Our wedding cake was of the greatest parts of our wedding experience. Mari is truly talented and pours so much love into her craft. From the very beginning, we felt honored to have her create our wedding cake. Our tasting with her was incredible. Every flavor was so delicious that we had a hard time choosing just one. She was so sweet, patient, and helpful throughout the entire planning process, and her communication was always amazing. The final cake tasted absolutely unforgettable. Everyone has been raving about how delicious it was. We saved a piece for the next day and were able to try both the Nutella and the Biscoff flavors, and they were out of this world. The flavor, the richness, and how moist it was made us fall in love instantly. Casa Gioia is truly a gem. We are so grateful and so honored to have had a cake baked by Mari. I have looked all over for the perfect Dominican cake, and I have to say, Casa Gioia has fulfilled every expectation imaginable! WOW! My husband is Dominican and is very picky when it comes to Dominican cakes; I haven't been able to please him with the perfect cake in over 30 years. Casa Gioia is amazing!!!!! I had the luck of attending a bridal shower where, after seeing and tasting the cake, I had to ask where it came from. That's how I discovered this amazing gem called Casa Gioia. The cakes are beautiful, delicious, moist, and succulent. The service is 10/10. The options of fillers are unmatched. I picked one with lemon pistachio filling, and as I tasted the first bite, my eyes just closed, and I felt so much satisfaction that I finally found the best pastry chef in Miami. I found Casa Gioia browsing online , desperate for a good Dominican cake , and the cake angels delivered this amazing pastry heaven. First, I ordered a cake for my brother’s 40th birthday and it was an absolute hit. We ordered the traditional Dominican cake with pineapple filling. Not a drop was leftover. Everyone asked for more and for me to share this magical place. For my daughter’s birthday I was hoping for a cake design and I sent them a picture. They made the cake look so much better than the picture that I sent them. Not only was the cake beautiful, but it was delicious and had the Dominican flavor that my daughter and our family loves! Moist and delicious! Ordering online is also smooth as butter and everyone at Casa Gioia is extremely professional , sweet, and friendly! I especially love the attention to detail to my request!
