Her enthusiasm and dedication were evident in every detail, as she went above and beyond to coordinate with my wedding planner and create the most stunning dessert display. The attention she put into every bite was incredible—I almost felt guilty eating it (almost!). She took my photo inspiration for the cake and transformed it into actual art. I have looked all over for the perfect Dominican cake, and I have to say, Casa Gioia has fulfilled every expectation imaginable! WOW! My husband is Dominican and is very picky when it comes to Dominican cakes; I haven't been able to please him with the perfect cake in over 30 years. Casa Gioia is amazing!!!!! I had the luck of attending a bridal shower where, after seeing and tasting the cake, I had to ask where it came from. That's how I discovered this amazing gem called Casa Gioia. The cakes are beautiful, delicious, moist, and succulent. The service is 10/10. The options of fillers are unmatched. I picked one with lemon pistachio filling, and as I tasted the first bite, my eyes just closed, and I felt so much satisfaction that I finally found the best pastry chef in Miami. Casa Goia’s desserts were absolutely amazing! For our intimate wedding of 85 guests, we wanted a variety of desserts instead of a traditional wedding cake—but we still wanted those classic cake-cutting photos. Casa Goia created a stunningly realistic dummy cake, and not a single guest noticed it wasn’t real! We had a perfectly portioned real cake for the cutting moment, and it was just as delicious as it was beautiful. Every dessert was a masterpiece—both in presentation and taste. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about them, with many going back for seconds (and thirds!). On top of the incredible desserts, the owner was an absolute joy to work with—so kind, talented, and passionate about her craft. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

We couldn’t be happier with our wedding cake! Casa Gioia made our wedding cake and after changing the design last minute and trying to find the best solution to our design I can say with confidence that our cake was not only the most beautiful cake but had the best flavor.
