they have wine. I like this place: not great not terrible.

Amber Q.

Yelp
This place is absolutely charming. The breakfast bowl was so good I had to go back the next day. We tried the wagyu beef gravy breakfast bowl, prickly pear matcha, Nutella blackberry cold brew and the 007. Everything was fantastic. Will definitely be stopping in next time I'm in town!
google avatar

Mindy G.

Yelp
My favorite little coffee shop! In walking distance from my house so they take all my money!!! Everything is so good and it's such a cute spot. Lots of love for the Duro fam
