Casa Toscana Zero Irving

High quality food and service. I usually order from the midtown location, but I just tried out the Union Square location. Plenty of options at a fair price, and I love how aromatic and fresh all of the ingredients are. I rely a lot on this place to get a healthy meal, and I appreciate that the portions are generous. The staff is so kind and even gave me free bread! Truly obsessed with this place.

Tried the Rainbow Salmon Summer Salad & a Nutella Doughnut at the Casa Toscano inside Urban Spaces Union Square. The salad bowl is very acidic and flavorful. I am a fan of tart acidic flavors, and there are a lot of vegetables in the salad, including pickled onion - yum! I found the salmon to be slightly salty for my taste, perhaps because of the brining, but otherwise was a great bowl to try. I also tried the Nutella doughnut which was sooooo cute. The dough was very light and airy with an amazing flavor and the Nutella rich and creamy, but not overpowering. Honestly I am a big fan of the doughnut and can’t wait to try more! I’ve been to this location before and tried a different bowl and it was all so flavorful and good! And the service is so friendly. Highly recommend!

got ham melted mozzarella and avocado, there’s avocado was fine but there was one slice of ham, and the mozzarella wasn’t melted at all, it was cold 😭😭 pass bruh

Casa Toscana is located in a busy food court, popular with students and workers from NYU. The food seemed freehand healthy. Service was quick and polite.

I’ve tried Casa Toscana at Union Square and Bryant Park food stands before, so I was super excited when they opened up a location right by my office at Zero Irving! So far I’ve visited a few times and everything has been delicious, but I had to write a review after trying 2 of their new breakfast sandwiches. The Carbonara Croissant and the Salmon Breakfast Croissant are my new absolute favorites. All the ingredients are so fresh and come together for a super tasty combination - 100% my new go-to for breakfast!

i have come here multiple times now for the truffle prosciutto burrata sandwich and i always ask to add avocado, which i pay for. when i go back home the avocado is never on the sandwich. today i ordered the same one and it was missing the burrata and the avocado… this is so disappointing and such a waste of money especially becuase the workers are rude and don’t speak full english. it’s too far for me to go back every time so i just have been ignoring the situation.

Discovered this gem of an Italian healthy eatery in the bustling market at Zero Irving Union Square. The on-site pictures and descriptions drew me in, and it was truly delicious. An exquisite mix of tradition and innovation. After trying the Miso Salmon Burrata Sandwich, I ordered the Miso Salmon Avocado Protein Plate to take-away. Both outstanding. Super friendly and passionate staff who eagerly explained their various dishes and ingredients. Will definitely be back!
