We were so pleased that we chose to stay at this fabulous hotel. From the warmest of welcomes by the lovely Reception Staff to the very end of our three day stay. It is an immaculately clean environment, beautifully decorated and everything is and felt truly luxurious. We slept so well in the most comfortable bed in our spacious room.|It is well located in Jerez. The Reception ladies efficiently organised tickets a Sherry Tasting at Bodegas Tradicion and also the Spanish Riding School for us. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and they were willing to help or advise and always with a cheerful smile.|We will return as soon as we can. Thank you to everyone we met during our brief stay.

Our stay here was as close to perfection as we could have hoped for. Check-in was efficient, warm, and welcoming, and the reception staff continued to provide wonderful service throughout our visit. The public areas of the hotel are lovely, and our junior suite was spacious, well appointed, and extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the lovely terrace bar for drinks and coffee every afternoon. Valet parking was handled smoothly and efficiently throughout our stay. When we checked out our car was waiting for us at the curb even though we didn't call ahead to let them know we were leaving! I would never consider staying anywhere else while visiting Jerez de la Frontera.

Check in staff, excellent|Hotel was immaculately presented.|Our room was probably the best basic room we’ve ever had. Terrace, massive bathroom, super comfy bed which was also absolutely massive.|Breakfast was not however up to our expectations. It’s all table service and some days they forgot certain elements. Would be better as a buffet setup where you can help yourselves to cold foods and they just bring coffees and eggs etc. Cannot knock it a star though because overall it exceeded our expectations.

A truly remarkable experience at this hotel. Was able to check in early on a rainy day, which was a great start. Staff extremely capable and willing to help in every way possible without being pretentious or intrusive. Was given excellent recommendations for parking and restaurants in nearby Cadiz. Room: Spacious, comfortable, with all the amenities of the highest quality. Turn down service with a little treat every night. Fantastic! Breakfast served with a flair including eggs made to order as well as all the Spanish delights. The building itself is a beauty. Don't forget the bar and common spaces to relax and enjoy. Again, the staff are excellent in every way. I hope to return someday soon!

Lovely stay for 3 nights. The hotel is charming, luxurious and friendly. It is centrally located, near to the main sights of Jerez. Access by car is difficult, with roadworks in front of the hotel. We parked about 200m away in public parking, which cost €8 per day.

This small ex-palacio is a jewel in the middle of the old city of Jerez. Immediately as you step into the beautiful marble lobby and when you are welcomed by the lovely reception personnel we felt, that we had chosen the right hotel out of many available.||We had boked a Junior suite which was absolutely gorgeous. The white and black marble bathroom was very tasteful. The breakfast room and the open air bar was also elegant. Highly recommended for discerning persons.

Right in the heart of Jerez but not on a busy street. Unbelievably beautiful restored palace building. Lovely old-school, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Fantastic rooms and bathrooms. Lovely restaurant next door. Very good value indeed. Highly recommended.

Fabulous and stunning from the minute you arrive. Met as we drove up by the concierge who took our car full of luggage to our room and storage. Extremely friendly pair of receptionists explained everything we needed to know. Fabulously decorated and furnished deluxe room with complimentary Sherry. We didn’t eat as arranged to meet friends in centre of city but menu looked wonderful. Loved our stay, welcomed the valet parking and thoroughly enjoyed the location.
