Casa Palacio María Luisa

The "Maria Luisa" is a true Five Star hotel. A great location (everything within a ten to fifteen minute walk away), wonderfully appointed rooms, excellent service and attention to detail. The hotel ist just at the edge of the old town with shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. Arrival by car is easy, valet service for parking recommended. Rooms are relatively big, some have balconies overlooking a small, quiet garden. We received a very warm welcome from Borge (if we have the name right) and great tips for both Jerez and Cadiz (only about 25 minutes away by car). If you are looking for relaxed luxury in a small boutique hotel, this is it.

Located very strategically in Jerez, this place is an absolute charm in every way, especially the staff: polite, courteous, friendly, competent. The hotel, if somewhat overdesigned, is beautiful and, what is especially appreciated, quiet. The restaurant of the hotel is also excellent and the service is elegant and efficient. Would return in a heartbeat!

Casa Palacio Maria Luis is absolutely gorgeous and a must stay in Jerez. The hotel is full of art, almost like staying in a cozy and welcoming gallery/ palace. Did they have an actual art exhibit in one of their event rooms. The fragrance of the hotel is stunning, the rooms have the same fragrance (they do sell it so I had to buy some). |The rooms are spacious and beautiful, you have 3 different types of pillows, which I really appreciate since I am a picky sleeper. There is also a lot of closet space, great for people traveling with big pieces of luggage. |Every detail is thought of. Before my arrival the hotel emailed to ask which type of bath products would I prefer, giving me a choice of three brands. Even the lobby guest bathroom, with beautiful bird sounds, art, and even complimentary toothbrushes.|I did order room service, it arrived very fast and food was very good. |After checkout I had to option to wait in one of their many rooms/spaces around the hotel while I waited for my departure time. Their library room had this beautiful fake fire place, you will have to look at my video because I cant describe the material it was made of but I was gorgeous.|They do have a terrace with pool and a gym. I did not make use of it, but it’s there.|Location 10/10. |Room comfort, cleanliness and size 10/10.|Staff: friendly and helpful 10/10.|Amenities: full amenities in room, very comfortable bathrobe and sleepers. 10/10

What an exceptional hotel. Fantastic location, amazing service with polite and helpful staff. Everything was perfect, breakfast, dinner in T22, comfortable bed and well appointed room. Faultless. We highly recommend.

This is a fabulous boutique hotel. Bright sunny rooms; walkable to everything in old city and activities. No car is needed. Staff is great. Would stay there again. One of my favorite hotels during a month long stay in Spain.

We loved this hotel and Jerez is a great city to visit - charming, lively, historic and not too overrun with visitors.||Casa Palacio María Luisa is located in the heart of Jerez de la Frontera, a 5-star gem that combines luxury with historic charm. The decor features elegant touches and classic Spanish flair, creating a peaceful yet sophisticated ambience. There's also an outdoor pool, fitness centre, and lovely restaurant, which we dined in once and it was excellent if rather quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast which is served off a menu rather than a buffet which made a nice change. Large elegant room and the surprise of a teddy bear on the bed one night when we got back delighted my wife. Friendly, helpful staff.||The outdoor bar and garden is lovely too and a perfect place to relax in with a wine or chilled sherry after a busy day - and we took full advantage

This is a superb hotel . The staff and service are first class . We arrived frazzled having had a tyre blow out in narrow streets - the front of house team immediately sprang into action - came with us to the car ,arranged the tow truck and the replacement hire ! When we left they had packed. The car with our luggage and brought it to the hotel ! Fantastic - the hotel itself is gorgeous , beautiful wallpaper - garden bar and barman excellent - and the small roof top pool was an oasis when the temperature hit over 40degrees ! A perfect spot in a lively town

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Excellent friendly staff, beautifully renovated and with a great restaurant. Lovely room.
