I love this place. The food is flavorful and filling. Our waiter (Bryant) was attentive and helpful in all of our requests. I came here for my birthday, and the whole vibe was cute and nice.

When I say you all have to come and try this place, you won’t be disappointed, I came to try it out for the first time after a doctor’s appointment and it was great. The atmosphere is friendly and prompt. The food was delicious and of superior quality. My server Roxy was friendly and kind. I came alone and they made me feel very welcomed. I will definitely be back with family and friends!

Been wanting to try this place for the longest time, decided to take my mom for Mother’s Day, the setting outside and inside was beautiful.! All plates were flavorful. The pasta was creamy! The steak was bland and seasoned perfectly! The chicharrones de rib eye were also delicious. Planning to go again for brunch. Our waitress was very attentive, I recommend this place.

Got the ribeye plate and it was overcooked and had no flavor. The steak quesadillas were fire though, and the nonalcoholic drinks were solid. The latte and cappuccino were great too. Dessert we got the stuffed concha and it was just okay. Honestly, the food looks better than it tastes. For what we paid, we should’ve just gone to a steakhouse. Also, the AC is always an issue here —last weekend it was so hot we left, and this time it was still warm and stuffy.

The restaurant is beautiful and the service was great — very friendly and attentive. We came during the week and it was dead, which probably should have been a sign. The food, unfortunately, was disappointing. My salmon was overcooked (though the vegetables were well seasoned), and the ribeyes were tough and bland — half our table didn’t even finish theirs. The guacamole with pork rinds was good, but it’s hard to mess that up. They did a nice birthday show for us, but overall, for the price, it’s not worth it. Good service, but the food just isn’t there.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had a great experience at Casa Madre! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was just right—comfortable, stylish, and welcoming. What really stood out was our server, Brayant. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. He made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. You can tell he really cares about making your experience special. We’ll definitely be coming back—and asking for Brayant again!

The dining experience was unsatisfactory due to the high cost relative to the quality of the food. Communication was challenging due to the language barrier with the service staff, hindering the ability to seek recommendations. The al pastor tacos and Casa Madre chicken breast, while visually appealing, lacked flavor and were bland.

The food was good and the service is always outstanding. The mimosas was delish! The atomsphere great. Staff is very attentive!

Well, my experience here was horrible with the food, it's super expensive, but the price is the least when the food is delicious, the waitresses are too friendly and attentive, but the food is horrible. The place is beautiful and very instagrammable, but super expensive and super ugly food.

Came for a friend's birthday around 1:30, it took around 20mins to get seated for a party of 4. Restaurant atmosphere is nice looks clean and cool inside. Our waiter took a bit to finally come take our drink order and was "ok" at best in the beginning was slightly better in the end so overall service was subpar. The girls ordered the strawberry lemonades which were really good (and only $5) - tasted more like limeade. We got 2 apps and 3 entrees. Got the quest flamadeo with steak - ended up being my favorite piece of meal. We also got the guac which was a awesome presentation and looked like a ton, however, unfortunately it was made to look big using a bunch of lettuce which am personally not a fan of with my guacamole. For the entrees we got two tapaquenia plates and a chipotle shrimp plate (...something like that...). Wife changed the enchiladas on the tapaq. plate to Suizas she said they were good but a little dry. Black refried beans and the rice were good, it also came with some nopales casserole thing which I liked. Fajitas were good too. Chipotle shrimp plate was supposedly great. We got an alcoholic drink too, was too strong and only taste like liquor. The free dessert for birthday was pretty big and looked great, the show they put on to sing happy birthday was over the top but pretty cool if you want to get some pics (have a whole little plaque with your name on it). Was a good new try but no big desire to go back. - oh price wasn't as bad as was expecting (~$180w/tip)

Came here on a Sunday at 2pm. Too late for breakfast menu. Nice restaurant, loud music. A lot of people doing birthdays. Ordered Tampiquenia. Beef fajitas plus 2 chicken enchiladas (mole and green sauce) Very flavorful. Definitely recommend this place.

Fist time in this restaurant and not impressed food is average and expensive and the service not great It took a long time to serve the food and the place is very noisy

The food lacks flavor and for the price you'd think at least some salt or pepper would be added... the service lacked attentiveness but over served attitude. Never have I experienced a waiter physically wait for the receipts and look at how much we tipped one by one as we passed down the receipts to him. After he came to our table twice the whole time we were there and for some reason refused to give us ice for the mimosas we bought after another server had already agreed to bring us some. If you want mediocre food with a side of attitude this is the place for you. The only positive thing from the experience was the live music.

Beautiful aesthetic! Although, I loved the restaurants decor I was not too satisfied with the taste of food. A bit over priced for my Texas toast (which was served with my grilled chicken). Overall, the restaurant was ok.

Food was pretty good for the plaza mall. Cute for brunch pics! Service was good, they have a mimosa cart and another with different cakes. They had live music which was cool

A little surprised by all the poor reviews. While it wasn't incredible, I didn't think it was that bad. I will admit that our experience might not relate to others because we had a group of 20 in a private room and a custom made menu. We had roughly 5-6 servers assigned to our group which made a big difference. As we sat down, the brought multiple starters which included guacamole with pork rinds, spicy potatoes, bread, and tortillas with a meat/cheese. The appetizers and dessert were probably better than the entrees but nothing was horrible. For my meal, I had the ribeye which included mashed potatoes and asparagus. I felt it was cooked properly and the portions were more than enough for the price point. The dessert was delicious and fresh. The cart is a fun way to present all the options and definitely makes you want to order one. We had a few birthdays in our group and they made that a fun celebration with sparklers, hats, signs, a saxophone, and singing. Overall, for a company Christmas party, we had s great night. The service was friendly and attentive and the food was more than enough for the price. The entrees were more average than what we expected from this type of atmosphere but nothing horrible.

I loved this place. It is located inside the mall, and the ambiance of the restaurant is so nice. They have live music, and it's decorated nicely inside. I tried their chilaquiles and huevos rancheros with potatoes and beans plate, and it was so delicious and filling. The plate was huge and had so much food. The prices are fair for the amount of food you get, which is why I don't understand why I see a lot of reviews saying it is expensive because IT IS CERTAINLY NOT. The taste of everything was great, and I would definitely come back to try something else. The service was also great. The waiters all speak Spanish, but it is not hard to communicate with them even if you do not speak Spanish. They are super attentive and bring around a mimosa cart if you are interested in that for brunch. Overall, I would give this spot a 9/10. I really enjoyed it, and I would come back here again.

So amazing! Tastes just like its homemade! My favorite dish here at casa madre :) would highly recommend if you're a little scared to get anything you've never tried before! It's an amazing choice for a picky eater.

Extremely beautiful place I loved the vibe and they have a musician playing it's great. The food is amazing and so cute. Staff was very welcoming and they are great for birthdays btw !

Would come here again, I love the little chips and guacamole they give before the meal!!! BUT the food was cold when I am the second time. Other than that great service the waiter checked on us several times. The environment was great not too loud or crowded when I came both times. However my fiance did not like the food, they did say it was average, but I personally liked it

Server was great and courteous. When we received our appetizers shortly after we ordered it, it was very cold. The ribeye tacos were wrapped in foil so when I got the taco the tortilla was really soggy and falling apart. The drink menus were unavailable. It has a lot of great scenery to take pictures at but you're better off going to El Pato for food.

El lugar está muy lindo, ya que dejaron la mayoría del mobiliario del restaurante anterior. Nuestro mesero fue Tomás García, el cual nos atendió como si nos estuviera haciendo un favor. Los precios son exagerados para que ni siquiera den botana (chips, salsas) que en todos los restaurantes mexicanos, es incluida, pedimos un choriqueso y solo nos dieron 2 tortillas!! Esperaba más, ya que son los mismos dueños de la casa de la abuela, el cual me encanta. En resumen, no vuelvo a venir! Y NO LO RECOMIENDO The place is very nice, since they left the previous restaurant furniture. Our waiter was Tomás García, who he treated us as if he were doing us a favor. Is OVERPRICED so that neither even give snacks (chips, salsas) that in all Mexican restaurants, it is included, also we ordered a choriqueso and we only get 2 tortillas!! I expected more, since they are the same owners of La Casa de la Abuela, which I really like! Long short story, I will not come again! AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Excellent place for brunch! Our family went after church and we loved everything about the place. Great location and the servers were very helpful and kind. There are a lot of food options for everyone that went. The seating was great and we loved the music and vibe for brunch! We will be back!

Ehhh, not so great! I tried both brunch and tried giving it a second chance at lunch. Both were disappointing. Our server was friendly, and attentive. I had the Ham croissant & egg Benedict. The bread was burned, dry and hard. When I tried their lunch menu, I ordered the Casa Madre chicken breast, which was also dry and was suppose to have sauce on top, but mine had very little. Had there been more, it probably would have tasted better. I don't think I'll be back :(

What can I say that hasn't been said in previous reviews. Decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Oh boy was I wrong !!! The reviews are RIGHT!!!!! Where to start ? The food took approximately 40mins to arrive after waiting 30mins to order. We got the wrong orders and because of the wait time, we did not want them to make a new plate. My husband ordered the milanesa torta. And he got the milanesa with no bread. I had the torta de chilaquiles, Bad idea! It's literally soggy cut up tortillas with a flavorless salsa and a smear of beans and cheese. Two order were the huevos Motuleños, in the menú it reads " Tostadas" S as in plural. BUT NOOOOOO. Only one tostada. And no avocado. Who forgets the avocado ! Any who , continuing. My husband got hit TWICE with the dessert cart ( pic attached to see the path). No I'm sorry , no nothing. When we asked to speak to the manager, it took her a while to get to our table. Once we explained to her everything that went wrong, she asked if we wanted a discount or a dessert. The discount that was given was half off the huevos Motuleños! That's it ! Which didn't make a different once they added the tip for being a party of 6. The whole concept of having a kid room, I'm not sure if it's even open. I hate that a restaurant in a good location with a new concept is doing so poorly! It's sad that they are the same as Casa de la Abuela. Guessing all the staff get the same training. Wish management would really read and take into consideration all the reviews.

Extremely expensive. Spent as much money as I would at Texas Brazil next door. Taco plate starts at $16. Taste is not the greatest. For great tasting tacos go to Herradura. Dessert presentation is great. I had the chocolate cake but it was ok. Presentation on all plates is perfect..very fancy! Thanks but will not be back. TasteThis place has Vegas pricing and looks but taste is disappointing . Could have used high quality spices. Also took along time to get our food. About an hour 1/2.

Great new spot at the plaza mall that we tried for brunch. The wait was pretty long, but it was worth it! The staff was quick and extremely nice. The coffee was fantastic and the food was amazing. Nothing bad to say about this place except that it is a little more pricey than your average Mexican restaurant. Regardless the extra money is worth it and I did not regret anything I ordered here. Also this restaurant does have a sister store named "La Casa De La Abuela". The wait is likely shorter and the food is vary similar. If Casa Madre is too packed or you are just closer I recommend trying them there as well.

Beautiful place. Everyone was very nice and our server, Judith, was super patient (brought 3 toddlers) nice and accommodating. The mimosa bar cart was so cute and delicious. I got the Huevos Nortenos which was yummy except the potatoes were under cooked (thats why 4 stars and not 5) and not much flavor. The black beans were AMAZING and the spicy salsa was so perfectly spicy/delicious.

Place is very aesthetically pleasing and clean. Service was attentive and quick (we went on a Wednesday evening so there wasn't a crowd). Food and drinks in my option were overpriced for it being Mexican cuisine. It's not a steakhouse but they did offer steaks at market price ranging upwards of $400+. It's a good place to go to celebrate birthdays which is once a year since they do give you that "birthday show" experience with the song, singing, personalized letter board, and sparklers. Definitely the splurge for food you can get at a nearby Mexican restaurant. However, you are paying for the experience if you don't mind spending a couple hundred for 4 ppl.

the food was okay my pancake was really sweet way too sweet the service is good maybe my rice was a little to squishy

The food was good, the restaurant and ambiance was nice, our major issue was that all the servers wore gloves and with the gloves they were still touching their hair, wiping sweat off their faces and to top it off they grabbed all the Concha's from the bakery with their hands, no tongs were used.

The food was super good! The ambience and vibe inside was unlike other restaurants here in the valley. It's a little pricey but you get high quality drinks, great food, and the staff has always been attentive. It seems like a go-to place for people celebrating birthdays, they also have live music. Great spot for brunch.

Im from California and this place was very yummy... I was hesitant in going in but after eating there I would give this place 4. The food was delicious and the service was great, and we went on a Thursday and they had live music... and it was a great time!!! Thank you casa madre for a great time and good dinner.

Enjoyed their outdoor patio for Brunch. Eggs Benedict with prosciutto on toasted croissant with a glass of sparkling. Delicious!

Food is good, portions need to be adjusted, at least for the Tampiqueña plate, deserts look amazing!

sh**ty place, had placed a reservation for a birthday brunch and was told to do a $50 deposit which i did and when i did so more additions for cake that came from outside the restaurant was an additional $20 like what?! i never heard of that even when i eat at fancy places. asked for a refund since she said it was refundable and gave attitude that she just charged me and couldn't do so. i called like three times and was told a returned phone call and nothing so i lost my $50. the place isn't even that good from what i was reading in the reviews which the bad reviews are hidden but they shouldn't be. don't go here and waste your money if you are having a birthday.

Service was sub-par, plates were dirty, prices are bit high for the quality. We ordered the chicken breast and salmon and both were extremely dry. Trying to get refills was a nightmare. Waiter hardly came to check on us. First time and last time.

I read the reviews after I sat down at the table. I was immediately terrified, but we had a great experience. The staff was incredibly nice, we only got a glass of wine and an appetizer because the reviews scared me. I have to say that food was good and came out within a reasonable time. The price for food was on the higher end, but I am known to be more frugal than most. Due to the price, I have it 4 stars. You can probably find food that is just as good at a more affordable price. Although a little more on the expensive end, I wouldn't be opposed to coming back here again.

Definitely has a different vibe from casa de la Abuela but it was very nice! There was a violin player, but the music is a bit too loud music but the food was overall good. With the exception of the poblano pasta with chicken it had no flavor at all but everything else is good. I do definitely recommend the casa madre chicken breast the best dish form the night. The inside atmosphere was great and very nice decorated loved it.

This place has gone south!!! The food is so sub par. I'd rather eat at El Pato for breakfast than here. Raw potatoes, over cooked eggs, soggy toast; everything is bad. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Decided to try this place out. When we arrived there were people outside and they were confused about the hours, the doors state they are opened at 7am the website says 9am but we were told they don't open until 10am which they actually opened up around 10:15. Once inside we were seated almost in center of the restaurant it was very nice looking and clean they took our drink orders and came back pretty quickly we then placed our food order I Had the huevos rancheros and my brother ordered the huevos de la granja. Since we were seated towards the center we were near an open by the kitchen where we constantly heard the lady expediting the orders telling the cooks that the food was missing items or being prepared Incorrectly and when they were corrected they were placed under Heat lamps. I saw our order sit and waited for them to be delivered and once they arrived at our table although the food was delicious it was cold. When we left there were people being told to wait outside because they didn't have enough wait staff to help them. I know they are fairly new and trying to work their kinks out so I will give them another chance hopefully things will improve

The customer service was great. Live music was an added nice touch to add to our fabulous meal and our waiter Joe was extremely DYNAMIC. Will come again. Very nice detail touches for our area.

After reading horrible reviews my husband and I decided to try out this new Brunch spot for ourselves . The service was amazing and very polite. The coffee was so amazing and reminded me of something we would drink with my great grandmother by an outdoor chimney. The mimosa cart is awesome and has a lot of choices. I went for the pineapple. My husband did not entirely love the panqueques but otherwise we loved this place and will return.

This is what we ordered kinda, the server for one didn't speak English. I accommodated to him seeing as I'm bilingual not an issue. He didn't seem to understand I wanted salmon with the salad due to them having that option on their menu. So I literally pointed at the option he said ok. Left and didn't attend us until he brought the food again. At this point I saw him bring the food to the wrong table. And brought the salad which we had wanted as appetizer with the food. Our food was cold as if it had been sitting for a while before being brought to us. At which point my cup had already been emptied for a long while. Didn't offer to bring us a refill. I saw the salmon and I knew he had botched the order. We tried to enjoy the food but the fact it was cold too from the flavor or maybe the food was just bad. At the end after I explained to him that we did not want the salmon at the end. Which mind u we did not touch due to it not being what we ordered the guy gave us attitude. I am sorry never eating at this place again due to horrible service!!!!!

This place has soooo much potential! The ambiance is great 10/10. The food was sub par and the service was a little slow for us being the only table our server had. You could tell he was trying his best so it didn't bother us and we appreciated the effort. The valley is growing so fast and I'm loving it!!! Places like these are what attract people. I hope to see things like QR codes or actual menus in the restaurant rather than paper. I would definitely come back for drinks at the bar.

Underwhelming. Should've listened to the reviews but I had to see for myself. Pancakes were so dry. Enchiladas had no taste, they charge $4 for water. Not worth the time effort or money. Had such high hopes for this place. Save yourself the effort and listen to the reviews, not worth it.

Food was okay, dessert was warm and tasty. However, expect to not hear your table conversations. Feels like a club with how loud the music is. Seems like they insist on any way to get more money out of you. Offer you all sorts of drinks, desserts etc
