This is a cute little gem! The drinks were delicious 😋 The bread was warm & fresh! Brownie points for that!! 🤘😁 The stuffed mushrooms were ok. Not my favorite. However, the shrimp fra diavolo with pasta was fantastic. And don't leave without trying the limoncello cake or take it to go. It's that good🤘 The service & staff were also great😉

Google
Found this place on Open Table desperately searching for a place to eat for Mother's Day. Was nervous bc there was a pizza place in front, but it was blown away once we stepped in!! Everyone was great from the guys in front to servers/waiter. The food was amazing, we each got something different and each dish delsih. We will definitely come back. This was the hidden spot we didn't know we needed 🫶🏻 the little photo opp in front was great too!!

First they add bacon too my Cobb salad, I clearly said no bacon sub grilled chicken. Than on the chicken parm roll the dough was undercooked. Than when I go back for a refund for the chicken parm roll the guy at the register said “oh you want too talk now before you didn’t” than he mocked my speech impediment that I have and I had for almost my whole life. It’s very hard living like this and for him too say that too me was very rude and uncalled for. Visiting this place was probably my biggest regret in my whole life will NOT recommend this place to ANYBODY!!!!!!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Casa Mia. It’s my favorite pizza spot. From the moment you walk in the staff greet you with genuine smiles and warm hellos that make you feel right at home. Their friendliness sets the perfect tone for what comes next. The pizza itself is amazing. I always order a personal pie and every time it’s a masterpiece. The crust strikes the ideal balance of crisp edge and tender center, the sauce is bright and flavorful, and the cheese bubbles into gooey perfection. Each bite is pure joy. If you’re looking for great pizza and even better service do yourself a favor and stop by Casa Mia you won’t be disappointed.

Google
We went in for the Monday night dine in dinner special. Lovely little unassuming restaurant at the back of a pizzeria. Small bar with good cocktails. Servers were friendly and attentive. Really good food. Garlic bread and pastas were delicious. Will definitely be back again as it’s only down the street from where we live!

Google
Bronx’s best kept secret. Or is it Yonkers? Who cares. It’s Italian. And it’s delicious. Don’t let the unassuming facade fool you. This is Arthur Ave quality cuisine in less fancy surroundings. And at less fancy prices.

Love the decor in this restaurant. You can go for a quick slice or walk towards the back and enjoy fine dining. Food was good soup was amazing and staff was friendly

Google
New to the area within the last 6 months and Casa Mia has quickly become my go to! I have yet to have a bad meal from them, their tiramisu is my fave, their personal pies are the perfect serving for one, their chicken caesar wrap has a ton of chicken and it’s grilled with actual flavor to it & served with fries! Huge fan of this place!

Yelp
Great lunch specials, service with a smile and reasonable prices. Chicken Sorrentino and Eggplant Parm are standouts, and if the Italian Wedding Soup is on the menu, go for it. Puts Progresso to shame. Excellent espresso and crisp, fresh cannoli will end a perfect meal.

Yelp
My wife and I have been from Casa Mia for a while now. Their prices are very reasonable, and the food is delicious. I love that they have small 10 inch pizzas in addition to all the usual sizes. I decided to try the cheese ravioli tonight, and it was so good!

Yelp
Casa Mía can take a lot of places in downtown Little Italy out of business. I'm SO happy my partner picked this place out. From the cleanliness to the decor and staff, I really enjoyed my time here. Whoever owns this place really thought about the ambiance and it's been a long time since I've experienced that so I was blown away. My service pup was warmly welcomed and also felt comfortable which is always a PLUS. The food was OUT of this WORLD. It has become my NYC favorite of Italian food. I recommend anyone in the area to run not walk here! I cannot wait to be back!

Yelp
Ordered delivery and it was fast. The pizza was wonderful NY style and the calzone was perfect. Can't have a calzone with ricotta! Definitely would eat there again if in the location.

Yelp
This place used to be the old Valentino's Restaurant. Decided to stop in with a couple of friends for dinner and I was very happy we did. The service was excellent and there were plenty of things to choose from on their menu. Plenty of appetizers, salads, pastas and meat dishes. They also had an excellent selection of red and white wines. I had the linguini and shrimp and they did it "fra diavlo"and it was terrific! Just the right amount of sauce and spice. Not to mention a garden salad...that was plenty. The waiter made sure our glasses were full and they kept bringing us hot-fresh bread. I'd been back there several times since...and I've never left feeling hungry. Great little place located on the Bronx/Yonkers border. Try it! You won't be disappointed.......

Yelp
This restaurant was referred to me, and they did not disappoint. Honestly there is NOTHING bad I can say about this place .Restaurant is small, but very elegant and cozy. The food was exceptional and our waiter Richie was friendly and attentive. I will definitely be returning to try other items on the menu.

Yelp
First time here and I've found a real gem! Stopped in for lunch. Unbelievable lunch specials including bread, salad, or soup for $12.95! Fresh and quality ingredients well prepared, and with generous portions. Ordered Capricciosa Chicken, which I've not had before, and I would definitely enjoy it again! Very attentive service as well. Large parking lot is an added plus! Looking forward to going back!

Yelp
Amazing authentic Italian food !! My favorite birthday dinner spot!! Service is fast and friendly, amazing cozy and clean restaurant with great music. Huge portions !!

Yelp
Amazing food, great service and the best Sangria around. Chris, Jamie, Francisco and Richie are awesome. Go on Mondays for pasta night, you won't be disappointed!

Yelp
We have been regular customer's at this restaurant for a while now. This evening we were very disappointed. My husband and I had ordered mussels as an appetizer and a burger & fries as our entree to share. The mussels came out cold. We sent them back and they came out with in minutes. They were definitely put into a microwave. We would not accept them. When our entree came out the fries were cold. Sent them back. By the time they came out we were finished with our burger. The Manager never offered us a desert or a drink on them. We paid the full bill. I work in the restaurant industry and felt the manager was very unprofessional and did not follow proper protocol. As a manager, you should always make sure the customer leaves your restaurant happy.

Yelp
The best chicken roll in NY , so delicious and jose the pizza guy in the front is the best .
google avatar

Vicki A.

Yelp
Small place but the portions are HUGE! Excellent value for your money - whether you sit in or dine out. The service is outstanding! Jaime, the manger, was accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend the chicken francese and the homemade sangria! PLEASE do yourself a favor and visit!

Yelp
I just wanted to do an update on the previous review that I added over some time ago. I just want to add that through this time we're in love with the pizza from this place. We always order a cheese pizza to go and it does not dissapoint. The cheese is always fresh and the tomato sauce. I love how the pizza is made thin but it does not taste crusty or burnt. Always to the point.. cheer up guys and keep making delicious pizza!!!

Yelp
Not a fan, and certainly will not be returning. I've lived in the area my whole life and never ordered from them. Call it intuition. I only finally ordered because a friend of a friend recommended them. I got the chicken franchise, baked clams, Cesar salad, bruschetta, crème brûlée, and chocolate mousse cake. I wanted a side of plain linguine for the chicken franchise and they gave me linguine with pasta sauce, so I ended up having to boil my own pasta. Side note: the pasta sauce was not good at all. Taste like low grade, jar pasta sauce compared to the other Italian restaurants I order from. They didn't give me any Caesar dressing for my Caesar salad, so I got lettuce, cheese and croutons. I didn't have any dressing at the house, so that was a waste. Baked clams wasn't bad, and wasn't anything special either. The chocolate mousse was pretty good. My daughters crème brûlée didn't have that hard shell that makes crème brûlée....... Crème brûlée. I gave them 2 stars because the chicken franchise was decent. I was a little sketchy at first because of how the sauce looked.. kinda looked like curry sauce, but it was ok. I didn't get a pic of the bruschetta, but it was the least authentic bruschetta I've had yet. It was literally just tomatoes and onions on bread. NO BASIL! Or garlic. I was shook when I noticed the no basil part. The basil in bruschetta is literally what brings the flavor out. This place is definitely not an authentic Italian spot.

Yelp
Casa Mia is a nice cozy spot that is close to home. I ordered the garlic bread with mozzarella Cheese. It was delicious, crunchy on the top and soft in the middle. I also ordered the linguini with shrimp and it was nicely prepared with plenty of butterflied shrimp. I topped it off with some white wine. This place was clean, the bathroom was clean, the food looked, smelled and taste good. The waitress was very nice and help us choose the perfect wine to go with our pasta. I really wanted to order the pizza pie too but my daughter stopped me. I will be back to try the pizza because it was smelling good too. Overall this is a nice little spot where you can come and relax and enjoy a great meal.

Yelp
Just ordered chicken parm and veal parm dinner. The chicken parm is a very thin piece of chicken cutlet which was tough and rubbery. This is the 2nd time this happens to me. No more!! My husband got the veal and pasta all of which was tough - the veal and the pasta al dente. I threw out the sandwich but my husband got through his dinner. Don't get chicken or veal here. You should be able to bit into chicken parm and it should be smooth. I am upset as I was truly hungry. Goodbye casa Mia

Yelp
Blacks folks be aware! I went in to pick up my order that was sitting on the shelf. The guy ask me to wait a minute to pay, as he was busy. Waited for 2mins, then a white couple comes in after me and they paid and walked out with their order before I could even get mine. I looked at the cashier and asked do I have to be a certain color to be treated fairly??!! No response. No apology! Very clear case of racism!!

Hdhdhdjsnsn N.

Yelp
Very unprofessional. Made us wait 15 minutes for a two pies that we're already ready. On top of that the lady had a terrible attitude as well as the cook. They also saw that I was getting frustrated so they decided to charge us $3 for spice when it's free. Will not be coming back, avoid this place!

Yelp
Casa Mia used to be our go to on Friday nights until Covid hit. We went back late last when Richie was there and a few times early this year. We were surprise to see new staff and no Covid guidelines followed a few times this year. Since then , we have not stayed for dinner and only placed our order for pick up . The most recent one was today , I was right away reminded why I stopped coming to this place . There is two signs posted before you enter the sitting area that clearly states ALL MUST WEAR MASK even the vaccinated . What's comical is that the manger is wearing his mask below his mouth and serving people . As always food is good and will continue to order when possible .
google avatar

Jordan E.

Yelp
Never fails me. They offer wine delivery with a food purchase as well. The owner (or manager?) is always so nice when you call up on the phone. We order everything from entrees to personal pies and it's all consistently good. Sometimes pricer than others but not by much and the quality is good.

Yelp
Fast friendly service--pizzas are good! We've ordered twice and so far so good! Definitely recommended.

Yelp
Totally AMAZING ! We had a birthday party for our grandson, and we had 22 invited guests 19 Adults and 3 children. First time trying Casa Mia, and was little nervous. We ordered Full Tray of Penne in Vodka sauce, Full tray of baked ziti, full tray of sausage & peppers, Full tray of broccoli Garlic & oil, half trays of bacon wrapped shrimp (YUM), buffalo wings, cold antipasto and mozzarella sticks. Everything was ready on time, food was amazing. They totally filled up each tray so you were getting exceptional quantity in all trays! They threw in 10 loafs of Italian bread and utensils. Literally everyone asked where the delicious food came from and all were asking if there was any leftovers to get a take home container. If you are looking to cater an event, I highly recommend Casa Mia and if looking for a fine, excellent restaurant, with excellent food and great service, go to Casa Mia for dinner with your family!

Yelp
Excellent service, staff and great food! The restaurant setting is very nice, the tin roof is old world decor a perfect place for a quiet dinner with really good food.

Yelp
The personal pizza is decent size for $5 for just cheese. BUT!!!! The cashier switches on and off with making the pizzas and handling money! He did not wash his hands while I was there. Disgusting ! I realized this after the fact. Also I wanted to eat it there and I tried to walk to the back of the restaurant and the owner stopped me. He said that was for people only waited on.... and pointed to this small table in the front where everyone orders. Mind you, this is my first time here so I didn't know. After he said that it made me feel super awkward... they weren't even busy. He should've just let me eat my pizza in peace in the back. I didn't want to be waited on anyways. But I obliged and sat there until I decided I wanted to leave after a minute.

shadae h.

Yelp
I called 20 mins in advance because I was rushing a get there he just now making my food and it was cold never again !!!!!!

Walter M.

Yelp
Ordered two personal pizzas for pickup was told 20 min. Get there 20 min no pizzas waiting another 20 min I ask were they are he finds em on a shelf and I get two cold pizzas. Didn't even keep 'em on the oven. Will never order again from them

Fredy R.

Yelp
Family member moved in around the area, we were hungry and i decided to check my maps and luckily i found this spot. At first we didn't think much of it, but once inside we were impressed, not only was the service very good but the food was amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Juan V.

Yelp
I USE to order from this spot... Of course, until I noticed that the two idiots that were making my pizzas first threw them on the counter and then threw a dirty-ass towel (that they literally just used to clean off the counter) RIGHT ON TOP of one of the pizzas! God ONLY knows how many times they used that same towel to clean crap and even their own hands! WTF?!? I asked the guy if that was my order. He said "they are almost ready". Can you believe this slob??? No gloves, no mask and then tossed the towel on the pizza...! Don't order a damn thing from these people as they are a bunch of disgusting slobs and a rude bunch of scum bags. I said hello TWICE to these jerks and they ignored me like I was some moron. You just can't find good and decent help anymore. Shame on Casa Mia for employing these slobs....
google avatar

Jay K.

Yelp
Pizza man's hands? Meet filthy money. Then meet dough, cheese and rag. Nah. I mean HELL to the nah. Get with the program. Plastic gloves, or a dedicated cashier. Next up... when I buy $14 dollars worth of food, and tell you $18.50 is too much, and it couldn't be tax (unless Tax is now 29%)... you say you're F#%*+€ SORRY. Capisce?!? You don't look at me like I've hassled you. Nor do you try to slide past by suggesting "it's not that much more". Onto the actual fare. Inert and drab. A personal pie for $9 that is easily toppled by Stouffer's. I mean that. A Stouffer's French Bread pizza blows this restaurant's personal pie out of the rotunda. Don't waste your time. Go three blocks south, hang a right, and hit Katonah Pizza. The difference is night and day. Tune in next week for another episode of "How Not To Run A Pizzeria".

Yelp
I really like casa Mia ! Me and my boyfriend have been here twice and we're very pleased both times. Tonight we started with the stuffed baked clams as an appetizer which was a special (they always have regular baked clams) the sauce was to die for and we finished an entire extra loaf of bread just for the sauce. Next we had meat lasagna (suggested by the waiter after i asked for something cheesy) very yummy and a good portion. My boyfriend had the lobster raviolis, LOVE the pink sauce. Our waiter was super nice and helpful. Overall a nice date and will he going back:)

Kostas K.

Yelp
Horrible service lots of mistakes...one girl doing telephones clean tables serve .... never again...two tables walked and ordet after us and they got served before us... they ate and the food came.... my food came without linguine and had to go back.....
google avatar

Yelp
Ordered through Seafood Risotto with white sauce on Grubhub. The Risotto was delivered with the wrong sauce so i called back the store. The lady apologized, said that they will remake the order with the right sauce and she requested i send the wrong order back with the driver. Why would they want an order that was sitting in my house for more than 45 mins?? Did they resell that dish ? I worked in a restaurant for over 3 years, if we got the order wrong we NEVER TOOK BACK THE FOOD even if the customer didn't leave the store. yuckk

Yelp
As stated before in a previous review this is my fav local restaurant. I frequent Casa Mia, tonight my experience wasn't so great. Whoever was working tonight (4/24/21) at 8:30pm at the front register/pizza. I ordered a salad & was told to wait 15min. I came back and my salad was already bagged I noticed there was a salad dressing I did not request. So I kindly stated I would like a Cesar dressing instead. The man replied "well next time tell me" with an attitude. So I replied "you never asked what I wanted" he said "when I go to a restaurant I ask". I felt like this was not good service I simply just asked for a different dressing. I was disgusted at his unnecessary demeanor.

Yelp
I am new to this neighborhood and have ordered 3 times from them. The food is delicious and fresh. Love the fried filet and the salads. Haven't tried much from menu. Haven't ask them but, would love if they had low sodium or no sodium special menu. Friendly staff and place is clean. Hopefully when this pandemic is over I can come and have the restaurant experience. Only take out or delivery for now.

Gloria C.

Yelp
I came in at 5:20 pm on a normal Thursday. Placed my order by 5:25. Waited...and waited...and waited for my food. They offered us the check before the food came out. It's now 6:10 and I asked them to wrap my food to because this experience is just absurd. Horrible service. The servers name was Luis. My first and last time comming here.

Elizabeth G.

Yelp
my frustration of staff is a under statement... I ordered Grilled Chicken with roasted peppers lettuce and tomato on a toasted hero ... they can never seem to get it right.... missing the balsamic on the side ... last time they added mozzarella cheese ... . Time before they gave me house vinaigrette... or no tomatoes... I also order chicken finger and fries off there kids menu ... I got over cooked very over cooked almost black chicken ... Please casa Mia your food is good . Your in house service is terrible . And your staff can't take a order ... Check ur order before you leave people I don't ever do this but this really made me crazy

Matthew C.

Yelp
Today is Mother's Day, so I understand there being an influx in business. I called at 5:40pm to place an order, the girl on the phone said 45 minutes for pick up and longer for delivery. We decided to pick up. Upon arrival not one person was Social distanced. There wasn't even a system in place. Instead everyone piled into the entrance and stood on top of each other. On top of that the only people wearing masks/gloves were the servers. Yes, that's right, servers. There was two families sitting inside having dinner As if it was a regular Sunday. They didn't have masks, gloves, nothing. Last time I checked restaurants were only open for take out and curbside pick up. I must've asked three times what the status of my order was before, who I think was the owner or manager, tall, salt & peppered hair man with a silver cross on approached and I had to ask him. He repeated the order to me and said, "I saw that ticket. I don't know where it went though..". I ended up canceling the order. It was chaotic, disorganized and I wasn't the only customer dissatisfied. Don't bite off more than you can chew. Take the phone off the hook, turn Uber eats off and catch up on your orders so you don't become overwhelmed. My mother said she was shocked to hear what was going on because she loves Casa Mia, but from my eyes, it just seemed very chaotic. I hope they figure out a better system.

Yelp
Severelyyyyyyy OVER priced... I paid $25 for literally a pan with a pound of pasta and only 4 shrimp...absolute rip off....I'm only giving two stars because it actually tasted great...not a good value at all!!
google avatar

Diana F.

Yelp
So grateful that this amazing restaurant is close to home :)! Their pastas, appetizers, and pizzas (the broccoli pizza ) are so delicious. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for something to eat. Excellent service and staff!!

Yelp
Consistently great pizza! I order the white pizza every other week on avg. and think it's the best one I've had in the neighborhood hands down. They don't skimp on the ricotta, in fact I'm pretty sure they throw down, going above and beyond. In addition, I order the arugula salad and mozzarella sticks. Both are good compliments and recently they've stepped up their mozz stick game. The breading is not as thick and the cheese is overflowing in every stick. 10/10 would agree these are a surprising upgrade from a company who didn't necessarily have to make the change in the first place. Excuse me while I wrap it up here. I've just talked myself into placing an order.

Rhaneshwaree H.

Yelp
I placed an order during Covid on Uber eats and the delivery was perfect, but when you I got my order I was appalled. The paper bag was wide open and the chicken roll I ordered wasn't even wrapped properly in the foil paper. It was open and exposed. It was such careless packaging! Especially during Covid. You guys need to do better!

Yelp
My first time at Casa Mia, I was pleasantly surprised by the food, atmosphere and service. Jamie was very accommodating and provided fantastic service. Rich and Victoria were very pleasant and helpful as well. Definitely looking forward to our next visit.

Yelp
Got a delivery today and great pizza and zucchini sticks more then enough Please order from them you will not be disappointed

Gina S.

Yelp
Let's start off by saying I ordered take out over the phone I was put on hold for 15 mins , the customer service for take out food was horrible! The veal Parmesan was like rubber it was over done and it wasn't a good quality piece of veal the personal pan pizzas are pretty good and the stracciatella soup is pretty good also.
google avatar

Clari P.

Yelp
Had the meat Lasagne and my DH had the Sirloin Steak with a side of Alfredo Pasta. Steak was decent but hubby regretted not having Lasagne. They make fresh sour dough bread and serve it with the entree! The Tiramisu was good but was a bit icy from the fridge. Overall service was great. Was waited on by Selena who was very helpful and provided us with tips on the menu.
google avatar

Alexandra M.

Yelp
I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana with Penne Pasta. The food and service was amazing. Their new manager Jaime is extremely efficient and time conscious. I ordered takeout and while I was waiting I ordered a glass of homemade Sangria, this Sangria was amazing. I felt completely welcomed and comfortable. I will be back next week for one of their specials. Great atmosphere, even for takeout!
google avatar

Yelp
Meh pizza. Pretty expensive given the quality. Delivery was an hour and a half and food was cold.
google avatar

Meghan S.

Yelp
This place is a hole in the wall in Yonkers. Very easy to miss wedged between the Dunkin and CVS. It was a pleasant surprise. The small pizza was huge, 8 slices. We had a white pizza and it was delicious. They had a decent wine and beer selection. It was also very quiet for a Saturday night, but that was also a pleasant surprise. A rare find in this area, I would definitely return for a nice dinner!

Yelp
Add shrimp to penne vodka $7, there were 3 shrimp!! The pasta fagiole had no broth, it wasn't soup. Just a container packed with beans and pasta. The bruschetta wasn't toasted so it arrived a soggy disgusting mess. Never will order from here again
