Do yourself a favor, eat at this restaurant. We are just finishing up a 2 week trip in Italy, eating at a long list of Michelin suggested restaurants and one place with a Michelin star. This is the best meal I had, a perfect seafood tasting menu. Perfect service. Perfect wine pairings. It is easily one of my favorite restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Very accommodating, not everyone had to order a tasting menu, and they timed all the dishes perfectly. I can’t say enough good things. The prices were also really fair, I believe around 70 euro for the tasting menu. It was better than the 200 euro menu I had a few days later. Completely worth the 15-20 minute taxi ride from Salerno. Always love supporting a family business. Thank you Casa Rispoli for such a great meal.

We decided to have a birthday lunch at Casa Respoli and weren’t disappointment. The food was amazing, and the service was beyond all levels. We wanted to try one of the tasting menus, but couldn’t pick which one (fish or no fish). However, the owner helped us to combine a perfect five dish menu of our choose. Our favorites where the first dish with shrimps, the second dish (pasta) with shrimp and the long cooked pork. The wine (also picked by the owner) complemented all dishes in a perfect way! Don’t hesitate to try this place.

Very kind owner (and staff) who speaks good English. Menu in English. Good and tasteful food which is nicely being served. No tourist menu but high performance kitchen. Very reasonable prices: 3 menu course with 2 bottles of water, 1 beer and 1 wine and 2 expresso: €85. I would recommend this to anyone who want to have a good diner with friendly staff.

Casa Rispoli is the go to restaurant when in Cava De Tirreni. The staff is friendly, young, outstanding and most of all prepared. The location is very convenient as it is close to a parking and right at the entrance of the town. All the meals are not only perfectly cooked but also personalized if requested. Top notch seasoning and finally each plate staging is worth a picture to share on social media. Special thanks to Vincenzo (one of the three owners) that brings a revolutionary innovation in the business of the surroundings.
