"You know it’s good when you see the lines out of this family-owned Deerfield Beach spot tucked in the city’s Cove Shopping Center. Its Taco Tuesdays make the lines longer, where pork belly, beef tongue, and chorizo tacos go for just $3." - Jesse Scott

My husband and I had dinner there last night. It felt like a nice hidden gem away from the hotel area. We were greeted by a super friendly host and seated right away. The staff were also very welcoming and helpful. Our server was very knowledgeable and explained the flavors of menu items perfectly as I was asking for suggestions. The food and drinks were delicious. Would definitely recommend this to anyone in the area, and we will be back next time we visit.

A Hidden Gem! I had a spicy margarita and the combo fajitas—both were absolutely delicious. They even offered chips and salsa on the house, which was a nice touch. The ambiance really stood out, especially the illuminated countertop bar—it gave the place a modern yet cozy vibe. High-quality food, high-quality people, and it's family owned and operated, which you can feel in the care they put into everything. Definitely coming back!

this restaurant is a local gemin Deerfield Beach. The new location maintains the same excellent food quality, but with a more authentic upscale Mexican feel. I’ve been coming here for years, and the experience always leaves me happy and satisfied.

It was my first time here and I came on a Tuesday. I got this drink with guava, Guavarita it was so good. I recommend it. The restaurant has margaritas at a good price. It seems they have this awesome deal going with the tacos. We all got the tacos. The restaurant had a good selection to choose from. Most places only give you maybe 4 but this place has a good selection. They gave us a menu and a list to write down how many and which one. They then brought us the tacos. I liked them. I found them all good. The service was good and friendly. Olivia was great. We originally had to wait for twenty minutes to be seated. There is no fan bar you can wait. The counter is crowded with restaurant stuff. That would be my only complaint.

The atmosphere is great and the server made sure to mention that the owner travels to Mexico twice a month for fresh ingredients… but I found the flavor lacking and the service was poor. The pitcher of house margaritas was warm and cloudly mostly mixer even tho the price probably paid for a whole bottle of their house tequila. The “street corn” was seasoning on top of deliciously canned corn .. when mixed up it lacked texture and flavor of good esquites. The Burrito Tulum was dry shredded chicken surrounded in a sauce that would have served better inside the burrito. The fajitas were so very plain … meat onions peppers- no seasoning. The saving grace was the salsa - it was fire and i ordered extra (for a price) just for our burrito and fajitas to have some flavor. There are other things on the menu that I would like to try but I wasn’t impressed by this visit. Not the food. Not the service. Maybe better luck next time. Its a cool little spot and Im sure those twice monthly trips to Mexico translate to something delicious. Also would have felt better about the experience if I had not had to ask for additional ice in my glass for the carafe of warm margaritas. The server took our order and delivered drinks but our food was brought by a runner and I had to ask the busser to let our server know we needed ice and our check.

The place seems very clean and decoration was tasteful. It smelled appetizing, they served about 4 sizzling fajita to neighbor tables 😋 The service was great but food was slow to reach us, at least the server acknowledged the fact and offered more nachos with salsa for the wait. Taco steak beef was very tender and fresh. They have a bar area with a couple of tables in the back, this restaurant makes very good use of their space without feeling too clotted. I would recommend it!

There really are not that many legitimately good Mexican restaurants in South Florida. This place is definitely one of the few good spots. The service and decor are very well done. The friendly family feel is so refreshing in SoFla. Where they shine and where it counts is in the food. A great variety of salsas kicks everything up a notch. The carne asada, Pollo asado, their beans, tortillas are all wonderful. Man, their tequilas are off the wall tasty. Great place. Must visit.

2nd Review: Popped into Casa Maya Grill for a quick dual birthday celebration with two friends. They moved two doors down in the Cove. The interior is decorated nicely, but I preferred the brick exterior and prior interior decor. It seemed more festive. I had the octopus ceviche, and my friends enjoyed their shrimp tacos and steak. The staff was efficient and professional. Nice evening, but we were on a time crunch so I just wish we could have relaxed and had more conversation. 1st Review We came to Casa Maya for the Taco Tuesday $3 tacos and $4 margueritas. We had a nice outdoor table, and we were grateful that we arrived early as there was a 30 minute wait starting around 6 pm. I had two steak tacos and one chicken taco - I thought they were a little dry, but they were $3. I tasted my friend's street corn and thought it was delicious. I would come back to try items on their regular menu as the entrees looked fabulous.
