The Puerto Vallarta outpost of this Mexican mini-chain is in the Marina Vallarta area, where the yachts are big and neighboring resorts come with dress codes and five-digit price tags. Itlookslike a classic fancy steakhouse, and they even wheel out a tray of raw chops for you to ogle before choosing your dinner. Despite the red meat presentation, seafood is what shines. The sea bass tiradito is bright and balanced, and the grilled octopus doused in citrusy ponzu is soft enough to cut with a butter knife. Amazing steak dinner in Puerto Vallarta! New York Strip was cooked medium rare to perfection. If you order a cocktail, go for the double, trust me. Lively, music-filled ambiance is great for families and groups.

This is the place to celebrate, dine and enjoy PV's best! From the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome, comfortable and at home. The Staff were so attentive, so pleasant, kind & helpful! The food was honestly some of the best we've ever had! The flavors & the portion sizes were incredible! I'd recommend making a reservation but not necessary, I'd also recommend dressing up a bit. Not that either were an issue, we walked in without a reservation in street clothes but this place deserves some class. Truly I would rate our complete experience a 20/10! We will definitely be back for more!

Super friendly staff. Very accommodating and perceptive to our needs. We had the iceberg salad which was delicious and a good starter. My wife ordered the mushroom tacos that had a distinct flavor and I got the New York strips (medium rare), served cut and spiced perfectly. Both entrees topped with truffle fries. Finished with the pistachios vanilla ice cream. Perfect dinner!

Amazing food and service! Thank you to the entire team, manager, and chefs for a wonderful experience. This is a highlight of our trip to Mexico. The food was top-notch, great wine list and drink menu. Everyone was very attentive and kind. We especially appreciate how careful they were to take care of food allergy needs. It was very impressive and I will recommend to anyone who has severe food allergies. FIVE STARS!

I had an outstanding dining experience at Casa Prime in Puerto Vallarta! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. Our servers, Carlos Encizo and Jorge, provided exceptional service, making us feel truly special throughout our meal. We began with the Filet Prime and Ribeye Prime, both cooked to perfection and incredibly flavorful. The accompanying beans were a delightful addition, and the variety of salsas offered a perfect kick that enhanced the dishes beautifully. To complement our meal, we enjoyed some delicious cocktails that were creatively crafted and refreshing. For dessert, we couldn't resist the ice cream, which was the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic evening. I highly recommend Casa Prime for an unforgettable dining experience.
