"At this Asian-Latin restaurant in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, a dish of  Korean beef barbecue and kimchi fried rice comes with mushrooms, shallots, and white cheese. In contrast, Korean steak is paired with chimichurri, jasmine rice, and maduros. The must-try Korean barbecue bulgogi is served with kimchi apples and Korean gochujang sauce. Sleek without being imposing, Casa Sensei makes the meal even more memorable with a picturesque canal-side patio with live music and gondola dinner tours." - Juliana Accioly

Google
I had the octopus 🐙 & veggies, also the Sensei Special Fried Rice and the octopus is a 7 out of 10 flavorful dish, and the Sensei Special Fried Rice is a 8 out of 10. Our waitress was missing in action a bit hard to find for refills but it was not a horrible experience overall. Now to the good part if you want to impress a date as far as ambiance goes this is a 9 out of 10, I recommend outside on a cool night that overlooks the river inlet or the semi balcony view very romantic! But inside is also a nice Asian feel putting you between a thai and Hong Kong feel. I will definitely come back and review more of there dishes price range $20-40 per dish. The virgin Mojito was nice also.

Google
I want to thank Joesph our server for making the experience great. He had great suggestions on the menu that were spot on. Also the food came out lot faster than expected. The support has lot to do with that I’m assuming. Now the food is amazing. Very flavorful. Never thought to use any additional sauces or dips. We wanted to try so much so we stuck with the small plate option. Definitely place we need to go back to. Still so much to try.

Google
The meal starts with a kimchi butter popcorn which was interesting and not really explained until we asked what it was. It was tasty but not very reminiscent of any kimchi. We then ordered sushi rolls and a bottle of wine which were very tasty. We did have to flag down 3 different people for soy sauce and napkins which was really annoying that these weren’t things that came out already and we had a tough time getting our server. Otherwise, the food was good but the meal ended with a massive wad of cotton candy? We saw other tables served this while we were there and thought it was odd they would order that. Nope. It comes with your meal.. of sushi? Mind you we’re in Fort Lauderdale and it was 88 degrees. The cotton candy QUICKLY started melting and making a mess all over the table. The redeeming quality is the environment and the sushi was quite good. Would probably not return.

Google
We had an amazing dinner at Casa Sensei. Our server Christopher was sooooo GOOD! He went over the menu with us and gave us great recommendations for our first time. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection. The fried rice was so good and the drunken roll were great (I should have ordered 2)

Google
Nice ambiance sitting outside by the canal. Phenomenal octopus, best I’ve ever had. Enjoyed the dumplings and the crispy tuna rice. If you like truffle oil - try the Truffle Butter Crunch roll, very unique. Personable server helped with recommendations. Excellent meal and would gladly return.

Google
The food is good but the experience is better. Every server I’ve had here has been great, and it’s always such an enjoyable time. I heavily recommend the sticky ribs, and saving room for desert because the lava cake is so good but very rich. Not a place I’d frequent because it is pricey but I think it’s a really cool experience and they have a lot of interesting food so if you want to try something new, check it out!

Google
This is my second time eating with my family at this restaurant and we were all pleasantly pleased! Our server Christian did an amazing job taking care of everyone at the table. My family and I will definitely return.

Google
Lovely Restaurant! If you get there right before sunset outdoors is perfect, not too hot just the right temperature (given the day and your own personal preference of course) inside is equally as lovely. Chicken Boa Buns and Crispy Samurai Roll was 10/10.

Yelp
Unbelievable. Simply unbelievable. Casa Sensei isn't just a restaurant--it's a whole experience. Nestled along Las Olas with waterfront views that make you question why you ever eat indoors, this place takes Pan-Asian and Latin fusion to another level. Let's talk sushi. The Billionaire Roll--because why settle for ordinary when you can eat like a Fortune 500 CEO?--is packed with king crab, wagyu beef, truffle butter, caviar, and a dusting of gold leaf just in case you forgot how fancy you are. It's rich, indulgent, and so good you might start checking your bank account to see if you can order a second. But for those who prefer their sushi without an investment portfolio, Casa Sensei has a deep lineup of creative rolls that bring fresh flavors, bold Latin twists, and just the right amount of flair to the table. And for the steak lovers? Enter the Wagyu New York Strip--a showstopper that melts in your mouth like it was designed to ruin all other steaks for you. Juicy, perfectly marbled, and seared to perfection, this dish proves that Casa Sensei isn't just about sushi--it's about serving luxury on a plate, no matter what you order. The Service: Michelin-Star Level Hospitality (Without the Pretense) But here's the real secret ingredient: the service. The staff at Casa Sensei don't just take orders--they curate your experience. They guide you through the menu with a level of enthusiasm that makes you feel like you're about to discover something life-changing (spoiler: you are). Need help navigating the impressive lineup of sushi, steak, and Latin-Asian fusion? They've got you. Want a cocktail pairing that makes your meal sing? Done. Looking for a customized recommendation based on what you didn't even know you wanted? They'll nail it. And it's not just about knowledge--it's about making you feel like the most important person in the room. Whether it's the subtle table touches, genuine enthusiasm, or the way they make even the simplest request feel like a VIP moment, the service here is next level. The kind of hospitality that makes you want to tip extra, not just because they earned it, but because you genuinely want to. The Verdict? Start Making Reservations Now. Casa Sensei isn't just a meal--it's an experience that raises the bar on dining. The food? Flawless. The service? Impeccable. The setting? Almost unfairly good. You don't just leave satisfied--you leave raving, already plotting your next visit. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you.

Yelp
I recently celebrated New Year's Eve at Casa Sensei in Fort Lauderdale, and it was truly a fantastic experience! Despite the large crowd, the staff did an incredible job accommodating everyone, ensuring that the atmosphere remained lively yet comfortable. The dinner menu was a highlight of the evening. I can't recommend the Mongolian beef enough--it was perfectly tender and bursting with flavor. The blue crab Rangoons were equally impressive, with just the right amount of creaminess and a crispy exterior that made them irresistible. Our waiter, Wern, was simply outstanding. He was attentive, friendly, and really enhanced our dining experience with his recommendations and made our evening an enjoyable one. Overall, Casa Sensei made our New Year's Eve memorable with delicious food and excellent service. I can't wait to return!

Yelp
Very nice ambiance here. We sat outside on a beautiful night the evening we visited. The floors were a bit slick, so be careful walking through. I am not sure if it is the floor surface or grease from the kitchen, but watch your step, especially the ladies in heels. Our server was great, polite, responsive and seemed to really know his stuff. We noticed a group getting on a cute gondola boat and their food coming out to be served as they were wisked off on a water cruise. What an innovative idea! I would enjoy coming back to try this option, but I think it is more of a group activity than a date night option. We ordered a few appitizers and sushi rolls. The food comes out as it is ready, so be prepared for a mish mosh of when you will get what dishes. We got the tofu bao buns, they were good, but not consistent in the cuts/sizes of the tofu pieces inside. One of them was a good size, the other bun had too much tofu on it. The edemame was not good at all. I know other reviewers like this dish, so maybe it was just an off night, but they were mushy, too greasy and not edible. We could not eat them. Our three sushi rolls were all good, veggie for me and salmon and tuna for my dinner companion. Would definately return and sit outside again if the weather is good.

Yelp
Our night here was phenomenal! Our server, Christian, went above and beyond providing great service. We were seated promptly at our reservation time and our food came out quickly. I was extra-appreciative of Christian letting us know that our food would be coming out as soon as it was prepared in the kitchen instead of waiting for everything to be ready - nice touch of setting expectations for us. We enjoyed our food and drinks and of course the kimchi-squid popcorn and cotton candy at the end of the night. As busy as it was, we did not feel rushed whatsoever and were pleased with everything about the night! We look forward to coming back for our next special evening!

Yelp
Can you hear to celebrate my friend's birthday? Always wanted to check out this place and finally have opportunity to do so. We made reservation online at OpenTable app. Want to sit outside to enjoy the beautiful weather was hot or humid. It was nice and chilly. The food was delicious. The portions was decent. Size ambience was very nice and romantic.

Yelp
Amazing! Can't go wrong with anything on the menu! We made a reservation for 8 and they were great and attentive. The ac wasn't working when we went, so they had a large fan in the front of the restaurant near the bar. I sat at the bar while I waited for the rest of my party to arrive. They have a number of specialty cocktails and sake. We were seated in a somewhat private room in the back which was perfect for our group. We never felt forgotten. They placed a fan in the room as well to keep us cool. We ordered sushi, ribs, octopus (highly recommended), crab Rangoon ( which had a good deal of crab inside. Normally it's just a lot of cream cheese), empanadas, and the sweet and sour chicken. Everything tasted fresh. My mouth is still watering from the crab. It was my friend's birthday. They surprised her with a vanilla cupcake which was delicious. We opted not to get the cotton candy but several tables ordered it. Next time for sure!

Yelp
We went here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. We opted to eat inside, with a view of the canal. The decor is very modern and chic and the place is very clean. From start to finish, service was exceptional. (We had a great server, Elizabeth, and a manager who kept checking to make sure everything was satisfactory.) We had the charred octopus, the Korean kimchi fried rice, and the Mongolian duck. The charred octopus was our favorite. It was moist and melted in our mouths. We loved the accompanying pieces of mango and papaya. The Korean kimchi fried rice was really good but a tad salty. A little less salt and it would have been perfect. The duck skin was very crispy (as it should be), but in making the skin crispy, the meat was a bit dry and the dish did not come with enough duck sauce to help moisten the dry meat. We tried the chocolate lava cake for dessert and we weren't too impressed with it. We especially liked the touches of the popcorn with spicy sauce as a complimentary opening snack and were very surprised at the cotton candy that came with the bill. I haven't had cotton candy in about three decades. It was a treat. The bill---which included one small plate, two large plates, a dessert, tax, and tip---was about $128.

Yelp
If you're looking for a romantic date or a cute place to meet with friends and family this is the spot. Make sure to check for street parking before parking in the garage next door. The parking garage is 20 dollars. You can find cheaper parking on the street. There's inside and outside seating for this restaurant. Outside seating gets booked fast! So reservations are highly required. You can also book a gondola ride on water. Outside seating does have heaters and water view. Inside, is just as nice and gets really busy too. The food is delicious and service is fantastic.

Yelp
This is a great spot for date night, girls night, or family. We enjoyed the outdoor seating with a nice modern ambience. Our server was extremely friendly and helpful with recommending great meal choices. The food was delicious with beautiful fresh presentations. They even give you complimentary cotton candy at the end of your meal which was definitely a plus. This restaurant is a must try! You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
Casa Sensei has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants in the area. We've been twice, and both experiences have been fantastic! I recommend making reservations, especially on weekends, as the place fills up quickly. The first time, I had the Pad Thai with chicken ($26), and the second time, I tried the Pad Kee Mao with chicken ($26). Both dishes were delicious and perfectly cooked. I also couldn't resist ordering the Thaitini ($14) both times -- it's that good! The prices are reasonable given the quality of food, the amazing service, ambiance, and prime location. Just keep in mind, the food comes out as it's made, so I got mine about 15 minutes before my husband. It wasn't an issue for us, but it's something to consider. Whether you're taking an Uber or paying for parking (unless you live on the Las Olas strip), it's worth the visit. Overall, Casa Sensei is top-tier, and we'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Casa Sensei is a great spot with a nice vibe and a beautiful view of the water. The sushi roll I had was really fresh and flavorful--definitely a highlight of the meal. The ribs were unique and tasty, though they were a bit fatty for my taste. I loved eating by the water, which made the whole experience feel more relaxed and enjoyable. The service was friendly and attentive, which always makes a difference. It's a pretty chill place where you can take your time and enjoy the meal. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely come back to try more dishes. Highly recommend if you're in the area and looking for a good spot to eat.

Yelp
Amazing vibes, right on the water and seeing the gondolas come and go every 90 mins. Our server was very knowledgeable and he recommended us to get the charred octopus to start with and that was the best recommendation. We also ordered blue crab Rangoon and ordered 3 sushi plates. One we shared that we didn't like but the ones that we ordered for ourselves that were so good! We will be back for sure and will definitely try the gondolas!

Yelp
Service, food and ambience here deserve 5 stars. I made reservations a day prior and we were seated as soon as we arrived. Shoutout to Kimberly she was amazing and took care of all 8 of us. We ordered everything from the duck, ahi ceviche, poke bowl, truffle butter crunch, Mongolian beef, salmon tataki, charred octopus and Bao bun pork belly. All of the food were seasoned well and textures were on point. The Mongolian beef was tender, duck had a nice crispy texture and the poke bowls are a must. The fish was really fresh and the octopus was so good we almost ordered more. The ambience here is really nice. High ceilings with comfy leather seats and views of the water. There's a backdrop with a neon omakase sign. The menu is very extensive. You get a nice mix of pan Asian, Japanese and Latin mix. I loved the combination of flavors and the mix in cuisine. Highly recommend coming here if you want to try different fusion dishes. Thank you again to the team for making our experience and our friends birthday memorable. Parking in the garage is $10 an hour and if you park on the street it's a little bit cheaper.

Yelp
Carlos was an amazing server! Our group of 8 had an enjoyable meal and he made sure everyone was happy with their meal. He also made meal suggestions we were happy with.

Yelp
The food and service was absolutely amazing. They took order immediately and the food came out rather quickly. They have this kimchi popcorn they serve while you wait and wow, it is an entire party for your taste buds. The pad thai and pad kee mow portions were huge. Had leftovers for days. The flavors were all excellent and the ambiance of this place is nice. My first time here and will definitely be a regular!

Yelp
Came here for the first time last night and the food was phenomenal! Pictured: Lamb chops, Korean chimichurri, Wagyu Yuke and yuzu sake (super delicious) All the food came out piping hot which is my favorite temperature! We also ordered the beef empanadas that had good flavor, they were mini like dumpling size Service was a little slow due to it being super busy but tolerable Environment was very loud and Fort Lauderdale like.
google avatar

Peter H.

Yelp
Casa Sensei was amazing. It didn't look like much from the street. But we sat outside near the canal and the ambiance was great. Our server Francisco was attentive but not intrusive. We ordered the pork belly bao buns and Hawaiian seared tuna. They come out as ready. The Tuna was perfectly seared and served with mashed potatoes and Bok Choy. We thought this was great. But the pork belly bao buns were insane. An explosion of flavors. The best we've ever had. My partner described them as "Bao Bunto die for. And she knows food. Try Casa Sensei. Great place. We will be back. .

Yelp
I came to Casa Sensei this Sunday because I heard they have an excellent brunch. I couldn't agree more. I requested to sit outside by the water, and the views were breathtaking, especially on a gorgeous day outside. They have umbrellas at the tables and rotating fans to keep you cool. My server Kim was absolutely the best. Engaging, knowledgeable, and very attentive. The complimentary Kimchi butter popcorn was something I never even thought of before but will definitely try to replicate it at home. For drinks, I ordered the spicyamgo margarita. The first sip the spiciness hits, and then comes the sweetness of mango. Just perfect. My eyes lit up when I saw the plate of Togarashi fried chicken and waffles. The uniqueness of the plate and the size of the food was something else. The waffles and chicken were crispy to beyond perfection, and I loved how tender the chicken was with the seasoning under the skin and on top of the meat. I can only imagine their other items are, as I look forward to visiting again.

Yelp
The food was fantastic. Large portion so she if you're not very hungry. The service was excellent and the restaurant was super clean. Highly recommend sit outside if it's not too hot.

Yelp
Came here for the first time and it is going to be added to the annual rotation! Food was to die for! Ambiance was okay, restaurant is a bit small and tight quartered, but absolutely worth it for the meal. My group ordered family style so we could try as many things as possible. Here was our order: Apps: Charred Octopus, General Tso's Chicken Bites, Blue Crab Rangoon, Eye of the Tiger Roll, Shrimp Shumai, Pork Dumplings Entrees: Korean BBQ Beef and Kimchi Fried Rice, Casa Cauliflower and Broccoli, Waygu NY Strip Nothing was disappointing, everything was TRULY delicious, but the stars of the meal were by far the Octopus, the Chicken Bites, the Fried Rice and the Waygu Strip. I order Octopus on every menu I see and this was top three by far, if not the BEST octopus I have ever had. You get two huge, meaty pieces that are cooked for absolute perfection. Juicy yet charred. I would go back for the Octopus alone. The service was a bit slow, but again, not bad enough to prevent me from going back. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Beautiful location on the canal. Quick service and delicious food. We loved skinny Jimmy and crunchy butter truffle rolls. Complimentary cotton candy was a great bonus too.

Yelp
We went at 5:30PM on a weekday and had a reservation for outdoor seating. We were promptly seated. Our server brought us popcorn drizzled with kimchi oil. So delicious. We ordered appetizers off the HH menu that is offered until 6pm. It was fun to try various foods. We also ordered the Korean BBQ Fried Rice. It's a huge portion and comes with large chunks of meat. Everything was delicious and our server took good care of us. The night ended with complimentary cotton candy. There is metered street parking nearby. Reservations are accepted. There is a bar inside.

Yelp
Recently had dinner with some long time friends at Casa Sensei before a night out on Las Olas. Location is very accessible, and wait time was minimal with reservation. We ate in the private dining space that accommodates 6-8 people with views of the water. The menu had plenty of options, and everyone liked the food & drinks. The staff was friendly and the service was good. I plan to return in the future for outside seating and water views.
google avatar

Yelp
Food and service were pretty good. Had a table in the patio which made it better. Decided to try their sushi. I was really impressed. Presentation is impressive. I've seen a few items go past our table was wowed. I don't usually like fried or tempura rolls but this one was good. I forgot the name. They also passed the California roll test. Our server even brought us extra spicy mayo and eel sauce. For dessert they brought us out cotton candy too. Our table was wowed because we haven't had cotton candy in so long. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the fajitas that my friend ordered. The sauce was a little salty on the meat and it was more of an Asian fusion that I thought could improve. I liked this place and would definitely come back to try more of the sushi.
google avatar

Yelp
I had such an amazing time I did not get to photo the rest of our meals. We had the Korean steak and fried rice , some with scallops or shrimp. All amazing choices. The fried rice isn't the typical fried rice we're used to ordering but still complemented the dish. We had the Blue Crab Rangoon , the Hot mess Rolls and Pork Dumplings. The bourbon pear drink and spicy dragon margarita were amazing. The ambiance was beautiful (I think they forced tables to fit but lucky we were outside by the water). I cannot shout out our server Vincent. He was very knowledgable about the menu and had great suggestions. He had us laughing the whole night and very attentive along with Trinity. Thank you Casa Sensei for the amazing experience !

Yelp
Service: 5 Popcorn delivered with a butter and kimche sauce: 5+ surprisingly delightful. Buttery with a nice PUNCH Drink. We got an ocean breeze punch. 5 Got pork dumplings: 5 super delicious Reason for overall 4? No air conditioning.

Yelp
Food is exceptional.... The lamb chops better than any Greek restaurant in Broward county. The chimy churey steak wow !!! The bad is, 3 times in a row our reservations were not honored by over 30 minutes each time. Why bother making a reservation if they can't get their timing correct. The general Manager should step up to plate here.

Tatiana F.

Yelp
Came for a girls night out on a Saturday evening, the ambiance is lovely! We were seated outside. We had a reservation for 8:45P, checked in around 8:50PM but weren't seated until 9:30P (there were several other parties with reservations still waiting for extended periods of time!). The appetizers were fantastic (we had the tostones, tuna tataki and the crispy tuna). The cocktails were not our favorite (lycheetini and thaitini). The biggest disappointment of the night was the sushi (I have unfortunately had hospital sushi and mall sushi that tasted better). The rolls were incredibly small, the fish did not taste fresh AT all, and several of us were a little nauseated by it. Couldn't finish more than 1-3/8 pieces each. The manager was pretty understanding and refunded based on what we ate which was appreciated! Overall ambiance and apps and strong (maybe paired with some sake/wine). I have heard good things about the cooked entrees and they are obviously busy for a reason so I would try another visit with that in mind. :)

Yelp
This is one of my favorite restaurants and it never disappoints. From the e kimchi popcorn free appetizer to all of the amazing dishes and the ending cotton candy, I always look forward to coming back.

Yelp
Lovely restaurant with a great ambiance. Our server, Mark, went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. He prepared a special honey mustard sauce for my daughter's chicken fingers, so thoughtful! Thanks Mark and Casa Sensei for a great evening!

Yelp
Right in the heart of Las Olas, this restaurant is a vibe all its own, blending a chic, cool interior with breathtaking waterfront views. I loved the outdoor area, perfect at sunset time and watching the boats go by. The menu is a feast of options, starting with playful popcorn and ending with whimsical cotton candy. I am a picky eater and had multiple options I would order. We started with the general Tao chicken bites which were awesome, then the tuna tower and Mongolian beef (upgraded to fried rice) all were fantastic. Everything we ordered exceeded our expectations. Service here is top-notch--attentive and perfectly paced, ensuring a great experience! We can't wait to return!

Yelp
Just love this beautiful place. The ambiance, food, drinks and service are the best. Thank you Dani for all your recommendations and pristine service. You and the other amazing servers were great. I had a nice bday dinner.

Yelp
Went here with my good childhood friend as a send off dinner before she left for Europe. It was a beautiful view of intercostal, and we got lucky enough to sit out. I'm pretty sure they have a circus theme going on because they bring you peanuts to start and cotton candy at the end (pretty random), but not going to complain because I love cotton candy. Our waiter was very attentive to us, and the sushi was good. I got the truffle one and it was such a cool combo! Overall good vibes and food, but a little pricey.

Yelp
This is truly my happy place when down in south Florida ! The food , the ambiance and service is always impeccable ! And hello the serve cotton candy !!! Can it get any better ? Nope because they have it all . They even have private gondolas for rent for a romantic cruise while enjoying dinner .

Yelp
This was my first time at this place, and we had an outstanding experience. Mark was an excellent server and very on top of things. Everything we tried was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect for a warm summer night. We were able to snag a table overlooking the canal, and the views of the gondolas going by was an added bonus. I would highly recommend asking for Mark!

Yelp
We had sushi for two and it was very delicious. Presentation was great. Our server Mark was wonderful! So helpful and professional. We really enjoyed meeting him.

Yelp
Came here to celebrate my birthday with some friends! Even though we had a reservation, we had to wait about 15-20 minutes and the area to wait in is very small and cramped. We did get a big table eventually and the place was pretty cool. The menu was large and we were able to get our drinks and food pretty quick. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food and the experience as a whole!

Yelp
We came on a Friday night during happy hour and sat outside, when the waitress informed us that happy hour was only available at the bar or inside they graciously moved us inside. At first it took a while for someone to come to our table but once they did - he was amazing. Parker was our server and he was extremely personable, gave great drink and food recommendations and even pulled out all the stops when we asked for a photo of the group. As for the food, the deals on the happy hour are great - we ordered several options and shared as a group and they were large enough to get everyone full. The General Tso chicken bites was my favorite. The drinks are not as discounted they are pricey but they are delicious and they also have a great variety of Japanese sake. My only recommendation is that instead of whipped cream for the chocolate molten cake they should do ice cream! When we left, it was PACKED so be sure to make a reservation beforehand but I highly recommend coming!

Yelp
A friend recommended Casa Sensei, and our experience surpassed all expectations. The restaurant's Pan Asian and Latin Fusion-inspired cuisine combined with breathtaking water views created a delightful ambiance. Despite our party of 14, I was initially concerned about accommodation, but Marc, the manager, went above and beyond to secure a reservation for our large group. Our dining experience was elevated by the impeccable service of Sandy, our server, who was not only attentive but also remarkably friendly. The drinks were a delightful start to the evening, and the timing of the food's arrival allowed us to savor each dish as it was freshly prepared. The diverse array of dishes our table indulged in showcased the culinary excellence of Casa Sensei. From General Tsao's Chicken Bites to the delightful Casa Calamari, Blue Crab Rangoon, Kung Fu Lomein, Sensei Special Fried Rice, Picanha a la Parilla, Mongolian Duck, Cashew Chicken, Hot Mess, Rainbow Roll, Crispy Samurai, to Sumo Salmon--every item was a mouthwatering delight. Our collective dining experience was nothing short of exceptional, and the prospect of returning for more culinary delights is undoubtedly on the horizon. Casa Sensei has undoubtedly earned a spot on our list of go-to dining establishments.

Yelp
I previously was not a fan of this place after 3 visits. This was my first time back in a year and it was pretty good this time. First and foremost our server Mark C. was fantastic - quick, followed up often, and was personable. Food was good, not outstanding. Would recommend - Hamachi Jalepeno & truffle butter crunch roll, both great! We also got the el diablo (very spicy but that all it is lol) and crab rangoons are okay (sauce is not good that comes with it) Vibes are always nice outside

Yelp
My daughter lives in Ft Lauderdale and she always wanted to try this restaurant. I read the glowing reviews and I said let's go. There is indoor and waterfront dining. It was dark but they also offered boat dining. Service was excellent but near the end of the dinner I felt rushed. The food was average. I ordered the beef pad Thai and it was very saucy. I never had so much sauce in pad Thai. My daughter had the tiger of eye sushi roll. It appears the roll was premade. The rice was cold and hard. It was like I purchased it in Costco. The pork belly bao buns. Saucy pork belly on a split open bun. I wonder does people here in Ft. Lauderdale know what good Asian fusion is?

Yelp
We recently dined at Casa Sensei and had an outstanding experience, largely thanks to our waiter, Alex. His exceptional service, friendly demeanor, and thoughtful recommendations truly enhanced our dining experience. The worst bite of the night was the free popcorn they serve that was super soggy and flavor was off, but besides that each dish was better than the next. The highlight being the Mongolian duck - served with sauce on the side thanks to Alex's recommendation! This kept the duck super crispy and flavorful. It was plenty enough to share for two. Our favorite sushi roll was definitely the Sumo Salmon. It was soooo good. The torched salmon on top added a great flavor profile to the raw roll. Great spot if you're in town!

Yelp
It was fine. We sat outside and the ambiance was great. The chino sticky ribs small plate was really good. That was the only thing that we got that's worth mentioning. We got the pork dumplings and they got cold super fast and the dough was really thick and hard. The pad Thai was probably the worst pad Thai we've ever had. It was super sweet, but also grainy. I liked the miso soup, my husband didn't. There's A LOT of greens in it. So don't think of it as your typical miso soup. The service was good but we realized today that we ordered a blue crab Rangoon and never got it, and I'm pretty sure we paid for it. Ummmm, yea. Nothing to write home about but probably a cool place to grab a drink and a small plate.

Yelp
What an amazing experience. We did the omakasa experience, and it did not disappoint. The service was great the chefs were great, nothing went wrong. Every single dish brought out was prepped perfectly. Nothing needed to be added. The feel of this place is very comfortable and clean. I cannot wait to come back to hopefully try the wagyu experience. Thank you for an amazing dinner!

Yelp
First timers and can't see myself returning. It's a beautiful location inside and out. The staff was so friendly but the food and drinks were disappointing to say the least. The food quality for a place offering omakase was not there to return.
