Casa Fabbrini Boutique B & B

We had an amazing time staying in casa Fabbrini. Staying there feels like a home in Rome, the staff were so nice and I can’t wait to eat the cakes for breakfast again. It is a treasure in Rome, the perfect stay that gives you a taste of the Italian culture, and close to everything!! + The homemade yogurt is a must! A special thank you to Marzia❤️

We stayed 3 nights and would highly recommend. Great location and comfortable rooms. A nice home baked breakfast on the upper floor with the ability to use the area throughout the day for coffee or a snack. Lovely and friendly staff and some great tips for local restaurants from Marzia.

Our stay at this beautiful boutique accommodation was absolutely fantastic! From the very first moment, the incredibly kind and helpful staff made us feel like we were at home. One of the highlights is the open kitchen on the upper floor – not only is it where you enjoy your breakfast, but it’s also accessible throughout the day, offering sweet treats and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that really adds to the overall experience.||The breakfast was just what we needed to start our days, and the coffee was simply exceptional! Thank you so much for making our anniversary in Rome so special and memorable.||The location is also a huge plus – right in the center of everything you might need: supermarkets, pharmacies, the main shopping streets, and of course, the famous sights. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and only 5 minutes to the Spanish Steps!||If I had to mention one minor downside, it would be the absence of a mini fridge in the room – something that would be useful during the hot summer months for cold water. That said, there is a fridge in the communal kitchen upstairs, so it wasn’t a big issue for us. Also, the soundproofing in the rooms isn’t perfect, which is understandable given the age of the building. However, we weren’t bothered by it – mornings are for exploring Rome, and the nights were peaceful and quiet.||The area is so central, yet surprisingly calm – it truly feels like you’re in the middle of everything and away from it all at the same time. The nearby alleys are charming and magical, with wonderful restaurants around every corner.||We would absolutely stay here again – thank you for everything!

The Good|- Excellent location.|- The staff are very responsive and eager to help.||The Bad|- The thinnest walls I've encountered in any hotel. I heard every conversation and every bowel movement of the guests in the next room.|- The most inadequate attempt at a hotel breakfast I've ever encountered. I was amused on the first morning to find only one plate available. I shared the plate with my travel companions. And though there were more plates on subsequent mornings, at no point was there a table where you could put the plate while you ate. I instead ate while standing up or while balancing the plate on my lap.|- The whole place could use some refurbishment. There were a lot of scratches on the walls and plenty of rust and some mold in the bathroom.

A very nice and cozy location with the charm of a centuries-old building. Very friendly people, pleasant personal contact. The only downside: the dead-end street also attracts noisy people at night.

One of the cutest place to stay in Roma , located in a quiet area but still very close and walking distance to Spanish steps, apartment is very cozy & clean , great service and owner is very nice and friendly host that she will make sure you have a comfortable stay there . With yummy homemade cakes 🍰 I highly recommend this place

Casa Fabbrini is a 5 room ex-home(?), in the Centre of Rome about 5 to 10 minutes walk from Piazza di Spania. We stayed there 2 couples, for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The rooms were just about right size wise, with all necessary amenities. But the thing that impressed us the most was the kitchen / living room at the top floor were breakfast was served by 2 very polite gentlemen. They were having 4 or 5 cakes a day, prepared and cooked inhouse, apart from the usual other breakfast. But the most impressive thing was that these (the cakes) were left available for consumption through out the whole day, together of course with coffee etc. This impressed all of us. All in all we all were very pleased with our stay. Next time in Rome, we will go there again!
