The girls also helped me with underwear shopping! Absolutely above and beyond, giving me suggestions of shapewear that would be best for my dress and ideas of where to find it. They helped me to select the perfect veil and accessories. At one fitting, Gladys even took the time to pin my hair into a quick updo to get the full picture of myself as a bride. I ended up going with a similar hairstyle on my actual wedding day. Casablanca absolutely is the best in the business. They let us play our own music and there were multiple people there to help us. There were five people there to help us which was nice but none of them were very personable. Appointments are reservation only so make sure you go to their website or call beforehand. Bathroom is on the first floor to the right. They offer military discounts! It’s a bit of a factory and I did feel like between shipping costs (from overseas) and tailoring fees it’s not really clear what the end price will be by the end of the dress fitting.

Because my mom couldn't be there for the try-on, Gladys really stepped into the role and made sure I felt loved and celebrated on my big day. I can not say enough fantastic things about Rowena and everyone at Casablanca!! Not only were they extremely professional, they were so kind and made the whole experience as magical as it should be! The experience at other salons paled in comparison. Not only did I find my perfect dress at Casablanca, but they were accommodating and caring. I can not say enough good things. Took my sister-in-law wedding dress shopping and Casablanca was our first (and only) stop. Did I think we'd end up getting a dress here? No, because the quality is amazing you're almost afraid to look at the price tag but the staff know how to take what you envision and match it to your budget. Not only did my sister-in-law find a dress, but the alterations and design team turned it into a fully custom dress. Prices are discussed up front and they do stunning work. Gladys, Rowena and the entire Casablanca team are simply amazing! They were so patient with me and after I tried on numerous dresses, Gladys suggested one that I never would have considered that ended up being my dress. We ordered our flower girl dresses here too, and the team was great about providing updates and ensuring that I didn't have to worry about anything along the way. When I picked up the dresses, everything was perfect and ready to go. I can't say enough about this fantastic team!

I had the best experience here. I choose the 4th dress that I tried on and it was absolutely perfect. The ladies that work here are so kind and welcoming. They make you feel so beautiful and special. They did not pressure me to make a decision like some of the other places I went to. Every time I went in for a fitting, they were very accommodating if I needed to reschedule and they were professional. My dress is truly stunning and they altered it to fit me perfectly. Couldn’t have had a better experience. I had so many compliments on my dress. Wish I could wear it everyday. I highly recommend going here first, the quality and overall experience is exceptional.

Accompanied a dear friend to do her very first bridal shopping experience (she walked in without a clue) and honestly, you could not get better service than at Casablanca! We tried on dresses for two hours and yet Stacy's service, smile, and kindness never wavered! She also worked super hard to stay within my friend's budget. Thank you SO much.

Even though I didn't end up selecting my wedding gown from Casablanca, I wanted to still leave a review because they had such excellent service! I was able to make an appointment via email several months in advance. The boutique is gorgeous with a spiral staircase leading up to a mirrored wall with seating for guests of the bride. Stacie and Sonia had such an amazing system where one of them would help me into a dress while the other would be looking for more dresses. They have gorgeous styles, both classic and on trend, and allowed me to try on dresses with a veil and a bouquet! The appointment is an hour long and they only do one bride at each appointment so you get the whole place to yourself! All of the gowns I tried on were less than $3000 and were beautiful! I was able to try on about 12 dresses in 45 minutes which sounds crazy but they have a system that clearly works. Everyone there was kind and sweet, and if there's a style you like they'll keep it on file for you if you don't purchase that same day. I felt well taken care of and didn't feel any pressure!

I had the most positive experience finding my future wedding dress here. The ladies here were so helpful! I really didn't know what I wanted in a dress when I arrived. With each dress I tried on, they refined their selections, progressively choosing dresses that aligned more with my preferences. I went to a couple other places to try on dresses, but ultimately couldn't find another that fit me as well as the one I found with the same level of quality. They also strived to stay in my budget, which was very helpful. It was such a pleasant experience and I highly recommend.

The Aunty's in here were so nice when I was looking for a wedding dress. After I tried on a few dresses, they knew exactly what I wanted and brought out a dress I really liked. The tailoring process was really easy too. There were no issues at all. I highly recommended!

This review has been long overdue. My husband and I got married back in 2019, right before the pandemic, and I've wanted to thank Casablanca for their wonderful service for a long time. Rewind to January of 2019- I've worked with Casablanca for other events and knew that Gladys and Rowena provide friendly and amazing service. I made an appointment prior and brought my bridal party with me. Parking is tight but every time I've gone, it has never been a problem. I'm just terrible at parking When entering the location, you walk up a beautiful staircase and get a glimpse of some dresses in the back. The place is truly easy on the eyes and I always felt comfortable there. I was immediately greeted by someone in front and was checked in. I was very nervous, since this was my first wedding dress location. I'm also very indecisive, so I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. I brought a few Pinterest pictures of dresses that I thought were for me. I showed it to Rowena, who kindly asked me what kind of dresses I was looking at and what my budget was. This was helpful because she could narrow choices down for me. (Perfect for an indecisive bride) After confirming the type of silhouette I wanted, she went to the back. The first dress she brought out surprised me at first. I didn't think I would like flowers on my dress and The color was not white white. I was open to just trying on any style at that moment. But after putting it on and walking to the floor to ceiling mirror that they have, I immediately fell in love. I couldn't believe it. I was in denial and thought, "Do I just think this dress is beautiful because it's the first one I'm trying on?" I decided to try other dresses to make sure and explore other locations. (Indecisive remember?) After exploring a few more options, the image of my very first dress always stuck in the back of my mind. It was after an unpleasant experience at another boutique, that I realized that Casablanca and that gorgeous first dress was the one for me. Gladys and Rowena were so great at keeping me informed and making sure my dress order came in on time. They were never pushy and always listened to my opinions. They even gave their professional expertise about certain aspects when I asked. I made sure to order it over 6 months in advance, so that it had enough time to come in. Then I got fitted twice. Once a month before and the second a week before. They also helped me to make sure that my dress would stay safe while traveling on a plane. (My wedding was on another island) On my wedding day, I received many compliments on my dress. I felt beautiful and very comfortable. No fashion emergency for this bride! Moani and Maiumi (?) were amazing! They helped me find my dream dress, which was dress #2 that I tried on. I felt like a million dollars in the dress, they have a great selection! And they really paid attention to what I was looking for. My mother wanted to sleep on it but we came back the next day to purchase, they were super accommodating even though fully booked. Amazing AMAZING experience at Casablanca..from day one, Sept 2020, to end, August 2021. The timeline is so long because I had to postpone my wedding because of the pandemic. But through it all, Casablanca was sooo helpful, loving and attentive! After my dress arrived, they kept it at their climate controlled facility because I told them I had to postpone because of our gathering regulations. Long story briefed, I was going to have my moms friend alter my dress. Went to Oahu, oh I live on Maui, to pick up my dress and Gladys (the owner) understood so she packed the dress for me to travel with perfectly (triple protection). My moms friend was gonna charge too much so did a day trip back to Oahu to have Casa fit me. Can I just say AMAZEMENT!!! I did a day trip to Oahu and they altered my dress in ONEEE day!!!! That is serious skills! Gladys knows Pronovias as a line so good she knows how to alter the fabrics correctly and teaches her seamstress and team how to too so it's perfect. I am completely happy with my dress. Even more than the original because I customized it to what I wanted and Gladys and her team executed it to a T! Casa has the best team but they also give college students opportunities in the industry. But can I just say Gladys as an individual, as a business owner, as a lady..is one of the most passionate, loving, caring, engaging, on top of her shit person!! This all wouldn't of be the experience it was if it wasn't for her. Wish I could get married every year so I could always work with her!!

We are so happy we chose Casablanca. We actually stopped by a second spot in the Kaka'ako area after visiting Casablanca. We left after waiting for a few minutes. The vibe just didn't feel the same. It felt like we were waiting in a Ross store. Casablanca just felt more inviting and upscale. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We found a beautiful dress at a great price. Our plans were to have a wedding a at 53 by the sea. Unfortunately due to the pandemic our wedding at 53 turned into an elopement wedding and finally just a photoshoot there. What we didn't anticipate was another shutdown. When the shutdown was finally lifted we were sad to find out the wedding planner that works with 53 went out of business during the second shutdown. I know my fiance liked to look of the grand staircase at 53 and remembered Casablanca had a nice staircase. I called them in desperation to see if we could snap a few photos there with my phone. Luckily the said yes! We were really just expecting a few quick snaps with my phone when we got there. To my surprise they took a bunch of photos for us and even moved stuff around in the shop so the photos would look better. They really went above and beyond what were were expecting. Mahalo to Gladys and Rowena for helping us create memories that we'll remember forever during these crazy times! I'll be recommending Casablanca to everyone from now on.

Okay. Maybe it was just bad timing and day that we went in because of the whole corona virus pandemic going on... BUT walking into this store, we did not feel very welcomed. The employees had no eye contact and no smiles on their faces. They were not there for the future bride fixing the trail and trying to sell their dresses. No drinks were offered. Nothing was offered. Also, parking kind of sucks here. Try carpooling! So, I'm pregnant and nauseous.. I tend to cough when I'm nauseous and try to hold in my vomiting. Lol. I had a mini cough attack and had to go to the bathroom incase I would puke! When I got back up to the gallery, there was a lady who pulled the bride aside and told her, "We just got the place disinfected. Is one of your group member sick?" Meanwhile we are waiting and can hear everything.. very rude. I know people are scared for their healths but we are too! We aren't trying to get this stupid virus. Anywho, we were upset with the service but loved the dresses. We loved all the options the future bride had tried on. The dresses were in her budget! They were priced well. Maybe you will go on a better day! Despite the rudeness, The dresses and the gallery are beautiful.

I've been to 3 bridal gown stores so far and this place has the most inventory so far that I've seen and that has my size to try on! It's never fun trying to look for the gown of your dreams and only finding a few choices because they don't have your size in their show room. The staff was very friendly and knew exactly which dresses to pick for me. I've tried on probably about 15 dresses today and almost all of them looked amazing on me. I definitely recommend Casablanca Bridal.

I won a jewelry piece of choice from one of the wedding expo's and came to pick it up. I didn't plan on it, but I asked if I could stay and try on a few dresses. By far, the dresses are gorgeous and stunning. But it just wasn't the dress for me. I was told each dress comes in from Barcelona, Spain and takes 6 months. Because I had set a goal to buy 2 sizes down, I needed the dress on hand to check my monthly progress with my wedding being less than a year away. I would still recommend this place if you aren't on a tight budget. Of course the ones I was trying on were $2000+...

The service here is like no other and they truly treat you like family. They take the time to go over the dress designs that you're interested in and never pressure you into picking something quick. They're so patient with the fitting process and will take all the time to help you find "the one". I'm glad I went with Casablanca Bridal & Formal and highly recommend their services. They never disappoint. Two of my cousins bought their wedding dresses here, and I finally joined the bandwagon and got mines here too. I'm so excited. Little things that you should know though, parking is limited to 3-4 stalls. So if you plan on bringing your bridesmaids, I suggest carpooling. Make the most out of your experience and come with an idea of what kind of dress you want. If you still can't decide like how I was, come with an open mind and just try any of the dresses. 10 dresses later, I found "the one". It took a while, but I was very happy with the results. I am so grateful to find this place!! Gladys is so wonderful, so patient and so helpful. All the staff are amazing. I got the dress of my dream and they helped me to choose the right dress by giving me time to choose and also not pushy. The test came when I had a second thought and start panicking, they were there to just encouraging me with the dress, make sure everything is perfect. I am a person who easy to lose weight and gain weight and they were very accommodating till last minute, to make sure my dress fit me perfectly. They take care of me and treat me like family. Dream Dress Journey I wanted something classic, simple but elegant. I remember trying on a dozen dresses, stopping at two locations, with only two months to spare, & I couldn't really find anything, honestly shopping for my dress was extremely stressful. But one day, I randomly stumbled across this beautiful shop called Casablanca as soon as I walked in, I felt like I was walking into Paris or France. There was even a fragrance that filled the air. I didn't have an appointment, but the entire shop was empty and these sweet ladies were kind enough to service me. I literally told them exactly what I wanted we tried on some dresses and I found this gem. Ladies, if you are ever in the need to buy a beautiful affordable wedding gown this is the spot that I highly recommend. A place for all sizes, great customer service with lots of aloha. The customer service made me feel comfortable as they met every need I wanted. The dresses are spectacular and the dresses have a built-in support system that you don't need anything to hide any flaw. I wore a dress that made me feel so emotional and brought up my confidence and left me in tears. The dress made me feel so beautiful. The whole experience was the most amazing! Just a note this is my experience back from October 2009. Casablanca is the first and only wedding dress shop I went to. I was picking up my mom from work and she asked me when I was going to try on wedding dresses. At this point in my life, I was the first one in my group of friends to be getting married. To be honest I didn't really know what kind of dress I wanted. But I've passed by Casablanca so many times, and my mom insisted we just stop in for a peek. We decided to pull in, not knowing it was by appointment only. It also looked like they were closing up for the day. Instead of turning us away Gladys (I think she's the owner)said we could come in. That alone sold me. We walked in and the place is gorgeous, huge chandelier and beautiful staircase heading up to the second floor. Gladys takes us up the stairs, looks at me, and say she's has the perfect dress. Mind you, both my mom and I had just gotten done with work, so we weren't looking our best. She had me sit down, did my hair in a quick updo and brought out this gorgeous dress. I put it on and oh it took my breath away. As I was trying looking at myself in the mirror I realized I was keeping them past closing. So told Gladys that it would probably be better if we made an appointment. I was back the week after with my sisters and my mom and I was the only bride trying on dresses that day and it was great experience. I didn't get the first dress I tried on but it was still so hard to choose. Their collection they stock are amazing. When I ordered the dress they had to rush it. I was told because the dresses are made to order and that specific dress I ordered was being made in Spain it usually takes 6 months to arrive from the time of order. My wedding was just under 6 months away ‍. They took my measurements and sent it in. Fast forward 5 months and I get the call that my dress came in. From start to finish the Gladys and the team at Casablanca we're awesome.

That's the reason I chose to get my dress there and also because Gladys and her staff are top notch! We loved the attention and care we got from her that It's actually become a family affair. My oldest sister got her wedding dress from Gladys and I remembered her experience... 20 years later- it's now my turn I knew I wanted to go back to Casablanca and no where else for my special dress. You'll find a variety of the best designers and style as they carry all the loveliest gowns. I chose one from the pronovias collection and do not regret it one bit! It's beautiful but yet stylish and comfortable... qualities that were a must for me in finding my perfect dress. Gladys and her staff are patient and really cater and listen to what your looking for and will find you that perfect dress... they'll even style and put your hair up to see how it would look with your dress on. Can't say enough about a boutique that puts that much attention into their clients. I really appreciated that and it was a no brainer since Gladys helped my sister 20 years earlier I knew there was no place I'd want to go. You won't be disappointed. Shopping here was one of the most enjoyable parts of my whole wedding experience! Amazing service from start to finish that was all about ME, since they essentially do one appt at a time (not true of other stores I visited). Their dresses are gorgeous, plus you know they're quality when you feel them (I'm big on the texture of clothes). Rowena helped me find my perfect dress, but what's noteworthy is that my fiancé and I unexpectedly MOVED to San Francisco a few months before the wedding (the wedding was still in Waikiki) -- and the whole Casablanca team did an amazing job getting my alterations done in just a few days! I felt like part of their family. They chatted with me about coordinating my jewelry and hair-piece. They had me practice walking around their boutique on the carpet so I wouldn't trip down the aisle. They recommended angles the photographer should photograph the dress. They talked my squad through getting my very beautiful (and VERY POOFY) dress safely transported back to Waikiki. In summary: You should really, really get your dress from Casablanca!

I haven't had my wedding yet, but I purchased my dress from Rowena, Gladys, and Sonia over a year ago. We're in the fitting stages now and they have paid attention to my every need. They are patient and accommodating. What I love the most about Casablanca is the time they spend with you during your appointment. They take one and, on rare occasions two clients per appointment period. It's a stress free and beautiful environment! When I tried on my dress during the hunt, Rowena did my hair up and threw a veil on me. I went to 3 other dress shops and I stopped at Casablanca! Prices are a bit higher than some other shops around town, but you get what you pay for!!! I ended up with a Pronovias gown Alterations are coming along beautifully... will update with pictures after the wedding.

Went to Casablanca to try on some wedding gowns. Given my wedding is only a couple months away I knew I wasn't going to have many options. However, Rowena took my information and viewed styles that I thought I may like. My sister and mom came with me and we were all given water, tea or coffee. I love this dress shop! The employees are incredibly kind and helpful. I felt very welcomed and taken care of each time I went in. The experience was great and nice during an otherwise stressful event planning period. After making an appointment with them, you can try on a wide variety of dresses till you find the one. They have a large variety of dresses, and, if you have no idea what you want going in (like me), they have a lot of books of dresses to flip through to get an idea of what you do/don't like, and the employees there are also there and great at helping you narrow it down. For me, I went from a bride skeptical of finding a dress knowing only what I disliked, to finding the dress that made me smile and a bit more excited for the big day. Casablanca also takes care of fitting and alterations, and work with you to make your dream dress. You can also buy accessories, from veils, crowns, lace vests and more. They remind you of your fitting appointments, and to bring our shoes and undergarments before your fitting. Once the dress is good to go, you can arrange for a pick up, and they'll steam the dress before you get it. Service is also great. They were patient with me, friendly, clearly knew their stuff, and I felt cared for. Enjoy!

Rowena and staff were sooo helpful in me picking my dress. I had a style and look in mind but couldn't find one that I wanted. Rowena suggested I try on a certain dress and when I first saw it, i was very hesitant. It was opposite of what I wanted but when I tried it on and looked in the mirror I was surprised that I liked it so much. It was unlike any other dress that I have seThey have a great eye and they definitely know what looks good on certain body types. I had my wedding on Maui so they were able to get everything and packaged nicely for me to take onto the plane. They were super helpful in my fittings and even were able to expedite everything so I could have it in time for my wedding. I can't give enough praises for the staff at Casablanca and will definitely recommend everyone looking for a dress here.

I ordered my wedding dress, and received exceptional customer service! The price point and selection were great. The staff was flexible, patient, and very helpful.

I just wanted to update my review to show my continued satisfaction with the place. When I came in to try on my dress about a month before the wedding, it was a bit snug by about a 1/4 inch. Yikes! But I told Rowena that I was going to try and lose some weight, and she let me come in again nine days before my wedding for another dress fitting. She also recommended this bra called the nu-bra to help the strapless dress fit better. It was a great recommendation. When I returned, I was able to squeeze into the dress. Success! However, I'm short, so they still had to hem the length. The alteration process went smooth, and the dress turned out great. I received a lot of compliments on my dress at the wedding. It was very modern and lightweight, and I loved it! Casablanca offers dress cleaning and dress preservation, which takes about three months. I am taking advantage of that right now, but cannot yet comment on the result. However, I imagine it will end up great--just like with everything else they do.

The veil that I wore was my "something borrowed" from a family member who also purchased her gown and veil from Casablanca 9 years prior and was kept in great condition, which happened to be the same color and matched my dress perfectly!!!

Soooooo pretty in here! my friend is getting married so she tried on about 8 dresses and found one! :) yay! their dresses are beautiful omg!!! they had all kinds of styles and nice colors. when you try the dress on, you get to stand in the middle of the whole room in front of all these mirrors to see how beautiful you look. my fave part haha the only down side was their parking. very limited. if you dont find, then you go and find street parking. the lady that was helping my friend was very nice & patient with her too :) not too big inside but just right

Casablanca is a dreamy wonderland, even in the midst of this covid pandemic! I scheduled an appointment to take a look at some dresses, and I have to say, I was so impressed with the service, ambience, and their strong efforts in keeping everything clean yet still going through this time! Visitation is by appointment only. And each bride is allowed to bring a maximum of 2 visitors, which is completely understandable and reasonable! I was the only customer during my appointment time, and I felt extremely safe and at ease. After dresses are tried on, they even go into quarantine! Every single staff member was so friendly, professional, and had wonderful suggestions. Not to mention, the dresses here are absolutely breathtaking and elegant. Casablanca bridal is an amazing shop, run and managed by wonderful people. They are ever so kind and make you feel like a process every time you step foot into their shop. I bought my dress prior to the pandemic, and thankfully I wasn't affected by the shut downs when it came to altering and picking up my dress. Even in the beginning, when I was still searching for dresses I had a particular style I had in mind so they brought out a bunch of dresses for me to try, Gladys had asked me if I'd consider a different style just to try, I thought to myself "I guess I could, I don't like that style but I've got nothing to lose" but the second I tried on that dress that she recommended I fell in love with it and immediately said yes to that dress. She definitely knows her stuff. I would recommend this bridal shop to anyone and everyone. They are clean, friendly and great at what they do. Worth every penny.

It is 3/29/2020. We're in the middle of a COVID-19 quarantine. My friend (A Perfect Day Hawaii, look her up for your wedding coordination needs!) prompted me to write a review for businesses that are affected by the mandatory shut downs. This is a review from almost 20 years ago. Some back story: I originally had 3 bridesmaids. My 3 closest friends. I have a sister 9 years younger than me. At the time she was a moody teenager in high school. She initially said she didn't want to be in my wedding. A few months before my wedding she changed her mind (so annoying!). Casablanca was so accommodating in ordering her the dress and making sure it was there in time for my big day. Fast forward to my wedding eve. I was having a morning ceremony so my call time for hair and make up was 6AM. I had picked up all our dresses a few days prior. It was late at night when I realized I was missing my sister's dress! Because we ordered it separately her final fitting was done after the others. Remember, this was before everyone had smart phones. I had the owner's business card. I went through the white pages (do some of you even know what that is?) and found someone who looked like a possible match. It was almost 11PM. The person who answered wasn't who I was looking for but he WAS Gladys' uncle. He called her, she called me, and she assured me my wedding day wouldn't be ruined. At the time Casablanca was a small boutique in the Moanalua area. I don't know where she lived but Gladys picked up my dress and drove it ALL. THE. WAY. to Ihilani, now the Four Seasons, in Ko Olina. It was almost midnight! I don't think I ever personally went back to thank her. The dresses were all perfect, the customer service was unmatched. Support this local, female owned business!

I can't express how great my experience was at Casablanca. Wedding dress shopping started off as such a chore even though I personally thought it was going to be really fun. I went to the only 2 dress stores on Maui with the hopes of finding something beautiful for my beach wedding. While the stores did have some lovely dresses, none were "the" dress. Once I realized I wasn't going to find anything on Maui I booked a day trip to Oahu and made appointments at all of the dress shops on the island. It turned out I only needed one appointment! The experience at Casablanca was so intimate. They are by appointment only, which allows for each bride to get the undivided attention that she deserves. I had both Rowena and Gladys (the owner) helping me. I knew right away that the first dress Rowena pulled for me was it, but these ladies were so patient and helpful as I tried on many more, just to be sure. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything or love anything for that matter, but of course I did! I am so happy with the dress that I found and I felt really beautiful on my wedding day.

Since I'm waiting for her to finish trying on her dress for the 4th time, I might as well do a review for her since she always tell me to yelp them because "they are awesome" says my fiancee. Here is what she told me.... Because of their help, she chose the perfect dress for our wedding. They got the best customer service than any other bridal formal wear company. The workers there are very helpful with you and will work with your budget. They are very knowledgeable and knows how to make you feel comfortable. I got to look inside of the place and it's a nice place for wedding dress fittings. It's a two story building and everything happens on the second floor. Dresses and fitting rooms are up there. I believe It is by appointments only. All you soon to be brides. I recommend this place, or should I day my fiancee recommend this place.

Went through the process of finding a wedding dress. It was overwhelming at first but once you know what you want and style, youll be fine. I'm glad i have found my wedding dress here at Casablanca. I've been here many times now and in the process of getting my last few dress fittings in before the the big day which is next month. So exciting! My experience coming here was nothing but a wonderful experience. Gladys and Rowena are so helpful. They will help you find your perfect dress. Before you go shopping for a dress have a list and an idea on what you want, don't forget a budget in mind. The prices on wedding dresses here are little pricey but you get what you pay for. Bring lots of pictures, pinterest comes in handy. It is hard to look for dresses due to the fact the space is limited but I eventually trusted them in finding my wedding dress for me. When you do come in for your appointment they'll have some dresses ready on the side for you to try on. For booking your appointments, they will try their best to accomadate your availabilities. Parking is limited, they only 3-4 parking stalls so I would recommend getting drop off. All and all if you want to find your perfect wedding dress I would definitely recommend coming here. They're professionals and you won't waste your time here.

Rowena is amazing! Came to this bridal shop after having been to 9 others (both in Florida and Hawaii). I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the show and the beautiful ceiling to floor mirrors. They only take one client at a time, so you have their undivided attention. Rowena listened to what I liked and pulled several different styles fitting exactly what I wanted. She also does your hair and places veils on dress you like to give you the full effect! I got torn between two, as I liked things about both of them but wanted to change minor details. Our appointment was up(the next clients came in) and Rowena was still really patient and did not rush me or pressure me to choose a dress. UPDATE: i scheduled another appointment and told them what happened at the last one. We got Sonia this time, and she had my top dresses already pulled and some additional ones that were similar. Needless to say, I absolutely fell in love with one she pulled, my mother needed a little convincing. Rowena was also present, and she and Sonia were super helpful and patient as I went back and forth between three dresses and gave their honest opinion on each dress. We were finally able to say yes to the dress and they even let me try it on one more time to take pictures, even though they were closed. Rowena even got the dress rushed at no extra charge, since I'm an out of town bride and was only in Hawaii at certain times. I cannot say enough positive things about Casablanca and their staff there. Best bridal shop by far! Thank you so much ladies!!!!

I purchased a wedding dress from Casablanca last weekend. I had been looking on-line and in person and had not found anything that I really felt special in. The gowns at this store are well-taken care of and the staff and owner really know how to treat their customers well. They are very knowledgeable and attentive to their client's requests. If you are looking for a dress that will make you feel special on your wedding day, I would highly recommend making an appointment at Casablanca Bridal and Formal.

Wedding planning can be stressful. Bride-to-bes are tested with their ability to juggle multiple appointments in a given day, memorize faces with businesses, and play mediator with family members who want a say in the guestlist. There's the venue. The guestlist. The menu. The video and photography... And at the end of this long checklist of "To-Dos" stands the most obvious part of the "I-Dos": FINDING THAT PERFECT DRESS. I'd like to mention that although I did not get my wedding dress from Casablanca, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service I received at their boutique. Casablanca has some of the most beautiful styles and designer names on the rack. And even though it was a bit higher than my price point, it's still worth a look. I was completely new to the dress process. I didn't have an appointment nor did I call ahead of time. I went on my own just to dabble my feet in the wedding tide pool. I was greeted by Rowena, who has worked at Casablanca for years helping women find their perfect gown. She was extremely encouraging and supportive of me, never once giving me the impression that I was going into her time for the next appointment. Her assistant Jerrica was also very helpful and would aid in getting me in and out of my dresses. I must have tried on about four or five dresses and was being waited on hand and foot by both of them with the utmost care and attentiveness. Rowena listened very carefully to things that I liked and didn't like about the styles, and was very perceptive to my needs. When we found a style that I took to, she even went above and beyond by styling my hair and creating the "package look" of the veil and headband all within five minutes! When I looked at the floor-to-ceiling mirror, I was blown away and it was the first time it hit me, "OH MY GOODNESS...I AM GETTING MARRIED!" We all chuckled as they probably saw the "Eureka!" moment in my eyes. It was definitely imprinted in my mind how much these two made a positive impression on me. Not only were they supportive during my most vulnerable moment as a new bride-to-be, but their thoughtfulness and professionalism made an impact that made me so grateful to have walked through those gold accent doors.

Going to Casablanca was one of the BEST experiences I've had trying on clothes let alone the MOST important dress in my life!!! I too started at David's Bridal in Pearl City, twice! The first time around was utterly horrible! The second time around I had the most lovely girl helping me, but still left feeling defeated as I found nothing I loved. Two days later, I had my appointment at Casablanca. I went with my mom and walked in feeling like this would be a waste of time for all involved. I even told my fiancé I would just be wearing jeans to our wedding! That's how much I was looking forward to this appointment. Anywhoo, I met Rowena and Monica. They were absolutely AMAZING!!!! I can't express enough gratitude for these two women!!! I really had no idea what to look at so I just told Rowena my dress had to have lace, not a fan of beading or bling, and I was leaving the silhouette up to her. She picked out about 6 dresses for me to try on. We didn't have to go past her 2nd pick! I had found my dress!!!! I wanted a veil so she pulled out one she thought would be a great match for me and my dress. She then proceeded to make my hair in a style I want for my wedding and then placed the veil ever so gently upon my head. I stood and looked in the mirror again and started crying. What I saw in the mirror was exactly what was looking for since last year when I first started looking at dresses! I had given up on getting that feeling that a every bride should get when finding their wedding dress. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you to Rowena and Casablanca for giving me back my excitement for my wedding day! Gladys, great job hiring the BEST people for your boutique. Give them a raise!!! How can I not get my wedding dress from here? The experience was awesome when my sister got hers here about 2 years ago. The staff is the best you can probably find out there. They are honest and very helpful in helping you choose your gown. You feel just like at home once you walk in. They have a variety of styles which are all absolutely gorgeous...so if you are a bride...you HAVE to make a stop at Casablanca. You won't be disappointed. I am so excited for my dress to come in!

I love Casablanca. I bought my wedding dress and bridesmaids' dresses here and I couldn't be happier with our choice. Casablanca was the first bridal shop I visited and I was lucky enough to find my dress on my first visit. Actually it was the 2nd dress I tried on. My bridesmaids were also able to find their dress very easily . There's just something special about this place. The shop is also very beautiful and clean, and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. It's the kind of experience that every bride should have. They're like the "Kleinfeld" of Hawaii. Previously, I was going to go to a different bridal shop because of a particular designer they carry, but I didn't even bother going in the shop once I saw how old and dingy it looked from the window. There was also a scruffy looking dog laying all over the dresses. I won't mention the name of the shop but it wasn't even worth a visit IMHO. The staff at Casablanca are also very warm and sweet. I had made a number of visits and was actually sad when I finally picked up my dress because I knew it would be my last visit there. The owners and dress consultants treat you as if you're a good friend. We also got some great deals. Since I came in during the Bridal Expo time, I was able to get the bridal expo deal which was $150 off towards a veil and $100 off for jewelry. I picked a beautiful cathedral-length veil and I was able to get a crystal bracelet thrown in. Alterations for our dresses were also easy and came out perfect.

Casablanca Bridal is wonderful! everyone is so sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable. they really want to help you find the dress of your dreams. I had been to David's Bridal and didn't find anything that I liked - they had a ton of dresses, but they all made me look and feel short and frumpy. I was originally looking at A-line dresses, but Gladys took one look at me, and told me she had just the thing for me. she brought out some strapless, fit and flare dresses that I never thought I would look good in. but i tried them on, and i was in love! I've been very self-conscious about my weight and my figure, but the dresses she chose made me feel beautiful and sexy. Rowena helped get me in to all of the dresses I tried on over the course of multiple appointments (did I mention that I'm indecisive?), and answered all of my questions very patiently. when my dress came in, they made the fitting process so easy. they made sure to address my concerns, and made sure I could walk, and move, and sit comfortably. The store itself is lovely. Elegant and cool (no, really. they keep it nice and cool in there, which is great because you can really work up a sweat trying on heavy wedding dresses!) with nice lighting and a huge mirrored wall. I did almost buy a dress somewhere else. I found a similar-style dress elsewhere at a lower price point, but the quality wasn't the same at all. Also, the lady at the other dress salon told me that I needed to lose weight, and that's just not nice. (She literally said, "if you want that size, you're going to want to lose some weight. like, a lot." I was already planning on getting one size up, but I just couldn't give them my business after that.) In the end, the better dress and the better customer service were at Casablanca, and I'm so glad I made that choice. Love Casablanca Bridals! Love the ladies who work there! Love my dress!

These ladies are the bomb! They have a ton of beautiful gowns, and more importantly they provided the best customer service! I would highly recommend them.

The women that help you pick your dress and get it fitted are phenomenal!! I had the best time with them and they were so helpful in every way. I had so much fun too-- it was like princess dress up with your sweetest, helpful girlfriends. The pandemic has been rough, but the customer service at Casablanca's was a silver lining to having a shotgun wedding with a limited number of guests to come to the fitting (2 max). I can't thank those compassionate women enough for their hospitality and help. The owner was also so gracious, shipping my dream Provencia dress straight from Spain, skipping the 6th month wait, as I was just planning on purchasing the dress off the floor due to a quick turnaround. 10/5 stars!!
