My friend and I purchased 2 Chanels from Casanova 2 months ago. Since then we have sent several people back, given the great selection, who have also made purchases. We were thrilled until 2 months after our purchase one of the Chanel bags broke! We reach out and they were of no help and could not take responsibility for the damage and would not help us with repairs or finding hardware. Understand this is resale but we spent thousands of dollars and this is unacceptable! There are tons of other vintage shops nearby with great selections, I’d suggest trying those instead!

SCAMMERS! DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!! Go somewhere else!!! We got scammed by these two workers! My mom was already holding the Fendi bag that the guy in black is holding in the photo. He saw us interested in it and even offered to calculate the conversion to our local currency. The bag was a bit cheaper than usual so we were going to get it after his calculations (my mom was still holding the bag). Right after he told us the price he called his colleague (wearing colorful sweater) to come look and they were discussing something in Japanese so we couldn’t understand. Minutes after this discussion they told us that it was already “SOLD TODAY” and we were arguing why the bag was still on shelf/floor display and why he even offered to check prices to begin with if it wasn’t available?! They did not honor this and kept saying “the bag has been bought just a few minutes ago online” and “it has been a year and it just got bought today”… When I asked to see if there’s proof of purchase from another person - they couldn’t show anything. They just said it was online “just now”, which doesn’t make sense. We think that they might have MISLABELED the price on the bag because it is cheaper than usual so they probably made an excuse saying it was already“sold” the exact same time we were trying to buy when he realized it was wrong. SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! THESE PEOPLE ARE OUT HERE TO TRICK YOU!!!

Easy to find, on the main road. It's a relatively small store. The selection had a wide variety of brands and different conditions. It is a smaller store so the selection is limited. Most of the bags are on display and you can freely grab them.

The shopkeepers are not only prejudiced, but will openly make fun of you to their coworkers if you're not wearing designer clothes / bags. I was patiently waiting in line to shop, but someone who "looked" more like their preferred clientele (aka holding a designer bag) was able to skip the line and cut in front of me. Couldn't believe the audacity of these clout chasers. I am definitely taking my money elsewhere.

The kings! Epic store, great music, very limited items that you wont find anywhere else. 100% recommend !

Super hyped! This place is expensive, I would rather purchase brand new for the price. Most pieces are not vintage and I honestly don't even know if I trust that all pieces are authentic. There are so many "vintage luxury" stores in Tokyo, I'm unsure how they are getting so many to resell. I found another vintage store in a mall where the prices are reasonable! I do not recommend this place and not worth waiting in line!
